    Katy did an incredible job with KP5. Apart from the released singles, 'Cry About It Later', 'Tucked', 'Only Love', 'Teary Eyes' are quite catchy!

    Her Best Album till date . The way she reinvented herself each era is commendable. From One of the boys to Smile, she has come a long way with success and failure' but that's a part of being an artist .

    In a world ravaged by a months-long pandemic, Katy delivered one of the most positive albums during this period. This body of work is undeniably the rainbow after the storm and I am lucky enough to have listened to it during these dark times.

    This is certainly a new vibe for Katy and it really works. Theres a number of tracks on here that have the potential to reach number one spot. Champagne problems, resilient and cry about it later has been stuck in my head.

    Smile is such a great album and I like that there are no features on it, only Katys excellence.
    I think it’s a good timing to release an album with that meaning, an album full of hope in such a dark time, she really brought my smile back with that album.
    I’m thankful and I’m really proud of her that she’s back with new music and that she has given birth to her daughter in the same week.

    I love this album, in spite of the critic is a good album.. after what Katy Perry went through, she managed to get out of that dark tunnel giving birth to this album.

    An excellent album dealing with her post witness era. In Smile, each song is special, from ballads to synth-pop to 80’s disco song, Katy Perry delivers us BOPS. Without no support from her team, or even her « best artist friends » Katy is « Flipping off the flop, now I just enjoy my ride ».

    Anyway, that’s definitely the album we (Katycats) were all asking for. 20/20

    This is an amazing album with loveable songs one after another, it does not deserve the crticts "displeasure" and deserves better rankings. When i listen to this album it makes me happy and does make me smile, it is one of the best albums released this year.

    Katy Perry is back with a cohesive album in which we see her journey through finding her SMILE again. Surprisingly, there are no ballads but it's understandable, because of the record's name. This new Katy Perry chapter is one of her best albums, along with 2010 Teenage Dream.

    Smile is great álbum, not wonderfull like the others. But Perry trasmits a good time with her music. Cry it about later and Tucked are the best from Smile for me. Enjoyable

    I find Smile a return to form for Katy, whilst Witness was a good album, she was criticised for it being too out there. She’s now gone back to her roots and her critics are still not happy. The phrase your damned if you do and your damed if you don’t comes to mind! Never Really Over and Daises as singles were fab, and Smile itself is one of my favourites from the album, I would have maybeI find Smile a return to form for Katy, whilst Witness was a good album, she was criticised for it being too out there. She’s now gone back to her roots and her critics are still not happy. The phrase your damned if you do and your damed if you don’t comes to mind! Never Really Over and Daises as singles were fab, and Smile itself is one of my favourites from the album, I would have maybe put out Only Love, Tucked or Cry About it Later as singles instead of Small Talk and Harleys in Hawaii. This album deserves to be as successful as her former outings. For me personally this is Teenage Dream 2.0… Expand

    Without fleeting moments of bad taste, Perry does indeed sound mature, but she's also not quite as fun. That's a conscious choice, though. Smile is intended to evoke memories of her frivolous younger days while pointing toward a sustainable pop future.

    Like Joanne before Chromatica, Smile plays like a necessary centering exercise, indulging her insecurities and less surefire instincts. If Witness was overdetermined, Smile is an earnest exhale, for better or for worse. It delivers an image of her journey towards inner peace that is honest (if corny) and catchy (if not exactly inventive).
