    It´s so terrible that it doesn't even deserve a review. I can only say that at least this album is better than Witness (and that's not a compliment) and there are two good songs like Never Really Over and Cry About it Later. Katy Perry should really think about retiring, because she's adding literally nothing to the music industry. "but she's indie now". No, she's not even that.

This album will just make you Smile :) Not The End Of The World , Champagne Problems , Never Really Over , Harleys In Hawaii and Cry About It Later is the best songs on the album so far. You need to listen it , you will enjoy :)

    Really deep lyrics for those who ever been thru that. I'm a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) and I can relate with almost every song and also with the production. I dont know is Kety is a HSP, but this album is a journey that we HSP used to live in our inside world. Thank you so much Katy.

    Finally she’s got back that smile, all the hate that she received from the witness era was sooo bad to her, and she finally find a way out of that being resilient af, a brilliant album, full of catch beats (pop music really needed that back), inspiring lyrics, and seems like a queen’s legacy is never really over at all. Congrats Katy Perry, on the album and the baby.

    Without fleeting moments of bad taste, Perry does indeed sound mature, but she's also not quite as fun. That's a conscious choice, though. Smile is intended to evoke memories of her frivolous younger days while pointing toward a sustainable pop future.

    Like Joanne before Chromatica, Smile plays like a necessary centering exercise, indulging her insecurities and less surefire instincts. If Witness was overdetermined, Smile is an earnest exhale, for better or for worse. It delivers an image of her journey towards inner peace that is honest (if corny) and catchy (if not exactly inventive).
