The many elements of Glory of Sparta work well together. The buttons are a bit crowded and this can occasionally make it difficult to hit the right one at the right time. Aside from this, though, the action and strategy elements work well together.

There's a lot to like about Red Nova; it sweats the little details, and whilst it may not last for long it's certainly good fun.

Kind of like a highly-flavored chewing gum, this game tends to lose it's flavor the longer you chew it, and once all the ten levels are unlocked and the awards are awarded, players will quickly move on to the next bit of distracting eye candy.

Guiding Storm and his teacup through this games beautiful levels is always a pleasure. There are inventive puzzles, interesting enemies, and gorgeous environments throughout this game. All three together make for a great platformer.

There are only 24 levels. There's replay value because players can go back and try to finish each level with three bombs (the least amount of turns). But even after doing that, the total playtime of the game is relatively low for a $2.99 game.

Despite this frustration, Hungribles keeps a smile on my face as I feed those lovable little whatever-they-ares. With new levels coming soon, this could be another game with a lot to give behind its cute complexion.

Roll In The Hole may not usurp Chillingo's other top puzzlers, but it's a nice return to their roots that is well worth picking up.

It feels like if HungrySquid had just been cranked down a notch rather than up it could be one of the iOS classics. Unfortunately, there's so much going on that it steps on its own toes somewhat. And I've managed to get this far without saying that it oozes potential, so there's that.

World In War is a game with potential, but in its current iteration its appeal is largely limited. If future updates add some mission and unit variety, as well as adjustable difficulty then this will stand as a great app, but as is it still has a lot of ground to cover.

Kick the Buddy Episodes is a simple concept but a fun one. At a time of year when we're all encouraged to be so festive yet are consistently stressed out, it's a fun way to take a break. I do question its longevity over time though, something that could have been solved by adding a few simple aims and objectives.
