I really loved her genre switch move and she really did amazing amazing with Reputation but last two albums are really poor. It's just seem as if she's following the mainstream success instead of personal growth. She really upset me with this one.

If you are looking for Pop Princess Taylor or early country Taylor, this is not her. It’s beautiful, easy listening album balanced with the genius storytelling that Taylor has continued to develop her entire career.

It is the beatiful album i’ve ever heard. It takes me to diferent places and makes me cry, happy and... Oh my!! It is incredible. Taylor wsift is one of the best songwriters in the world. Also her vocals are unbeliveble. She can do everything and it is what an artist do.

Her best written album so far. The lyrics are sophisticated and gives you the vibes that there’s more into that song. It’s absolute perfection.

Folklore is full of such vulnerable moments. I have no words to describe the depth in which she wrote this album. It’s a lyrical masterpiece.

Great album through and through. No bad songs, many great ones. I think the second half of the album takes a few listens to appreciate but it is well worth it.

I think that is still early to say that this is the best Taylor Swift album but he is at least on top three.

Folklore is perfect, a lyrical masterpiece, it's her most mature album and all the songs are amazing, it's a cohesive album that shows the great artist that Taylor Swift is.

Claims to be a "surprise" album when it was purposely released during the last week bundles would count towards Billboard charts positions. She might be good at creating lyrics but her deliver is terrible and all she got of out this was a boring, Lana del Rey wanna-be album.

This is one of the best cinematography albums ever. The way that Taylor Swift is painting scenes and describes feelings and emotions through her lyrics is outstanding. Every single detail in this album counts, lyrics, voice delivered, production, everything it's just phenomenal.

Her best album to date. The overall feel of fearless, storytelling of speak now, emotions of red, the sonic cohesive quality and glitter of 1989, the maturity of rep, and sincerity of lover. Chefs kiss

It's a sharp turn to the left for Swift and a fine reminder that she is more than just a gleaming pop phenomenon, but a remarkable songwriter too. [Oct 2020, p.36]

A modern-folk masterpiece which finds her moving from her previous pop bangers into stunningly simple yet sharp melodies, ‘folklore’ will be going down in Swiftie history as one of her most unexpected, and undoubtedly one of her best.

These 16 tracks (17 on the deluxe version) play out quite pleasurably in their entirety, the joins between Swift, Dessner and Antonoff ultimately only of niche interest. But Swift’s powerful songs reach their climaxes with bittersweet orchestrations, rather than blows to the solar plexus or a ringing in the ears. Everything hovers; little truly lands.
