A car driving savant but the novelty wore off. Lead was well cast, Spacey and Fox were miscast and the story was uneven. Turned soapy at the end . Edgar Wright has so much talent and he proves it yet again with Baby Driver. The most stylish, fabulous and original movie I've seen all year. Action-packed, music-packed, dramatic and laugh-out-loud funny.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I am surprised this movie got so many great reviews. The characters just don't seem plausible. The sound track is great I will give it that, and the idea about the main character having a 'disability' is interesting but isn't explored properly. Yes, the car chase scenes show a lot of great filming but get pretty redundant. The main character doesn't really cut it as the 'reluctant' criminal. He only goes straight when his hand is forced. He could have made a positive decision much earlier in the film. And all the killing and violence just seems thrown together in some kind of unreality. It is hard to cheer for the main character who only seems to redeem himself at the very very end, which is much too late at least for me. It had a lot of potential but lost me in the end. Expand

The driving sequences are good, but the inter-personal conflicts are far too contrived. It's a heist movie, it's not hard to come up with good reasons for tension between criminals, and yet Baby Driver bends over backwards to create artificial tension with random thugs picking a fight with Baby even after he's saved their bacon. The movie also leans heavily on a romance that just doesn't really work all that well in my opinion, the girl is hopelessly in love with Baby from their first scene and it doesn't really go anywhere after that. Finally, Baby's over-wrought conscience is a bit hard to square with his actions in the film. We're supposed to see him as a good kid in a bad spot, but he is an accessory to dozens of serious crimes and put civilians in danger constantly. In the end, I would recommend Drive instead, but Baby Driver is still a good time. Expand

Wright wanted to make a super-cool film like Drive or Widows, except Edgar Wright isn't cool – he's a massive nerd. Which is fine, and it worked well for Scott Pilgrim vs the World, where you can embrace the finely choreographed action scenes, and laugh/cringe along with the rest of it.
Baby Driver starts out like a tightly-choreographed modern-day musical, but soon devolves into a fairly generic action film. The soundtrack, blared at full-volume is interspersed with frustrating whispered, mumbled, dialogue, which often feels like it's being read off the page, with exception of Lily James who brings a bit more emotional depth than the rest of the cast, who seem out of it.
There are a decent 20-minutes at the beginning of the third act where the tension builds. Unfortunately, the film then descends into every other action movie cliché you can imagine. The jokes aren't funny, but there are some clever set-pieces and flashy editing. A better concept would have been to focus on the Bonnie & Clyde romance, with protagonist jacking cars and driving to the music which is already playing – which happens once when 'Baby' takes the car from the ATL Twins. For someone who professes to have watched 1000 great films (link omitted per site policy), (yet admits to falling asleep during Tokyo Story), it surprises me how immature and shallow Baby Driver is. I'm sure the film's target audience of teenagers believed it to be a masterpiece when they saw it. I only hope once they grow up, they will roll their eyes at the thought. Regardless, Edgar Wright is still a great film-making talent with a unique voice. This film may not have appealed to me, but others loved it. Best of luck to him.

On the down-side: Baby himself, slick moves or not, is a bland hero, too half-assed cool to register as anything but a nerdy director's fantasy alter-ego; his romance with singing waitress Debora is too-cute by half, stretching whatever credulity the pulpier stuff has, and clashing badly with the final act's cold-blooded mayhem; Kevin Spacey's on auto-pilot; and the ending trails off where it should speed across a definitive finish-line. Entertaining in fits and starts but, on balance, it hits too many pot-holes to fully satisfy. Expand

The opening scene is so iconic in and of itself that it almost immediately makes the film for me. It sets up the idea that the film will be flowing with the soundtrack and that music is important to the main character because of some personal trauma.

Where it drags for me are with two performances, those of Jamie Foxx and Kevin Spacey. For me Jamie Foxx is trying too hard to be an intimidating bad guy that he almost reaches Jared Leto's 'Joker' for me. Meanwhile, Kevin Spacey's performance is pretty lackluster and forgettable, even before the news about his past came out. His roll could've been better filled by someone else with a better presence, perhaps Kurt Russel? Overall it's a fun movie and has a lot of intricate sequences that should be watched with a keen eye, definitely give it a watch.

