Glorifying a conflict that would be America’s first of the modern blueprint for imperialist war crimes. "Devotion" (2+ hrs, only $21M w/w, PG-13) seems to have promised more than it actually delivered. This rates as one of the most boring, slow-paced military action films I've ever seen.
