    Taylor said that this album is folklore's sister but i don't think so because this is sadder, it has more breakup songs than folklore it has a more experimental/darker side than the other opus, but it is as good as folklore

    Beautiful! This album is an amazing follow up to its predecessor folklore. It truly is a sister album. Not a single song was a skip. Each one holds so much depth that even I have yet to completely understand the complexity of each song. Absolutely phenomenal Taylor does it again.

    I didn't think it was possible for her to make another album on Folklore's level but here she goes doing it again. Nobody in the industry works as hard as her for her fansa. This album along with Folklore deserves all the praise they get!

    2020 brought so much sadness and darkness to the world and for sure it wasn't a good year for many of us. Evermore , just like folklore , is the light in a sky full of darkness , filled of stories , emotions and perfect songwriting , it is undoubtedly one of the best albums Taylor has made , and for sure one of the best albums this year. From the magical feeling that "willow" brings to the2020 brought so much sadness and darkness to the world and for sure it wasn't a good year for many of us. Evermore , just like folklore , is the light in a sky full of darkness , filled of stories , emotions and perfect songwriting , it is undoubtedly one of the best albums Taylor has made , and for sure one of the best albums this year. From the magical feeling that "willow" brings to the bad-ass "no body no crime" , and from the pure nostalgia that "tis the damn season" is to the madness that comes from "gold rush" Taylor once again managed to make an album so relatable and so magical at the same time. Listening to this is like being hugged by your loved one on a really cold night,

    Taylor´s reading of the current global situation is a serve, creating an album that we didn´t know we needed (for the second time this year) but that it´s exactly what was lacking.
    It´s a total improvement since Folklore. It feels even more organic, with catchier melodies and more complex stories, that grow on you faster than Folklore did. Evermore definitely contains some of Taylor´s    Taylor´s reading of the current global situation is a serve, creating an album that we didn´t know we needed (for the second time this year) but that it´s exactly what was lacking.

    It's just as beautifully written as produced as folklore was. This is the first time two of her albums have had the same sound, and I couldn't be happier that it was this one. It really shows her maturity in songwriting.

    This album, like Folklore, is a melody that enters our hearts and warms us inside.     For a sister record to folklore, I believe it did extremely well in carrying on the story telling as well as adding murder and mystery to it.

    Even though we get a catchy moment of goofy, snarling country midway through, the album is a result of the emotional clarity that a year in quarantine provided. Swift has written about curdling relationships splendidly in the past, but there's a new dimension to her writing that wasn’t there before. Onward.