Sure I love Edgar Wright's direction in Hot Fuzz, Shaun of the Dead and with Scott Pilgrim, but this movie is substandard at best as a comedy heist film. First, it does neither of its genre elements particularly well - I wasn't laughing nor particularly thrilled for most parts. The plot is very generic and lacks any sense of urgency for the most part. Character motivations are all over the place like Edgar Wright's hair and editing-wise, wasn't anything special. People seem to harp on about how great the action is and how its well timed to the songs, but I don't see anything great about it to be honest. Perhaps why I didnt like this film is that I've seen it before. That was a masterpiece called Drive and Baby Driver seems to borrow everything about it. The good things about Baby Driver is that it is midly entertaining and some of the songs are okay, I guess, apart from the fact its blasting at the audicence 24/7 like an angsty teen's mixtape. IBaby Driver falls short in comparison to Wright’s previous works. A film comprised of flat dialogue, clichéd characters that lack complexity, and sporadic bursts of energy that constantly tease the audience of the film it could have been. I lost count of how many times I slowly shook my head in disappointment, while starring into Jon Hamm’s dreamy eyes. While the plot can be boiled down into one simple sentence, it’s a mystery as to why the film clocks at 112 minutes. Perhaps a consistent pace could’ve made the film a bit more palatable. All in all, Baby Driver will not disappoint your average movie go-er. It’s filled with cheap thrills and a predictable story so your friend can proudly yell, “I told you that would happen!”. However, for those more literate in film, prepare for the worst. Expand

Years ago, there was a vehicle called the "Conquest," which was the Dodge-Chrysler version of Mitsubishi's "Starion." It was butt-ugly, and I don't mean Beyonce's derriere, nuh-uh.

But one year, va-va-VOOM they remade that sucker into a sleek and sexy ride, a ride that looked like the feeling of someone you've lusted after suddenly tipping you the wink.

Folks, "Baby Driver" is the OPPOSITE of what I just described.

If you're familiar w/ Edgar Wright's best-known directing efforts, for examples the brilliant "Spaced" series, his snappy trilogy of films starring Simon Pegg and Nick Frost (also from "Spaced") and the ultra-hip "Scott Pilgrim" which turned Mary Elizabeth Winstead into The It Girl of this decade, folks if you enjoyed those works and were expecting something in that vein, but w/ an even cooler soundtrack and cleverly edited car-chases...

...you will be sorely disappointed by "Baby Driver." Go in w/ no expectations but forgettable entertainment, some witty barbs, one surprising cameo that's cut short way too quickly, and dialogue/situations you'll wince at more often than not, and just maybe you'll see where the glowing reviews for this are coming from.

In other words, go back to your teenage non-jaded years. This is no "Drive," nor "The Driver," and nothing close to that hair-raising street chase from "Nightcrawler." This was "The Transporter" w/o a believable lead nor pulse-raising fight scenes. Or indeed, chase scenes worth recalling. "Baby Driver" does boast Jon Hamm's impression of The Terminator, and an ending that comes after what should have been the ending, after an uncomfortable amount of waiting time.

To wit: This DOES NOT live up to its ridiculous amount of hype. I'm rating this as high as 4 of 10 because it wasn't a bad film, just oh-so very disappointing. You've been warned.

It was technically well made, but just didn't come together for me.
It would be a fine rental I suppose. I might have liked it better if the characters and the music were better. The two friends I saw it with were much harsher on it than I am, and they are fans of Edgar Wright as well.
The last Fast and Furious movie was probably better.

By the end, it seems like they had a cogent movie but edited away too much, which is crazy because the movie is still long as it is. Also, Ansel Elgort is awful and for some reason they told him to fake a southern accent, which is just ridiculous and in no way supportive of any necessary plot elements. Ansel Elgort plays the cool Baby, a young driver whose job is to drive a group of criminals so they can heist. He works under the intimidating Doc (Kevin Spacey) who is very demanding when it comes to Baby. We see that Baby lives a quiet life looking after his deaf companion, and whatever money he makes, he uses it to feed him, and make sure he's well looked after. Baby attends to a diner, and meets a pretty young waitress named Debora (Lily James), who also shares a love for music. They seem to really hit it off, and this becomes a thing for the two of them. However, things get complicated when a thug named Bats (Jamie Foxx), who doesn't like to waste time, he prefers to do the job, and get away just like that, no other questions asked. The movie is impressive and entertaining, and proves even further that Edgar Wright is one of the most underrated filmmakers working today. With films from; 'Shaun of the Dead' (2004), to 'The World's End' (2013), he has proven to be both original, and using some effective camerawork to craft his films. I really liked the romantic chemistry between Elgort and James, and at a time where many movies are filled with unnecessary and somewhat bland romantic subplots, theirs is honestly the best one I've seen since 'Deadpool' (2016). Hopefully, in the future, we get more films that are as expertly crafted and equally as fun as this. Probably the most fun movie in 2017. Expand

