First half drags a bit but there's a neat twist about halfway through and then you're in for a hell of a ride until the final credits. Better than i expected for sure.

Honestly, I did not expect anything but cheap generic scares, but oh boy was i very wrong. Solid and well-made science fiction horror, which convinces with a good acting performance of the two main protagonists (Maika Monroe and Jake Lacy) and with a calm camera work. Especially the wide landscape shots are impressive. CGI's are in the upper range and don't disappoint. Furthermore, the surprising twists carry the story and keep the suspense high.… Expand
