Awful movie from start to finish. It included every horrible movie cliche, and was far more chick flick than action film. The special effects were completely overdone and added nothing to terrible acting, dialogue, plot, etc. DO NOT SEE.

Well, this movie sucks, It deserves 0 out of 10 but what Can I do? Spider-Man 1 and 2 were indeed great movies, the second one far better than the first one and I only expected the films to climb higher, the ladder broke in some point and Well, this movie sucks, It deserves 0 out of 10 but what Can I do? Spider-Man 1 and 2 were indeed great movies, the second one far better than the first one and I only expected the films to climb higher, the ladder broke in some point and Sam Raimi decided to release a cheesy film about a hero who thinks an EMO hairdo will make him hostile and powerful. The whole movie falls down from the beginning, there's no character development at all because the director tossed a bunch of new villains and focused and the weak one, plus he never lined towards anything, on the contrary, you can easily forgot characters in the middle of the film and suddenly (after almost an hour or so) you'll say "oh yeah, that dude was in the movie right?) to me Spider-Man 3 never existed, download the restaurant sequence and that's it....the whole movie worths only for this SNL sketch :(… Expand

If you took a big suck on a fat mans ass you wouldn't even come close to the how horrible the movie really is. WOW. My keyboard can't put into letters the depth of suckness that is required to describe this move.

How difficult is it to find a cast that has talent? Quite difficult apparently. My favorite parts were when I had trouble distinguishing between Toby Maguire's happy face and his angry face. sucks.. what a waste of 300 million dollars.. Sam Rami went ego insane. A movie full of cliche's but in no way a spiderman movie. Horrible. i feel bad for sam rammie and all of the actors.
this movie was rushed the whole time, just to have mindless action, with to many characters. also i love how the black spiderman outfit is every where in advertisments but only 2 seconds ini feel bad for sam rammie and all of the actors.

I really liked the first Spider-Man. The sequel I liked even more. Characters were more fleshed out, grew more, and developed more so that by the time the loose ends from the first film ended, there were entirely new threads to deal with for I really liked the first Spider-Man. The sequel I liked even more. Characters were more fleshed out, grew more, and developed more so that by the time the loose ends from the first film ended, there were entirely new threads to deal with for the third movie. Needless to say, I had high expectations. I was sorely disappointed. The dialogue was awful. Don't give me comic book cheesy. The first two movies had plenty of comic book cheese that I enjoyed as much as the next person. This movie was just poorly written, poorly thought out. There was no chemistry between Tobey Maguire and Kirsten Dunst. To top it all off, the poorly written lines were given even worse delivery by the actors. The Sand Man effects were good, the Venom effects not so much. A complete miscast in Topher Grace for Eddie Brock/Venom. The only two scenes worth anything were: the Bruce Campbell cameo scene. While expected, it was highly amusing, and the very seventies Saturday Night Fever scene where the new "dark" Peter Parker tries to be cool and fails abysmally. And when did "dark and not very good" equate to emo? Everything from the darker, eye covering hair to eye-liner screamed emo punk. With such high expectations and such a big let down, I can't justify giving this movie any score.… Expand

There is a reason they are rebooting the series, This film was absolute trash. Not only did the acting and the story suck but there was a musical during the film and that just wont do.

Liked the first one a whole lot, loved the second, but this one was complete trash. I told my friends not to waste their money on this one. It got wrong what the first two got right and then some, never been this disappointed in my life.