To base a whole film around a soundtrack is almost certainly asking for trouble and inevitably Edgar Wright's idea and direction are both a lot better than his screenplay, which on more than a few occasions pushed the bounds of credibility. The cast are firing on all cylinders but the film annoyingly see-saws between good and fair throughout due to some loose writing. Strangely the music choices are often only ok, although credit must be given for them not having been over used in other films. Standout music piece is a track by 'Focus'(taken from Focus Three if I'm not mistaken)to accompany a chase sequence on foot involving 'Baby Driver' Ansel Elgort, who for once is actually good in a role. As befits a crime thriller the editing is sharp and the sound is clear. It must be said that the film definitely leaves an impression after disappearing from the screen. I just wish that the writing could have made that impression more consistent for me to appreciate the resultant movie better. Expand

Personally this has been the best well rounded movie I have seen all year. The film was well shot, the sound editing was amazing, and the cast was fantastic. Ansel Elgort as “Baby” played a very likable but conflicted main protagonist. His performance supplemented by a great supporting cast (Eiza Gonzalez, Jamie Fox, John Ham, and Kevin Spacy). Worth mentioning, the movie had a very well-coordinated continuous shot, as well as amazing implantation of song and sound. Edgar Wright and Team were able to turn the movie into a best hits playlist without it becoming boring or stagnant. The way in which song was incorporated into each scene was unique and did not take away from the story. I recommend this film to anyone looking for a new original screen play, or fans of fast moving crime films. Expand

Kind of flabbergasted at the critical praise this cliche-ridden, unexceptional movie has received. "Hot Fuzz" had a million tons more heart, brains and fun than this film. "True Romance" did it better. If "Baby" is great, Hollywood is dead.

There isn't anything appealing about this movie, it's just a continuous stream of action packed dribble. Watch if you like music movies and car chases. They set the stage: Baby is introduced, we get some hints at the dark deal behind the scenes, and we learn that music is everything. The intro was so unique and fresh that I almost didn't notice as every subsequent scene played out beat for beat exactly as one might have expected from the intro, right down to the obvious deaths and betrayals and the disgusting, regressive film stereotypes. The lead man, the lead villain, and the lead criminal are all white men. The female love interest is mindlessly devoted to her man. The white guy criminal is suave and gets the most screen time of the criminals, his wife is sexy and a reflection of him, and the black guy is a scary criminal. I kept expecting my expectations to be subverted because my expectations were embarrassingly bland, but alas. Each character can be described fully in one short, nuance-free sentence, and if you leave the theater saying, "What a unique ____!" I can guarantee that word isn't "plot." Expand

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Being a fan of racing and cars, I bought this movie without seeing if first (I don't recommend it). It started out cool with a cool opening scene but it never got to where I was expecting it to go. I didn't feel like I was watching an action/musical (which I thought it was gonna be) There was way too much dialogue to be a musical. Spacey's character is a waste of talent and could've been played by anybody along with Fox. The movie started out about a bunch of professional thieves, but thieves they are not. They're just psycho and that's it with no regard for innocent lives or anyone other than themselves and they all blame Baby for their problems even though it ultimately isn't. That cool car on the movie poster? It's in one scene for a minute or two. It isn't the type of film to watch multiple times (an actual musical would've been) so I'm sure that was the first and last time I'll watch it. I was expecting more from all the buzz. Expand

RATINGS ARTIFICIALLY INFLATED BY SHILLS. BEWARE.

The movie is not 'different' or 'unique'. It is a very poor man's version of Drive with Ryan Gosling. Almost identical plot. The difference is that it is cartoony and constantly blaring noise (music?) throughout. The characters are effectively just unoriginal tropes. The attempts at being artistic were also a complete miss. The camera shots that attempted to be slick were poorly executed. The red filter used throughout the film made it look like a giant advertisement for itself with no substance. Completely over-engineered in a desperate attempt to be artistic. The chase scenes were also boring.

