    This album is a misunderstood masterpiece, unfortunately I add. It has some crazy lyrics and sounds, yes it's completely different than Katy's previous work, but it's much more intimate. My favorite Katy Perry album without a doubt ♡

    I can say that I reconfirmed why Katy Perry is my favourite artist. Her songs represent me in everyway.. newly I reconnected with the messages she successfully sent through me once again. The album was a rollercoaster of emotions.. each song with it's own world.. an album you can just sink in and appreciate each word sent straight to the soul.     Amazing album! All these reviews are utter garbage. When you listen to the production and lyrics, they smoothly melt into your ears to create a concoction of emotions and feeling. Truly an album worth buying and listening to. Some interesting sounds that Katy has experimented with. Hopefully she will bring back some of these elements in her upcoming 2019 album. 10/10! Deserves a higher rating.

    This album really gives us a deeper insight into Katy's mind in the past few years. It is criminally underrated and is one of her best records to date. It explores lose, sexuality and coming out of a depressive part of her life as well as having heavy political messages. The singles did not do this album justice. It deserves a higher rating and much more respect.

    While it's certainly missing any form of coherency, Witness does feel like you're growing with Perry - going on this journey that's helped her find new ground and a reinvigorated appreciation for all walks of the pop music spectrum.

    It’s a real shame Witness has come out as a bit of a disjointed mess, as there’s a decent record somewhere in there, but it gets lost in the fog of endless guest productions and co-writes that miss the point entirely.
