    In this album you can hear Selena’s growth in life, relationships and state of mind. The whole album flows together yet each song has its own distinct sound.

    the only meaningful songs in this album that I can respect would probably be “cut you off”, and “rare”. Other than that the majority of the album falls extremely flat.

    mature lyrics, rhythms and well placed arrangements. With each song an amazing story, Selena surpassed herself with this album.

Give her the credit she deserves. A lot of artists aren’t as authentic as she is. You can tell she spent a lot of time writing for this album and it is her most authentic work to date.… Expand

    Rare is generic and all of the tracks seem to have the same sound. I wish to hear better and meaningful songs that balance sadness,power, and happiness

    Este é o melhor álbum que a Selena lançou até agora. Acredito que superou o Revival, pois encontrou um estilo que realmente combina com o dela. Vocais maravilhosos, letras profundas e batidas perfeitas. Uma vibe triste e ao mesmo tempo libertadora.

    Este álbum es una joya desde inicio hasta el final. Selena con este álbum nos dice que es su momento llego, nos comparte sus sentimientos en diversas situaciones en su vida. Vulnerable merece ser single.
    Selenq demuestra que su madurez.

    While none of these 13 songs attempt the subtle weirdness of “Bad Liar” and the emotional thesis—self-love!—can be a bit one-note, Rare is the 27-year-old’s most cohesive record to date. ... But it’s difficult to come away from Rare with any real perspective on who Gomez is other than that she doesn’t want to be the person she was, whoever that similarly mysterious shadow was.