Edgar Wright has truly outdone himself in what I consider one of the greatest comeback films ever. From a wide variety of interesting well developed characters, to a tasty platter of amazing songs that practically run the scenes, Baby Driver proves to be summers greatest hit thus far. In the first few moments of the film, Baby (Ansel Elgort) proves why he is Docs(Kevin Spacey) "lucky charm". I mean..... this kid can drive! But not just that, he is also incredibly smart which aids in their robbery escapes multiple times in the film. That's one of things I like about Baby Driver, or more specifically Edgar Wright. He clearly puts so much time and effort into each character; and never stops at the bare minimum. We can see this through the other thieves and misfits as well. I especially liked Jon Hamms character Buddy, I thought his personality was extremely complex up until his last line of dialogue. And don't even get me started on Kevin Spacey. This man proves why he is one of the best, if not the best actor of all time. The character of doc was so complex, especially with his relationship with Baby. In a weird way it sort of worked like a father son relationship, which Wright played out in the best way possible. I would also like to point out that in current times it's easy to loose the stakes in action sequences, however, because of the dynamics between the characters it keeps you on the edge of your seat. There is one scene in the Diner that was specifically clever, props to Jamie Foxx. Another great part of Baby Driver was it's music. I can't honestly think of a time when an amazing song wasn't playing. This film is actually run by the music! Which is incredibly clever, but also highly entertaining. I thought he played that part of Babys character so well into the scenes and dialogue with other characters. Every part of this movie moved to the sound of the beat, and I just love that attention to detail. It really makes each scene that much more enjoyable.

Finally, I thought the ending to the film was a very refreshing spin on a modern day criminal/hero. Baby Driver brought real life consequences to the decisions its characters make, and I couldn't agree more with that style of storytelling.

Some minor discrepancies would probably be the fact that Baby fell in love incredibly quickly. His love Deborah (Lily James) also seemed a little to willing to risk her life so early into a relationship. But I guess if it's love it's love.

Overall, If you are looking for an incredible thrill ride. Speed to Baby Driver right now, it truly is an incredibly well written/acted/edited thrill ride that always plays to the sound of the beat.

Other characters (cardboard cutouts, more like it) are either stupid or sociopaths. Totally unbelievable plot, expanded beyond its meager realm of possibility in the first 3 minutes. All just an excuse to direct a few exciting car chasing scenes, last of the Mohicans I presume, since the self-driving ones are upon us. Movie is a tribute to the lost art of using a clutch, which most Americans don’t appreciate anyway, and a glorification of gun violence, which most Americans appreciate all too well. Music is too loud, and too widespread in its provenance to be memorable or exciting (who in their 20’s or 30’s has even heard of first Queen album?). With so much directorial drifting from stylish parody to serious dark movie to Bonnie and Clyde tragedy-drama to Shawshank-like redemption, the film did not even had a remote chance to be a decent one. The film stars Ansel Elgort In the title role as the young man forced to drive getaway cars for a group of characters played by Kevin Spacey, Jon Hamm, Eliza Gonzalez, Lily James and James Foxx. Fast paced with the director’s foot constantly on the pedal, the film has a few dramatic moments and a simple story but, more than anything, the real star or stars (depending on what car is being used) are the vehicles speeding across the screen. Mr. Elgort is wonderfully cast as the main character of the film and draws the audience into his plight and circumstance with easy identification. Mr. Hamm, alas, is apparently faced with the George/Jason Alexander syndrome for he is not really believable as a punk hold up guy and seems better suited to be behind a desk an office on the Mad Men set. I give the film an 8 because, more than anything, it is an easy and enjoyable theatrical experience. Expand

An incredibly fun movie that will leave you pumped. Definitely worth seeing in theaters.

That said, it is not without it's problems. For a movie that advertises itself as being a car chase movie, it has relatively few chases, even getting the best out of the way right off the hop. What you get instead is a love story that improbably strays toward Bonnie and Clyde, then ditches that cliche at the last minute. I was also disappointed with Baby's back story, as the "good guy trapped in a bad spot" justification for wrong-doing is getting old. And finally, you'll have to suspend your disbelief during the gun play, as our heroes/villains seemingly have a dozen horseshoes up their backsides!

All that a side, the direction and acting are superb and, if you're like me, will leave you wanting more.

