    This is a fantastic game. I don’t know what some of these people are talking about being a failure… I have not been able to put down my controller playing this game since day one. I’ve only scratched the surface of this game and can’t wait to see more Wonderful things from it.

    This is the best game I've ever played and I've been in gaming for over 3 decades, finishing pretty much every important game there is. All those negatives reviews are, as everyone knows, playstation fans review bombing the game. I hope Metacritic addresses these issues since those are people who do not own and never played the game.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I’ve put about 60 hours into this game so far and and I’m just amazed at how deep this game is. This is by far the most epic game I think I’ve ever played. From the endless amount of missions and story lines to the sometimes jaw dropping visuals and music, this game pulls you in and never lets you go. Choices you make have meaningful consequences in the story and add a level of mindful attachment to those choices that you truly become embedded in the world. It’s a shame that there will be so many good games coming out soon because they will literally get no attention from me for a very long time. I’m in Starfield’s world now and I don’t think I’ll be wanting to leave it any time soon. As of right now, this may be the most engrossing game I’ve ever played and although Bethesda games may not be for everyone, if you’re not at minimum trying this game you’re doing yourself a huge disservice.… Expand

    It’s a fantastic game, is there a few glitches here and there….. yes but this is true with almost any game I’ve played day 1. Have about 17 hours in so far and probably only 10% done with the main quest line and loving it.

    O jogo entrega o se propõem. A historia principal é bem legal. A segundaria são honestas.
    A ambientação é fantásticas, os loadings são bem rápidos. Pode não ser o jogo mais lindo de todos, mais ele é bonito e muito gostoso de jogar. tenho 20horas de jogos e nao vi nem um terço de tudo que tem pra fazer. Valeu a pena esperar e as expectativas.

Bethesda delivers improvements over their previous titles and builds on top. If you are looking for a space sim or top notch first person shooter, and don’t particularly like solo player role playing games I’dAre you a Bethesda fan? Do you find yourself opening your wallet to buy Skyrim AGAIN when they released the Anniversary Edition? Do yourself a huge favor and give Starfield a chance. Bethesda delivers improvements over their previous titles and builds on top. Check it out on game pass if you’re curious.

    But if you love RPGs and Bethesda, you will love Starfield. Excuse me while I go search the stars for resources to build my outpost. This game is easily up there with Skyrim for me and I cant wait for DLCs and mods. Hopefully updates fix some of the bugs still present at launch, but they’re not enough to ruin this game for me.    … Expand

    Awesome game! Nice graphs, exploration universe, history and more! I'm lost in infinity planets and systems, side quests like Skyrim. I love games created by Bethesda because the nice universes created by them. I'm still playing Starfield for long time.

    This is the best game I've ever played. I had a lot of fun unlike God of war where I happened to fall asleep from boredom.
    congratulations to Bethesda and Xbox who have created a game that will be played for years.

    I haven't played many RPGs, but this is hands down the best one I've ever played. No game has ever drawn me in like this. Nearly every side quest is as good as the mainline stories of other games.

    The game looks absolutely fantastic and the loading screens, being really quick, don't bother me one bit. The space flight aspect of the game leaves a lot to be desired, but everything else is    I haven't played many RPGs, but this is hands down the best one I've ever played.     I created an account just to tell that people who harshly criticize that game are out of their minds. It seems that Bethesda draws a legion of haters. This game is so well-crafted to the very least detail. One of the best releases of 2023, if not the best.

    StarField is the most fun I have had in a game for years, Every promise Bethesda made was fulfilled and the only area I was disappointed in was the space travel, but after about 5 minutes I totally forgot and was absorbed by the story. The game looks stunning, the gameplay is fun and smooth. The 30fps is not noticeable.     This game is practically everything I'd hoped it would be. It ticks most of the boxes for me for games such as this. Good gunplay (on planet and in outer space), loads of looting, cool weapons and a deep story with loads of side quests. Not to mention, it looks and sounds amazing. I was excited to play Starfield and got it on the Gamepass pre-release deal, and a week after launch, I have ashamedly already put in over 48 hours of play.     Background: I'm primarily into everything game-wise. Cod, Fallout, Fifa, F1 and Cities Skylines, to name a few, so I'm pretty varied in my tastes, which this game plays too nicely.

    I was excited to play Starfield and got it on the Gamepass pre-release deal, and a week after launch, I have ashamedly already put in over 48 hours of play.

    I have run the main centre of the campaign twice, and I'm going to play out all the side factions on my third run.

    This is important. The centre to the campaign is not the campaign story in its entirety, and I have read reviews saying it's small, etc., but it's not; it's massive, the people writing that just haven't grasped the bigger picture.

    The side quests, as we call them, are not needed to do the main campaign trail but they are integral as it shapes your ending.

    So my thought on this is the intention is to see the side quests as the actual main campaign and not an aside. All of the factions you meet can have an impact on the ending.

    The centre of the campaign is designed to be quicker as actually completing the main campaign should be done at least once before you go off to explore, and despite what people say, there is so much to explore.

    However, This is not No Mans Sky, nor is it meant to be, and it's not Elite Dangerous either.

    It's a beautiful combination of gunplay, spaceflights, base building and storytelling.

