David Haye's Knockout suffers slightly for its, on the surface, short length. While offering only three opponents sounds limited, there's a challenge here that should keep players happy David Haye's Knockout captures some of the strategy of the sport while keeping things light.

When played in chunks throughout the day, Kingdoms & Lords is a fine, mildly engaging way to kill some time. Just be sure not to try and dig too deep too fast.

Startales is a bit confusing as a game. It's not quite clear what the point of the game is, but swinging around is entertaining for a while. The abilities and varying goals add some variety to the game but it still remains a bit of an enigma.

This free-to-play shooter looks nice and has a reasonable monetization scheme, but is otherwise kind of lacking.

For now, Dabble is a brief but enjoyable distraction from my other word games. For a limited time it's free, and if you've got 10 or 20 minutes spare then it's absolutely worth a download. Maybe with some embellishing or a sequel it will grow into a must-have for word game enthusiasts.

Game Stew's latest bizarro throwback hybrid is an unfortunate exception to an otherwise impressive release record.

It's certainly pleasing to see this mix of real-life aircraft and scenarios alongside a more arcade-like gameplay style.

The graphics are polished, Mathilda will enthral little gamers while annoying those with younger siblings or children of their own in just the way intended, and the game uses a tried and true formula.

This FMV mystery game is bursting of twists and turns, but certain ways they are meted out can make the experiencing all of them a bit tedious.

This game feels like a lot of missed opportunities, really. A lot more could have been done, and could still be done, in order to make this game live up to its hyper-colorful, action-packed experience.

All of this seems like a repeat of features that have been seen before in other games. Rather than innovate, Rovio has taken the path of least resistance and created a competent, if uninspired, social version of Angry Birds.

Having to time your moves and the intentional "stuttering" really slow the game down, making it less fun than it could have been. On the other hand, the skill and timing required also make it a lot more challenging and entertaining.

Heroes in Time might trip up a little bit with the gameplay, but what's there is decent if nothing else. What's surprisingly pleasant is the way the story (of all things) starts to take hold, clichés and all.

My Kingdom For The Princess III is pretty enjoyable casual fodder, however. There's not a huge amount of challenge within the story mode, more a matter of keeping up with taps, but it's fun in a 'Switch your brain off' kind of way.

Ultimately, Treemaker is a fun game. The physics-based platforming works well, though it's inhibited by stagnant level design. That said, for anyone looking for a fun, portable platformer, this one's worth checking out.

It's relatively little, and easily fixed, things that damage the fun that can be had with Amp, Watts & Circuit. Each of the levels are a little on the short side but this lends itself well to mobile gaming and, while the only real challenge remains with taming the controls, it's a fun ride to take.