The way it uses the music is just so great. It's so different from all the other movies, but it isn't artsy in a way that only the critics will like it: this is a movie for everyone. I went with a friend who is really hard to please when it comes to movies, but I just knew he would love this. And I was right, I never saw him as excited about a movie as he was about this one. It's just so much fun to watch, but it's also serious when it needs to be and it has very intruiging characters. But I'll be honest, the core of the movie is its music. I think this is the second time I say it, but the music works so well. If I wasn't in the theaters I would sing with the songs. Even though it's completely different, it reminds me a bit of Fury Road in the way that it makes you want to punch your fist and the air and cheer during the movie. In reality I think it's more a mixture of La La Land and Grand Theft Auto (it's definitely not a musical btw). Go see this movie. I don't want to overhype anyone, but I'll make a bold statement and say this is my favorite Edgar Wright movie. I'll be shocked if this doesn't appear on many 'Best of the Year' lists in December, at least I already know it'll be on mine. Expand

Nailed it. Had a blast watching this movie start to finish. Rare accomplishment to keep such a fast pace without messing up the plot or flow of the movie.

Every actor is on point. Foxx and Spacey are oscar winners after all, and Hamm is absolutely amazing in this film. Also deadpan elgort is incredible.

The plot is rather easy, but is not the focus of wright films. Is his incredible directing and funny scenes. Because this film, although is not a comedy is rather funny. I Higlhy recomend it.

Baby in particular has more complicated motivations, and they are revealed in tidbits throughout the movie, but it never throws the movie off track and is actually a helpful insight into the mind of Baby. The action scenes are top-notch... I'll just leave it at that because that's the one part of the movie that no one should even be debating over. Baby's relationship with "a girl" was at first surprisingly realistic... but as things start to get more troubling for Baby, it's hard to believe how the relationship with the "girl" was effected (That's how spoiler-free I can go when it comes to talking about that.) All of the actor's performances in this movie are just enchanting... and just when you think a character is a really nice person, they end up being a bit of a **** ok, I'll stop talking about this before I get into something that'll really spoil the movie. Sure we’ve seen that before but it brings a freshness to this genre that you just can’t help but love. Without a doubt the soundtrack is the best thing about Baby Driver. It’s not simply distracting you with catchy songs like some movies. It incorporates the songs brilliantly they become essential to the story. You can’t imagine Baby Driver without the soundtrack.
Ansel Elgort and Kevin Spacey are particularly great accompanied by Jon Hamm and just the right amount of Jamie Foxx but as for Lily James and Eiza Gonzalez, well they’re just there for the sake of it. Underdeveloped with little to no chemistry with any of the other characters. I thoroughly enjoyed Baby Driver but what lets it down unfortunately was the over the top conclusion. Or should I say conclusions. Feels a lot like Edgar Wright had three different endings in mind, couldn’t choose one so went with all three. This was rather disappointing to see as I had such high hopes and all the critics haven’t stopped fangirling over this movie for months. Well I’m not going to fangirl over it. When it comes down to it you’ve got action, fantastic car chases reminiscent of great action movies through the ages all accompanied by a stand out soundtrack so what more do you want? Recommended.

The races are thrilling, electric and very fast. I feel this movie will appeal to everyone and everyone should go see it in theaters. Another best picture nominee for me this year. This will become a classic 20 years from now. I feel like there have been many great films this year so far like The Lost City of Z, Wonder Woman and Get Out but none are on this level. This stands up there with La La Land with one of the best films of the last 10 years. Expand

Having unwittingly stolen the car of a dangerous criminal Baby is forced to act as a getaway driver during a series of heists.

There is no doubt that Baby Driver is an entertaining movie with the action scenes set to music really standing out. It's also pretty funny in places but the script doesn't have the sharpness of Edgar Wright's previous work (particularly Shaun of the Dead) and the plot isn't terribly interesting and, for me at least, this holds it back from true classic status.

With a superb soundtrack that is expertly integrated with the action sequences, and a storyline that is compelling and original, this is a film which revels in the genre and does so with panache. The performances are excellent, the script is funny and clever, the cinematography is astonishing, and the editing actually allows for the car chase sequences to be fully appreciated. Whilst there was a disappointing lack of interesting female roles, it was refreshing to see some diversity of experience reflected in the film, making for a thoroughly enjoyable experience overall. 8.78/1 Expand

The romantic interest (played by Lily James) seems a little forced, but her performance is good. Ansel Elgort, Jon Hamm, Kevin Spacey and Eiza González all have good performances as well, but the best performance in my opinion is by Jamie Foxx, who plays the character Bats. The story is entertaining, and the driving scenes are beautifully directed. Overall, this is an immensely entertaining watch. Expand

