Technically, not as cool as Top Gun Maverick, but the story is much better + very strong acting performances by Jonathan Majors and Glen Powell. A good movie about the hardships of war and friendship. I recommend it.

Relatable characters based on real people who did remarkable things. Most of what is portrayed actually happened, which made the film much more meaningful and emotional. . FYI. This movie was filmed pretty close together with top gun, with the same aerial coordinators. Doesn’t really matter that Top Gun was released close to this, should have been released in 2019….Don’t listen to the negative reviews.. I. FYI. I never would have known about Jesse brown if it weren’t for films like this.
A tad hard to follow, however with the little information the producers had, historical events like this are exactly why it is difficult to put on the big screen. They did a wonderful job trying to tell Jesse story. Screw the woke, white liberal mob with their “imperialist America” rhetoric of the Korean War. Go ask any South Korean and they will tell you otherwise. This is simply a man that never got the recognition he deserved battling systemic racism. Meanwhile I don’t understand how “euphoria” is more appealing…?… Expand

I think it was good, but similar story I think I already saw before only this time it was more about race and for me it felt like something is missing for it to feel like really great movie compared to other war movies. Still good though.
