This is the epitome of arcade gaming distilled into its purest form. It truly has to be seen to be believed.- 148Apps

The visuals are cute yet kind of twisted in a way not unlike a 90s Nickelodeon cartoon. Meanwhile, the music perfectly conveys the sense of fast, fun madness the game itself is going for. That's really Zombie Carnaval in a nutshell. It's fun madness, emphasis on fun.- 148Apps

In spite of these flaws Mr. Bill is a delightful trip down memory lane for those who knew him, and a fun and wacky experience for those who don't.- 148Apps

It takes a little while to hit its stride, but once it does it'll get its hooks in and keep them there. Just like all the others.- 148Apps

Iron Marines is quite possibly the best real-time strategy game on the App Store. It's full of variety, lovingly crafted, and imminently replayable. Its in-app purchases may rub you the wrong way, but that feels like a small blemish on an otherwise extremely polished and fun experience.- 148Apps

MUL.MASH.TAB.BA.GAL.GAL's use of Pong mechanics makes it one of the best action-oriented roguelikes on mobile. The game gets appropriately overwhelming and challenging while maintaining a simple control scheme that doesn't rely on virtual buttons or other problematic mobile control schemes. Every time I play it, I feel like there's something new to do or discover, which is a rare thing to say of a game, particularly one that is built on a foundation as simple as Pong.- 148Apps

Aside from a few questionable decisions regarding real time clocks and internet connections, Dungeon Hunter 4 is probably the best dungeon crawler on iOS to date.- 148Apps

Pretty much the only issue with Sonic CD is the controls; the d-pad is kind of small, but that's about it. The game holds up really well, and its relative scarcity in terms of re-releases makes it only that much more special now.- 148Apps

As a fan of these "retraux" style games on iOS, I can say that Space Junk is a thoroughly-enjoyable experience on the platform. It's easy to control, is universal, is well-integrated with Game Center, and of course has that classic style of gameplay that harkens back to the old days of gaming. Fans of old-school shooters definitely need to check out Space Junk.- 148Apps

Spunk and Moxie might sound brief, offering 30 levels, but it’s so much more than that. I’m hopeful for extra level packs in the future but that’s more than enough for all but the hardiest of twitch gamers. Patience is vital but there’s a heck of a lot to enjoy here.- 148Apps

Its bright, pulsating immersive environments and game play will completely engage you audibly and visually (I was drinking punch and cooking a quiche, so all my senses were engaged), have your head and heart pumping and your thumbs wiggling throughout every level of play. I thoroughly enjoyed playing through its 33 levels over and again.- 148Apps

Air Mail definitely lives up to the promise that the game had when I first got to play it. This is a fun flying game that has the feel of a Nintendo 64 or Dreamcast classic with its colorful graphics and feel, and it's well worth the premium app price to check it out.- 148Apps
