The visuals are cute yet kind of twisted in a way not unlike a 90s Nickelodeon cartoon. Meanwhile, the music perfectly conveys the sense of fast, fun madness the game itself is going for. That's really Zombie Carnaval in a nutshell. It's fun madness, emphasis on fun.

In spite of these flaws Mr. Bill is a delightful trip down memory lane for those who knew him, and a fun and wacky experience for those who don't.

Spunk and Moxie might sound brief, offering 30 levels, but it’s so much more than that. I’m hopeful for extra level packs in the future but that’s more than enough for all but the hardiest of twitch gamers. Patience is vital but there’s a heck of a lot to enjoy here.
