    This is pretty much just a folklore 2.0, except i actually enjoyed more tracks on this one. tolerate it, no body no crime and long story short were the only songs i didnt skip and actually enjoyed. But besides that, it's pretty much just the same boring songs as folklore.     It's the way evermore is similar and different from folklore at the same time. They complete each other like a complete project and it would be best if you enjoy all the songs one by one AND pay attention to the lyrics because she really is one of the best and most prolific songwriters to date.

Although it has been named folklore's little sister it remains unique and full of new stories and sounds. Even if it is a brand new album, it feels like greeting an old friend. 10/10.

And although Folklore sounded more refined, cautious, cohesive, and mature.     After going through some things recently, this has really lifted me up. Taylor Swift's angelic, soothing vocals and the sonically pleasing instrumental makes me feel chills throughout every song. Listening to 'evermore', you sense the sister connection to 'folklore' but know it sets it's own path in Taylor's discography.

    Even though we get a catchy moment of goofy, snarling country midway through, the album is a result of the emotional clarity that a year in quarantine provided. Swift has written about curdling relationships splendidly in the past, but there's a new dimension to her writing that wasn’t there before. Onward.
