    With that said, it doesn’t stop Costume Quest from being an addictive experience that oozes with humor and good-hearted fun. The $4.99 asking price might seem a little steep, but you’re getting a console-quality game with the “Grubbins on Ice” downloadable content. This should ensure that you’ll have a sugar rush for a long time.

    There's something magnetic in Double Fine's Costume Quest that makes you keep playing despite the lack of variety in gameplay's basic mechanics and it's the amazing visual style of the game, besides obviously the always funny Tim's dialogues.

    With an excellent mix of costumes, tons of collectibles, some truly clever dialogue, and a pleasant sense of humor, Costume Quest is a very likable adventure. Over time, exploration and battles can grow repetitive, but that shouldn't stop you from digging into this sweet Halloween affair.
