Combining hack 'n slash action and cult management in a great and inspired way, this is definitely one of the best indies of the year. [Recommended]

Super Mario deserved a better celebration, because this collection is incomplete and It doesn't improve the 3D classic titles in a proper way. However, these are still incredible games and it's good to have them in Nintendo Switch.

A unique multiplayer experience for PS3 and PS4 users. The absence of online and single player modes harm the experience, though.

It may be difficult for hardcore gamers to ignore the revamped combat system, but once you calm down and excuse some minor flaws, you'll find an amazing game in Dragon Age II.

Momodora: Reverie Under the Moonlight is a good action platform game with metroidvania classics' essence. Its art style is amazing.

It's not easy to build a great game based on a legend of this category, but Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon it's a true homage to the 8-bits Castlevania legacy. Great retro playability with some rescued points of the next game of Koji Igarashi, Bloodstained: Ritual of the Blood. A sort of bastard son between Rondo of Blood, Dracula's Curse and the Julius Mode from Dawn of Sorrow.

Hitman 2 works more like a season 2 for the last iteration than like an entirely new entry in the series. Although its a follow-up that doesn’t disappoint.

Death Stranding seeks to subvert the concept that we have of an open world, giving more importance to exploration and discovery. A game with a story that hits the primary emotions of the player, addressing existentialist themes as few games have accomplished to do.

Space Invaders Extreme 2 offers a better gameplay system than the first extreme edition appeared the last year. The amazing crazy visual effects, the funny and retro enemies with the score and time attack modes give to us an addictive experience. The best retro shooter and one of the best games in this year on Nintendo DS.

Salt and Sanctuary doesn’t want to innovate and doesn’t deny its inspirations. But once you accept this fact, you’ll find a more than solid game, full of challenges and death. It’s basically Dark Souls in 2D.

Creaks is the new puzzle game from Amanita Design, creators of Machinarium. Creaks is a beautiful trip to the deepest of our world filled with monsters scared of the light. It is not as good as Machinarium but is awesome anyway.

Another state of the art Studio Pixel retro production. Maybe Kero Blaster is not as good and compelling as Cave Story but, nonetheless, it´s a very enjoyable arcade experience.

For lovers of Fallout 3, it's tough to go wrong with New Vegas. However, if you're strictly looking for a fresh experience it may bore you. It's a great game, but certainly not as far from its previous iteration as we hoped it to be.

Castle Crashers takes such a tradicional genre like the Hack and Slash, and manages to turn it into a fresh and delightful experience thanks to its great sense of humour and lovely treatment. The best part is the steady pace of the action and the possibility of playing it in team mode. It's a fabulous game.

This new Riddick package is a great chance to experience again its immense first half, that could be really unforgettable if the Dark Athena sequel was not so poor. The multiplayer, the remade visual side and the two campaigns are enough reasons to recommend it to the FPS fans.

Mortal Kombat 11 deserves the honour of being one of the greatest Mortal Kombat titles in series history. A great and new battle system, an interesting new chapter in the annals of the warriors of the Earth and lots of new accessories and skins to unlock in the new Kript.
