I'm not a severe movie critic and I appreciate most movies people don't. This however is just plain bad. Everything was incredibly cliché and predictable. Not impressed at all. Save your time and watch something else.

I lost one and half of my life. The Critic Reviews becomes untrustworthy. I can't believe that are critics rewarding this movie with more than 0 (zero).

Didn't expect such rating from metacritic. A complete waste of time. Please don't bother to watch. Although in the beginning the movie seemed promising.

Illogical, bad acting and unsupportable final scene... what the hell. It's like they tried to imitate the vibe from the movie "Drive" but badly done..

All those "green" ratings must be from people with a crush on Dan Stevens. I admit he was charismatic but that's about it. This movie is absurd. Nothing original here, just lots of cliches and violence. I give a 1 for the main characterAll those "green" ratings must be from people with a crush on Dan Stevens. I admit he was charismatic but that's about it. This movie is absurd. Nothing original here, just lots of cliches and violence. I give a 1 for the main character and a 2 for the first half of the movie which was fine. The rest is a big zero. Seriously, this movie getting a 7+ overall rating shows how the bar is low these days with people. The world is really sinking in a sea of mediocrity. People eating crappy food, listening to crappy music and watching crappy movies. Expand

Unwatchable. Succeeds neither as horror nor as camp. I don't know how on earth this movie ended up with a 76 on Metacritic, but then again we're the species that invented global warming, too.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. The first part of the movie was great. Like really great. The "feelgood" feeling was totally there. Now when i realised he was a bit shady, our main character, i kinda got the feeling of how this was gonna go. Now, the movie still keeps me hooked until our little princess wants to investigate by herself. First this military lady hangs up, for so to "Google" the guy just second later. It took her literally 2.5 sec to check him, and she says "ill call you back when i have some information". Not to mention how she forgets to warn about this dangerous man, and by the way that cringy ass message on the screen. CMON. That triggered me. A lot of more **** "policework" made by this girl causing our shady guy to realise sht, depressing. Aaaaaand then comes the cliche "supersecretoperation" kinda **** Our superagent manages to do some superagent magic and boom he is on his way. Fair enough. The "action" scene is so damn depressing i considered pressing STOP and leave. Seriously. No creativity, the "agents" either got told to look like complete fckups or didnt know how to handle a gun, unrealistic reactiontime from our fellow "contractors" too, *car breaks garage* *agent looking in the window* *looks at the garage* *realise our super dangerous man is in the car wich now by the way is outside, stopped and gun pointed towards him* *tries turn* *Contractor dramtic death*. What professional contractor even uses full auto, and manage to empty their mags at the EXACT same time. brooo. Those people wouldve died to a pig in Minecraft. I know there are those who would fire with the "its a movie" bull****, but i looks like a bollywood homemade amateur epic gangster war about some sugary **** obviously our guy makes it out alive and fix a few things. Our FBI megatron, as the last man alive, makes it to this damn girl and says she has to come with him. She, as i wouldve done too, started to ask questions and he just goes on saying something along the lines of "i am full-black-super-uniform-man so just follow me for no reason you wont regret it". Piece of dumb ass script. Like five hours later after a lot of unneccesary damn drama she get told that her parents are dead. LIKE HOLY SHT JUST TELL HER THAT YOU DUMB PIECE OF. now. Then they get to her brother *fbi guy dies* and she tries to run and when our little boy doesnt want she goes on with the **** "you have to trust me" BULLL****! LIKE! JUST TELL HIM HIS PARENTS ARE DEAD AND HE NEED TO GET THE FCKKKK OUT OF THERE!!!!! I am still angry. Started good, FBI got involved and turned it all into a big bag of poo. Seriously. bye. Expand

How did they even greenlight this nonsensical garbage of a film that has made no sense.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I think that we all saw through this plot from the beginning, like the writer looked up “what makes a good thriller” and stole every trope from the list: family weakened by the loss of a loved one, bad guy preys on said family, black man saves the day - or at least tries to, and finally the girl who knew what was up the whole time takes the bad guy down in a showdown in a made up “funny house” with the hall of mirrors, blinking lights, etc. The only redeeming quality is the the music - which is why it got 1 star from me, dawg.
