Usually, I would be surprised that an artist could strike lightning once, if not twice, but Taylor's albums consistently strike lightning, each with more intensity and creativity than the last. Incredibly written and poignant, evermore is a fantastic album.

Some highlights are gold rush; 'tis the damn season; no body, no crime; dorothea; champagne problems; and the absolutely heart wrenching tolerate it. long story short, closure, willow, and ivy are among the best of the album.

Like folklore songs, evermore really deserves to be a sister record, because of its cohesiveness. I just eanna passed 'em down til the next decade, century, generation, era and aeon. So lucky that we live with in the same space time continuum.
