    This record represents the artistic genius Madonna is. Every song is different than the other. It's an incredible fusion of pop music with sounds from different cultures. You travel the world when listening the album. During the same time, you also hear her discussing some issues happening in the world, some personal issues: pain, love, desire.

    Madonna not following any trends but making them yet again. Great record, memorable, different, weird, intriguing. Has a lot of powerful stuff to say in its lyrics. Breath of fresh air compared to the same tired boring artists that get played on the radio today but for some silly reason radio stations don’t know good pop music and have a problem with Madonna being 60. Pathetic.

    This is by far the best Madonna's album of this decade. This musical trip around the world shows us that there's no boundaries when it comes to music and there's no limits when it comes to Madonna. I was pleasantly surprised to hear her singing in an uninteresting language for the musical mainstream like portuguese. And as a brazilian that I am, it made me feel a certain pride.

    Madonna had promised us that this album would be an American Life's "successor" and it was successfully fulfilled only with the outstanding track God Control, whose lyrics sound like a national (or global) anthem of the nowdays. I also highlight the intense Extreme Occident and I Don't Search I Find, the 21st century's "Vogue".

After the releases of MDNA and Rebel heart i was afraid this would be just another EDM or pop music like everybody else is doing, but it turns out to be one of the best albums of her entire carrier. Some of the sounds are very experimental and sound bizarre but never unpleasant. My favorite tracks are Dark Ballet, Crazy and God Control. This is a master pieceMadame X is surprisingly good.     Best album for the past decades. Brought out a lot of emotions in me.
    The autotune is a little to digest at first, but as a whole, sonically, it built the tone of the whole album.

    This is her best album this decade, and her most experimental ever. She touches everything from personal issues to world problems in a very intimate and original way.     Best album of 2019 and one of the best of his career. I liked the new elements used for song composition. Madonna always innovating and doing something experimental that works. Very good to listen to Fado de Portugal, regatton, African music, electronic funk and pop on a rich record like this.

    At almost 40 years into her career, Madonna has put out a masterpiece. This album is BETTER than Ray Of Light and Confessions On A Dance Floor. Not her best SINCE Confessions like many reviews are saying, but the best album of her entire career. God Control and Killers Who Are Partying are perfect songs that no other pop star would have the courage nor intelligence to create.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I’ve been a fan since 1987 and she never lets me down, but this album is her best since my favourite American Life in 2003. It’s groundbreaking and perfect! I can’t stop listening to it. Everything else out there just pales in comparison!… Expand

    Overall, Madonna’s fourteenth album Madame X feels as if Mirwais had mostly completed a decent run-of-the-mill modern pop record, albeit with a cool hotch-potch global feel; hip nods in place to fado, dub and other micro-genres dunked amongst the trap and retro disco. But then just before sign-off, Herself went through the top-lines with a sharpie. ... None of these carefully curated flourishes feel as if they truly live inside the ‘whole’ of this music. Instead it all feels plonked on top of a template.
