I hated this movie; I wish I could unsee it and will it out of existence. But that’s not the same as thinking it’s worthless or corrupt or entirely inept. It’s more like a massively self-indulgent prank, inflicted on the world by some reasonably intelligent young men, which makes it the most bro-tastic project of all time. Sausage Party is kind of what the name already suggests, however, I didn't expect it to be that extreme. The movie is vulgar, offensive, perverted and has lots of racist and sexists jokes - that's exactly what makes this movie worth watching. Almost exactly what you expect, in a good way. Animation is nearly as good as a Pixar/Dreamworks film, but with a fraction of the budget...although the savings aren't as admirable when you read about the number of animators who came and went during the production, many of whom were forced toAlmost exactly what you expect, in a good way. This movie was very entertaining, but after the part in the grocery store it took a huge nosedive into just a too stupid story line. If that was its purpose then great, but I felt like it was a huge waste of time. Everything that was great about the movie was in the trailers.

Just like everyone who saw the red band trailer a couple months ago I was extremely excited for this movie. The movie has a fantastic cast, voice acting, and sometimes but not all the time it is laugh out loud hilarious. South Park is funny, Grimsby was funny, this is just a dumb juvenile attempt at humor that fails to be funny.

Its a moronic R rated rubbish that only pre-teens would find funny. Its ridiculous the amount of absolute garbage that passes for movies these days.
