    O álbum é simplesmente incrivel, só pelo falo de ter sido lançado "do nada" e ter surpreendido a todos com a história proposta nas letras, o novo estilo em que a Taylor se lança combina muito mais com o estilo/voz dela dando mais prazer ao ouvir.

    Amazing!!! The way she took some of the most known fairytale and took them and made an album about love and what it could be like in her mind and how she saw them. The folk pop aspect was something we had never really heard from her.

    A stunning piece of work. The complexity of the lyrics mixed with the haunting melodies really bring the storytelling in the songs to life. You feel as though you’ve slipped into another world. It’s also really gratifying to also see this kind of growth in an artist. It’s the most comprehensive work Taylor has put out thus far and the most glaringly joyful thing about it is that you can tell that it was made purely for herself because she wanted to create - not for big stadium tours or to get any awards / acclaim (though it deserves all of that too) but just because at the end of the day she’s a songwriter who writes amazing songs and uses them to tell stories - whether her own or others.… Expand

The magic of each song expands exponentially with every single listen. So, if you don't like folklore, either you haven't listened to it at all or you haven't listened to it enough.

Folklore contains lots of genres, and I can see that she had a breakthrough, where she decided to change her album genre, from pop to alternative. Besides, I have noticed that there are lots of songs that are similar to her previous ‘country’ songs. Old Taylor has come back.

    This album is a very cohesive body of work. Fokelore focuses both on fictional narratives as well as real stories from taylor’s past to make a story based experience. There are several songs that seem to connect on themes, and like most taylor swift albums, there is a lot to uncover with her lyrics if you so choose. In all this album, while in some places is slow, is a great album to experience for its chill production and sad, beautiful, and mysterious lyrics.    … Expand

    The artistry and lyricism is unmatched. This album has reached down into my soul and tugged every string it could find. This is a unique album for Ms Swift. The storytelling is wonderfully done. Truly magical.

    These 16 tracks (17 on the deluxe version) play out quite pleasurably in their entirety, the joins between Swift, Dessner and Antonoff ultimately only of niche interest. But Swift’s powerful songs reach their climaxes with bittersweet orchestrations, rather than blows to the solar plexus or a ringing in the ears. Everything hovers; little truly lands.
