On a Tilt is an enjoyable little app, but it's not particularly impressive or memorable even. At the end of the day, it lacks the longevity to keep you coming back. Thankfully, it's fun for a while, and it only costs a dollar.

Fruit Snatch is a very simple concept but it's fun to play. It's not overly challenging by any means but it's a fun game to drop in on for short doses.

GemCraft isn't the prettiest of games, nor one with an involving storyline, but it does have a lot of depth. The combination of gems, structure building and unlockable skills makes for a potent mix.

There are many interesting and new ideas that Color Collider brings to the table, but sadly the mechanics can become increasingly frustrating the more difficulty the player encounters. Issues aside, it is both a fun and challenging game that is bound to give the masses fits for quite some time.

I love Max and the Magic Marker more in concept than in execution. If the platforming elements were tighter, and if the exploration elements were properly accommodated by the game, then this could be something truly special. However, as it stands, what you have is a game that is at times brilliant, but mostly frustrating.

For $2, this is a great title for the music rhythm fan to give a shot. It makes a pleasant change from more standard music game fare, feeling more fast paced, and the music quality in particular is exceptional.

Simply put, You Don't Know Jack is the kind of experience that not only stretches the mind with challenge, but inversely massages it with humor to ease the blow of defeat.

I truly enjoyed Big Cup Cricket. Its control system is spot on, consistently accurate and makes the game a joy to play.

Overall, it's aesthetic and challenging. The game play, if the mechanics worked properly, would be great. If you have the patience, I suggest checking this one out. Hopefully future updates will make it easier to enjoy.

A series of achievements encourage you to keep persevering as well as the ever satisfying global leaderboards. Don't expect huge revolutionary moves here but do expect some pleasant fun that will pass the time nicely.

Though the art style provides a certain aesthetic appeal, that still can't disguise the fact that Gold & Chocolate provides ninety levels of very little variation in mechanics.

Moving Day is certainly not going to recreate the genre by any means, it is a fun romp that should keep players busy for a couple of amusing hours. It provides the perfect amount of gameplay for ninety-nine cents, and will keep players hanging their heads in frustration for long after they have put the game away.

A great little retro arcade game – and I mean arcade in the truest sense. This feels like something that could have been made in the 1980′s and just recently unearthed. This is 'retraux' in incredibly fine form, and well worth checking out for fans of arcade games and fans of retro-styled games.

ClickGamer Solitaire doesn't reinvent the wheel. There are no gimmicks or oddness here. Mostly because it doesn't need them. It does exactly what you could want from a solitaire game which is all you could ask for. An ideal game to play on your lunch break.

While Pac'n-Jump is hardly the most original game on the App Store, it certainly adapts from its inspirations well and offers plenty of fan service along the way. Fans of the endless ascension platformer genre could do far worse.

Pick up Buganoids if you like 80's arcade games, and want to play something that feels like it was recently dug out of a box somewhere and ported to iOS.

Brodlzottn clearly uses a lot of endless jumping and running style mechanics that we've seen before but it still feels fresher than many. It's down to the concept really, it's so utterly bizarre and unique.

What is lacked in polish is made up for in solid level design, amusing mechanics, and 250 different puzzles.

What was a valiant attempt and reinventing a classic game on iOS has been run aground by piss-poor execution and lack of polish.

Very similar to other Tower Defense games but it's still enjoyable in its own right. It's cutesy and charming in appearance and the variety of different pets to use does add a more tactical element to things than you'd expect.
