  1. Fans of titles like Contra and the old side scrolling days will more then appreciate a new take on their favorite type of game; the added freedom, 3D models, secret areas and numerous weapons all blended nicely to create a wonderful experience for the price.

There is a good selection of hindrances whether by locked doors or aliens/technology traps. As you explore you find upgrades, keys, health or more enemies. Your goal is to make it to the end of each labyrinth area. The map and objectives to do this are decently implemented and the game was immediately immersive. I kind of consider games like this hidden gems. Full Review »

The graphics may be outdated and the music is horrible, but the gameplay is pretty good in this game. And this game dosen't have that much of a story.
So 6 out of 10 for me.

Yes, it's a little repetitive but the core gameplay is solid and very playable. It's like you're in the movie Aliens, wandering around a dark futuristic maze with scary aliens hunting you. It plays similar to 2d Contra, but with the focus on escaping the maze, instead of just moving forward. Full Review »