The opening scene sets a manic tone for the rest of film in what feels like a mashup between La La Land and The Town. Simply put, writer/director Edgar Wright has a way of moving through scenes and occupying their spaces like none other. The visceral nature of Baby Driver is also attributable to the fact that 95 percent of the action and effects happen in-camera—shot on 35mm film no less—with CGI utilized for just a few touch-ups and quick shots. Baby Driver is yet another superb addition to Edgar Wright’s already impressive list of films. And thankfully it serves as a sort of oasis, easily among the best films released this year, in what so far has been a remarkably tepid output from Hollywood. Expand

In a film period where edginess is often lacking and the few ones that come to light are squandered by unreasonably bombastic pieces of cinema entertainment, filmmaker Edgar Wright breaks into this parched audiovisual panorama with a film oasis that is reaching, at full speed, the summit just after the first two minutes.

As a heist cinema veneration, Jon Spencer Blues Explosion welcomes, with a fiery punk blues, the circumstantial maelstrom experienced by the main role, placing the spectator in the middle of the core since the opening, putting us alternatively inside and outside a lavish red car, which symbolizes the fierce, intriguing and frantic path the main character must drive. Undoubtedly, the film encompasses and handles, with an impressive care, a set of juicy components that enable it to do and be tremendous deed: a frenetic and spellbinder stylistic journey (of no return) to a severe personal maturation, an awakening greatly empowered by music, rather by good music. Steven Price, Academy Award winner for his hair-raising compositions for Alfonso Cuarón's "Gravity" film, orchestrates and gears, alongside the large sound department, both the created scores and the ultra-popular songs (which monopolize more than 80% of the footage) with the most accurate expertise throughout the story, they're the tires of the film, they take the plot hand-in-hand.

The visual section is simply masterful, glorifying frames that synthesize the most beautiful attributes of the scene. Bill Pope's camera emanates magic from the opening sequence; unsuspected angles, smart focus and avant-garde photographic games lead the preconception of the typical and theatrical American crime to another level, one that is hard to reach. Justin O'Neal Miller, Marcus Rowland and Nigel Churcher decorate settings with (on the surface) a limited view of artistic potential: a conservative cafe, a grayish control center, an urban parking plot or depressing banking entities. Leaning on nuances, colors, contrasts and bright visual tricks that, together with Pope's cinematography and Courtney Hoffman's costume design work, conceive a high-octane motion picture in general and specific terms. To finish the flattery, the soul of the footage could not miss, magnified by the task of Jonathan Amos and Paul Machliss in the editing room, a fundamental work for the technical and creative results, which must be considered as one of the best incursions within the genre so far this century. Actors and storytelling merge into one. Without the excellence of one, there is no excellence of the other. Teaming up with a cast of real talent, the plot doesn't miss the focus and presents what it desires; Here the action scenes don't have mere ends of entertainment, here these are chess chips that jointly address the future of Baby, the leading role. "The Fast & the Furious" carries the banner for the car film universe, the high demand action films are led by DC Comics and Marvel Studios titans, thriller genre feeds on periodic indie strangeness and comedies are governed by laughable ideas of major studios, so how does "Baby Driver" get to encompass and execute perfectly each of these genres without falling into the classic homage or the shameful copy? Well, the answer is in the successful narrative management. It's practically impossible that a current film doesn't present reminiscences to previous ones, and even this one cannot be saved, however, the way to intersperse surprises, sadness, and twists is sharp and sudden, distributing them naturally thanks to the excellent sketch of the narrative script, an authentic fear of the 21st century. Beauty, masculinity, panache, and energy possesses the acting team that has as head the DJ and actor Ansel Elgort. The performances are unbeatable, something that was predictable in advance by having a first-grade diverse cast, they all have a chance to catch and reach at least a few seconds of glory, however, the main actor, Hamm, James and Spacey are those who freeze the screen with their amazing interpretations, which drive this crazy carriage, which take the greatest praises.

"Thank you very much, ladies and gentlemen, right now I got to tell you about the fabulous, most groovy" action, crime and thriller motion picture of the year. Wright leads on firmly with one of the most original, potential and coolest proposals within the thriller/crime so far this century. With a remarkable third act, the margins of error are iotas in respect of the sublime work, a contemporary movie with nostalgic and old references by a Hollywood that is claimed step by step; A must-see that needs to be experienced by any cinema fan thirsty for speed, comedy, drama and many, many great twists. Complexly striking, perhaps the best crime is the one made by Edgar Wright, a master of huge magnitudes.