    After your new game plus, I think that's when you go and forge all your relationships, visit all the systems and make the big decisions that will affect the end of your run.

    Bad things: I have had a few, and I mean only a few dropped frames. Its crashed on me a few times, but other than that, its solid on my Series X.

    I do think that for some gamers it's too big a game to get into and enjoy, but if you like to really get involed in peoples lives and stories and shoot, space fight, base and ship build, I think you will have a blast.    … Expand

    Starfield’s open-world is jaw-dropping. I have throughly enjoyed every second that I’ve played. Would highly recommend especially if you enjoyed Fallout or Skyrim.

    1 of the best games I've ever played.

    I've been playing video games since the OG Sega & NES, & I currently use a Switch, series X & PS5.
    TotK was the first game I've gotten really excited about playing in a lot of years, but Starfield is another level above that. Bethesda really did something special here! Real shame people can't see that & instead are review bombing it.

    Starfield is a genuine RPG, although it has transcended the boundaries of the niche, attracting players less familiar with this genre.     Bei einem Fallout oder elder scrolls hätte man sich sicher mehr Zeit für die einzelnen dungeons genommen bei der grösser versteht man es dan aber wieder , es hat viel gutes und schlechtes einfach gesagt lieb man es trotzdem Bethesda Formel im All, nächstes mal bißchen kleiner von mir aus :p 200 hätten    Geniales Spiel nicht perfekt aber die idee dahinter und vielfalt machen das wieder gut

    You want a bethesda game in space, you got it. This is by far the best experience from Bethesda Game Studio. I cant stop playing, when im not, cant stop thinking about it.
    Starfield have some defaults such no vehicle, but you will forget about them soon enougn.

    Exciting content, plays very smoothly on Xbox. Can get lost in the side quests. Should not matter if not playable on other consoles as Playstration and Ninetendo both have their own games exclusive to them.

    One of the best games of this generation, its a bit basic but extremely fun nonetheless. with 30 hours put into it, i have seen 1 minor clipping glitch and no major frame drops.

    Everything I wanted in a space game. Missions to do, side quest and main story quests. Ability to build my own ship, set up outpost. Play how I want, be a space pirate or cowboy.

    This game is a lot of fun. It's not perfect but it comes close. I have sank so many hours into it and feel like I've barely scratched the surface. If you're a fan of Bethesda RPGs this is their best imo. I would rate this game is an 8 or 9 for me, but to offset the sad Sony fanboys it's getting a 10.     Amazing game, if you give it a chance you can really enjoy it. Story is amazing, with all the faction quests and constellation. Cities are all unique and you get quests literally every second there's so much to do

    Starfield is a true RPG at it’s heart. With exciting *quests*, exploration, gunplay, looting systems, and clases; they all make together a masterful experience delivered by Bethesda. For some, the game has it’s problems, and there are places for improvement as many games. But really “most problems” are coming to the expense of expectation. Starfield in size and scope with only oneStarfield is a true RPG at it’s heart. With exciting *quests*, exploration, gunplay, looting systems, and clases; they all make together a masterful experience delivered by Bethesda.     As a Bethesda fan for years, this game is complete perfection. It has all the elements of their previous games which have been my all time favorite, while adding several new mechanics. Graphics are amazing, audio is even better. I was hooked from the very beginning, and it's getting even better the more I play and explore.

    Yes, there are bugs, but it is a Bethesda game. Most are small and I've not had any that cause any problems. This game is great to get lost in and forget what you were initially doing. If you liked Fallout or Skyrim then you'll love this, It follows the same kind of gameplay, but it's better than either.

Depending on your gaming mood you could also sink hours into tinkering with your ships or building outposts for commerce or just making something cool on a planet you think looks cool.

    Starfield is really great, if you like Skyrim, Fallout, RPGs in general or Sci-Fi, this game is for you. Soundtrack, exploration, ship building, combat, graphics, sidequests and so much more are incredible. I have a PS5 and i'm playing using the Cloud but i will sold my PS5 and my old PC and buy a Xbox Series X just for this game. Congratulations Bethesda and Microsoft for this amazing experience.

    Un juego con sello de Bethesda la sensación que al jugar es precios, te enamora al instante uno pierde la noción del tiempo al jugar esto.

In my opinion, very few games, if any realistically, deserve a 1 or even a 10 for that matter. This score is in direct response to the 1/10 reviews out there simply to bomb the score. At least one of those will be countered by my score...     This game is absolutely amazing. I find myself so involved with this game that I can’t stop playing even if I know I have to go to work the next day. The best thing is you can do side missions but stop and go back to the main mission and every decisions that you make evolves around the game itself. There are planets that I never knew that existed.     It is true that you'll find a good number of barren wastelands with little to do other than extracting some resources and take off to more interesting places, but again it really depends on how you want to play. There's so much to do, so many systems and abilities to explore, missions to complete, spaceships to loot, and species to catalogue, that I honestly don't think there's anybody who thinks that exploring every square meter of this universe is the better way to enjoy Starfield.

    While it has weak spots and doesn’t push many boundaries, Starfield is still an excellent RPG experience. Bethesda has once again mastered the things it built its reputation on – world building, quest design, and deep customization. However, it’s found new things to excel at too, with exciting combat and a novel implementation of New Game Plus.
