    sister of folklore this album comes with more stories, more secrets. Related but not the same, two sides of a coin, not only the lyrics are perfect, not only the melody, the whole group that creates the songs makes it unique but still folklore sister, a new whole world to explore, definitely beautiful sad and tragic.

    This album is pure perfection ... again. After "Folklore" Taylor Swift Swift shows again what she is able to do when no one expects anything, she definitely steps up her lyrics game to the next level. "Evermore" is deep, wild, romantic, sad. A masterful and stunning ride.

    It is the perfect complement to his folklore brother, without hesitation, it is like an improved version, and looser, with different rhythms, but same method of storytelling. An excellent album to listen to in this lockdown.

    Taylor does again what she always does, good music, and the best songwriting of her generation. Although the album is very similar to her previous job: folklore, evermore stills being a very good album. It's kinda good to have those chill, folk, and alternative vibes because it shows the versatility that Taylor has to change musical genders through the album.

    This was a miss for me. Most of the songs sound like folklore rejects and I can’t decipher a cohesive story in these songs. There is absolutely nothing special about any aspect of this album; lyrically, melodically, vocally... it sounds very recycled and a replete of folklore. A major miss for me.

    I wasn't expecting Evermore to be better than Folklore, but it completely surprised me. It's a soft album, more of storytelling I guess. Best album of 2020.

    It's just as beautifully written as produced as folklore was. This is the first time two of her albums have had the same sound, and I couldn't be happier that it was this one. It really shows her maturity in songwriting.

    Having to chose between 'folklore' and 'evermore' is such a complicated thing. It's amazing how Swift is able to make albums such as complementary as this two. The sound reminds me of magic, ancient times and mystery. My personal favorites are 'gold rush', 'willow' and 'ivy', but the whole album is a masterpiece.

    Even though we get a catchy moment of goofy, snarling country midway through, the album is a result of the emotional clarity that a year in quarantine provided. Swift has written about curdling relationships splendidly in the past, but there's a new dimension to her writing that wasn’t there before. Onward.
