The production of Bryce and Aaron Dessner of the National is evident all throughout the album, the influence of Bon Iver's Justin Vernon is also evident and Taylor adds a whole new layer to the dynamic already laid down. Taylor's vocals and writing cut deep, and really show what a "new era" is here. Album of the year?
