Yes, I'd like to see some more content, but it's a good game nonetheless. If you like castle-destruction at all, be sure to give it a try.

Metal Slug Defense successfully combines the spirit of its run-and-gun predecessors with a competent set of strategy mechanics.

Infinite Tanks is a great, though less serious, take on the tank battling genre. It's sheer amount of content and options make it well worth the asking price.

A great mixture of some of my favorite strategy genres. Hopefully in future updates, Ankama will increase the level cap and add more levels and mini-games.

It's one of a very small handful of games that I would recommend wholeheartedly. I've yet to see such an impressive amalgamation of war gaming and the RPG genre, even after all these years. Just don't expect an easy ride.

Whether you’re dead-set or on the fence about picking it up, it only takes a stable WiFi connection and the tap of a button, so you may as well give it a go. Don’t blame me if you get addicted, though.

While Urban Ninja may be a bit stiff at times with the control of the eponymous ninja, it can't detract from the great concept and the way the game splendidly explores its puzzle platforming for all its worth.

One-touch controls or not, it takes a fair amount of patience to see even a single level of GOL: Legend through to the end. But it's extremely satisfying when that happens.

Avernum: Escape from the Pit HD will be quite an epic experience for anyone who enjoys this older style of RPG. The storyline is interesting, combat system is complex and enjoyable, and the graphics and music fit this type of game well.

Criticisms aside, Alpha Squadron strikes enough of the same notes that its overall chord will certainly feel and sound familiar. Though the mission structure seems rather dogfight heavy, players will find more than enough gameplay to justify the $2.99 sticker price. Most importantly, it plays like it could have existed in the GameCube era, which is enough to render it an instant purchase.

Word Up Dog is an incredibly weird concept that seems all the more random when compared to the developer’s other releases, but that doesn’t make it any less amusing to play. It’s weird enough to enjoy without being too obtuse to follow. It’s also just plain goofy and worth showing off because it features animals dressed like rappers from the 80s: it practically sells itself.

When Hitman: Blood Money - Reprisal is behaving the way that it should, it's an amazing port of a pretty great game. The technical issues are obviously a problem, but--generally speaking--they did not sour me on the experience. The fact that the stealth-action of Hitman: Blood Money - Reprisal works so well on mobile despite the rough parts almost makes Feral Interactive's work on this version even more impressive.
