    Omg! This game is sooo trash, not optimize at all. The character models are horrible and so many bugs, this game should have been delayed till next year or more!!! I’m 12 hours in and…it’s now looking good at all! Im not impress at all….4/10!

    No game is perfect. And also Starfield has some weak parts (e.g. graphics and NPCs). However, how can you give anything less than a 10/10 to a game where I have already spent 20 hours in just a few days and will go on to spend hundreds more. How can we give perfect scores to indy games with very poor graphics which we play for a few hours and not give a perfect score to this huge game?No game is perfect. And also Starfield has some weak parts (e.g. graphics and NPCs). However, how can you give anything less than a 10/10 to a game where I have already spent 20 hours in just a few days and will go on to spend hundreds more. How can we give perfect scores to indy games with very poor graphics which we play for a few hours and not give a perfect score to this huge game?

    And it is a Bethesda game with all its flaws but most importantly its advantages. You can get lost for hours, doing side quests. You can spend hours levelling up and crafting things. Now you can also build a base and a spaceship. What more can we ask. 2023 seems to be a good year for gaming so lets enjoy it.    … Expand

    It’s a fantastic game, is there a few glitches here and there….. yes but this is true with almost any game I’ve played day 1. Have about 17 hours in so far and probably only 10% done with the main quest line and loving it.

    I am very surprised by the graphic quality of the game, the texture of the ground, or the smallest details of the different environments as well as the lighting of the game which is simply sublime. For 30 fps, it's really well optimized although I would have liked 60 fps.     Jogo sensacional, nunca curti RPG, mas a temática espacial me prendeu!
    Os 30fps me decepcionou, mas mesmo assim o jogo é uma delícia de ser jogado!
    Falta algumas coisas para ser perfeito, mas sem dúvidas Starfield é aquele jogo que vc vai lembrar por meses ou anos!     This is just a cut and paste of all their old assets and mechanics from all their old games from over the past 15 years, except not even done well with bugs, load screens and boring as anything gameplay.

    Typical AAA game disappointment. Don’t bother and go back to playing CS and Boulders Gate.

    One of the greatest RPGs of all time, an entire universe at the player's disposal, a game has never been so ambitious, I'm happy to be part of this story.
    Bethesda outdid itself, hardly a game will be as gigantic as this one! Enjoy Starfield one of the greatest games of all time.

    Fallout in space. I've been waiting for this game for a long time now is out and I all I can say is masterpiece as a big fan of bethesda studios this is the game.

    Such a massive disappointment. I didn’t even go into with huge expectations. I thought it would be Fallout in space, but the game couldn’t even live up to that hope. It’s just bland; TES and Fallout have their own feel and Starfield just feels like… nothing. You spend your time navigating menus to get to procedurally generated worlds that feel empty and devoid of any creativity just toSuch a massive disappointment. I didn’t even go into with huge expectations. I thought it would be Fallout in space, but the game couldn’t even live up to that hope. It’s just bland; TES and Fallout have their own feel and Starfield just feels like… nothing.     Esse game é uma obra de arte. Tudo nele é perfeito. Eu sou fã da bethesda e esse game tem tudo q eu aprendi a amar ao longo dos anos. É comum se perder em uma Quest.

    The game runs at 30fps on my series x. Which is a huge problem. Not releasing with a 60fps option is unacceptable in 2023. I’m use to 60 fps now and 30 hurts my eyes, especially when turning. All the loading is unbearable, as well. Story was just meh and for a space game pretty uninspired. I wanted to like it because of the hype but all that did was make my disappointment seem worse.

    Usually, Bethesda games have been something that never made the play list. I didn't like the graphical aesthetic or the lack of story focus. However, as an older gamer these things have become secondary, and the uniqueness of Bethesda's style is something I get now. Fantastic game, period. There is a counter argument to every one of the complaints and critics of this game, but only the individual player can decide for themselves if this game is their game.

    Side note: I am a very political minded person and have no affinity with "pronouns." However, that in no way keeps me from enjoying the 99.999% of this game that has nothing to do with "pronouns."    … Expand

    This is a game you don't have to compare with other games in the genre. As a stand-alone game, it's perfectly fine. Many elements here I like, like with ships and feeling that the world has moved on and into space.
    But what I miss here is an atmosphere that lives and reacts. Cyberpunk gave more of going from a to b with reactions and little things that happen.     Where is the game that was going to revolutionize the world of entertainment? I only see a game with countless loading screens, empty, with NPCs that move robotically, glitches at every step.
    Combat is another joke, weapons that don't have recoil, spending money on them in shops is silly when you can steal them by pushing them with an item. A complete disaster of a game.

    Starfield is same another Bethesda game.... but worse. Firstly this is the same old engine since Morrowind (2002) with the same problems and bugs. The game is terribly empty and boring compared to older Bethesda games like Skyrim or Fallout NV. The graphics are poor and look like a game from 10 years ago. Maybe the game sometimes looks nice in the foreground, but the backgrounds are aStarfield is same another Bethesda game.... but worse. Most of the characters faces look like they come from a children's plasticine competition and their animations look like they were made by a very cheap AI. The enemy AI is the worst in recent Bethesda games. Enemies movements are completely random. Sometimes they may try to hide somewhere, but sometimes they will look straight at you waiting for you to shoot them, and other times they will just start running in random directions. Optimization on PC is terrible if you don't have the most powerful components. Exploration in this game is tragic and boring. If someone wants to play a game about cool space exploration, play No Man's Sky. It will be
    better spent money .
    To sum up, the game looks like a preliminary foundation, not a finished game. Well, modders will fix it and fill it in, but then the game shouldn't cost $70    … Expand

There are worlds that have so many locations to explore, there's spaceships to explore, cities and outposts, etc. That alone should give this GOTY status hands down. However, my biggest drawbacks are the lack of clarity and lackThis game is not perfect, but I'll go so far as to say it's incredibly impressive in its detail and the abilities you get to have to explore the vastness of space. There are worlds that have so many locations to explore, there's spaceships to explore, cities and outposts, etc. That alone should give this GOTY status hands down. However, my biggest drawbacks are the lack of clarity and lack of tutorials in order to give the player a chance to figure out what to do. Also, they really need to do a better job of mapping locations. Like I wanna know where certain vendors are in certain worlds, and I don't just wanna blindly look around until I stumble upon them. Like in GTA V they have a map key that shows you where to go buy weapons, where to change outfits, etc. And if they had the in this game, I would give it a perfect 10. But do far, I'm loving the missions, the variety of things to do and see, and all that stuff. But I really feel like the game is unfinished and they could update it...… Expand

    The game looks just awful regardless of settings and has incredibly dated mechanics with load screens everywhere.

    It's not like this game has a story or characters that compensate. Calling the writing mediocre would be more than a little charitable. You're surely gonna be rolling your eyes more than just a few times at some of the characters and dialogue.

    It is true that you'll find a good number of barren wastelands with little to do other than extracting some resources and take off to more interesting places, but again it really depends on how you want to play. There's so much to do, so many systems and abilities to explore, missions to complete, spaceships to loot, and species to catalogue, that I honestly don't think there's anybody who thinks that exploring every square meter of this universe is the better way to enjoy Starfield.

    While it has weak spots and doesn’t push many boundaries, Starfield is still an excellent RPG experience. Bethesda has once again mastered the things it built its reputation on – world building, quest design, and deep customization. However, it’s found new things to excel at too, with exciting combat and a novel implementation of New Game Plus.
