Hilarious thing is that even Liberal Movie Critics didn't like it. Shows that even they are tired of mediocre movies full of political agendas. I have been liberal my whole life and i didn't like this movie at all. Not recommending it to anyone ever.

Dialogue was poor and pedestrian (unlike any of the clever quips we’ve seen in the past movies, lack of character development (how were we supposed to feel any emotional quotient for the characters, esp Ajax’s death?), inappropriate scenes for children (for a movie which caters to huge volumes of children, this is an absolute disgrace), storyline was disjointed and lacked clear flow, and the brother of Thanos - one of the most awesome villains in the Marvel universe - is Eros, played by Harry Styles? Really??? What an absolute miss. How did this ever pass quality control?… Expand

Just a mid movie overall. Boring for the most part, takes too much to get to the good part. It would be a 5 or a 6 if it were created by any other studio, but Marvel should be able to do something better with all their money, so it is a 2.

The first 20 minutes was OK, until the film randomly jumps backwards in time 5,000 years and focused on a bunch of other characters we hadn't seen yet. Like the main characters are Rob Stark and Asian lady who I can't remember the name of because she was so boring, but instead of focusing on them equal screen time is given to another 6 eternals (plus background characters) who don't add anything to the plot. On top of that, some of the plot decisions are mind-numbingly stupid. I won't give any spoilers, but what Rob Stark's character does at the end of the film is the single dumbest thing that has ever happened in a marvel film and it makes me angry just thinking about it.… Expand

Easily one of the worst movies of 2021. Sad to see Marvel loosing to DC like that, but maybe it's about time that happened. Marvel's last hope is now Spider-Man, hopefully that delivers. Eternals lost already.

This film was just a bore all around. The film made little sense in the MCU world even thought they explained why the eternals don't help, but when the world is about to end. Where are the Avengers!!! No sense at all!

Contrived and confused (the film, not I). Shallow, soul-less, predictable, forced, and fake. The characters in this video game of a film are unrealistic in their dialogue and actions.

So boring. It has no character because it tries to introduce too many characters. Not worth the money. Just read the synopsis and you’re good.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I want to start and say that I love everything about Marvel Studios. They can make any movie and I will usually like it. However Eternals is a bag of garbage. The movie doesn't make any sense. No one cares about any of the characters. Marraki is the best character and doesn't have any time to shine. This movie really tries to push several agendas and does a poor job at doing that. No one cares if the Deviants are the bad guys or if Ikaris is the bad guy. WFT, Ikaris flies off into the sun for what purpose??? Does anyone care when Ajak is found dead? Nope! Does anyone understand when Thena goes on a rager? Nope! I can't stand it when these people live for 7000 years and then get easily picked off in the present day. Disney claims to be a family friendly company but apparently cares more to promote an agenda rather produce a superhero film. Everyone in this film should ask Bezos if they can get shot into space and try to find the remaining Celestials.… Expand

Well, it's been more than two hours of my life that I'm never coming back! I felt nothing but sweet relief when the movie finally ended. Marvel's diehards will like it or pretend, but honestly it's a failure.

They aren't humans but love humans but were created to help Populate the earth but didn’t stop thanos but then wanted to cause the emergence but didnt but did.....

Also their powers are weak it’s not even a superhero movie it’s just a weird alien story, marvel is really struggling after iron man 2 and it shows.

Waste of time don't recommend it for anyone. There is so many things they could do but they decided to just let him fail Because he loved her. Also Ikaris and Spirte did not have the bracelets to connect them so another major flaw...… Expand
