    I personally really enjoy the production and the feel each song has. Selena successfully delivered a cohesive body of work that flows which hasn’t been present in her past projects. I also really like the fact you can tell each song was tailored to her unique tone. I will definitely be streaming.

A lot of singers don’t credit their team, but she was very clear from the start who she was working with in each song and where it came from!! Too many artists try to ignore the facts behind their music, but she saw a variety of musical art and took her pick.. it’s a great little sample of what the past four years of lifeI love her collaboration with the other artists on the album! Selena outsold herself with „Rare“ , her vocals,the rhythm, the vibe, the way she completed the album from saddest to the funniest ones, that’s a truly blessing.     While none of these 13 songs attempt the subtle weirdness of “Bad Liar” and the emotional thesis—self-love!—can be a bit one-note, Rare is the 27-year-old’s most cohesive record to date. ... But it’s difficult to come away from Rare with any real perspective on who Gomez is other than that she doesn’t want to be the person she was, whoever that similarly mysterious shadow was.
