Aug 6, 2025It’s fast, it’s furious, and it’s unapologetically old-school. RoboCop doesn’t evolve, he enforces.
-
Jul 17, 2025Robocop: Unfinished Business doesn’t reinvent the wheel; it just straps some spikes on it and rolls it through a burning tower full of mercs. If you loved Rogue City, this is more of what made that game so surprisingly compelling: big guns, bigger satire, and a chrome-plated hero who never forgets his humanity. It’s a shame the polish wasn’t quite there, but if you can overlook the rough edges, there’s plenty of meat on this cyborg bone.

Jul 17, 2025Could it have more varied environments? Yes. Could the AI be a little sharper? Yes. But none of that prevents us from looking at an expansion that not only delivers, but expands on what we've seen before. RoboCop remains the law, and this time he proves it from the bottom to the top of Detroit.

Jul 17, 2025RoboCop: Rogue City – Unfinished Business is an expandalone that outshines its original in almost every way. However, better pacing and bigger moments are marred by poor performance, at least at launch. If you can look past that and you already enjoy the first game, then this one is an easy recommendation at only $30.

Aug 18, 2025RoboCop: Rogue City - Unfinished Business does a great job of carrying on from the first game in the series.

Jul 28, 2025Unfinished Business is a bit of a weird one. It improves a lot of foundational stuff from the main game, but it also tries some new things that don’t quite land. It has better combat encounters, but its side missions aren’t as well thought out. Its lack of hubs is also a disappointment after watching Detroit and the PD change throughout the main game. Still, Teyon is the only studio doing these love letters to classic movies at this quality level, and there’s a lot to like if you go in with your expectations in check and your brain turned all the way off.
-
Jul 17, 2025The jank and glitches present in RoboCop: Rogue City - Unfinished Business make it hard to give it a higher score, but this is about as fun as uncomplicated FPS games get. Buy it, blast through it over a weekend, smile the entire time.

Jul 17, 2025With RoboCop: Rogue City – Unfinished Business, Teyon delivers a stand-alone title that addresses some of the criticisms of the previous installment, but still deserves a ticket for the compromises it makes. The focus has shifted, putting you in the thick of intense police brutality in this faster-paced first-person shooter, with quicker access to action mechanics and tougher opponents. However, this comes at the cost of a less immersive world, due to limited freedom and exploration, and some lingering technical flaws - though it still delivers bursts of action-packed highlights that show Teyon at its best.
-
Jul 17, 2025Unfinished Business offers a more action-driven and story-focused experience than the base game, with solid movie tie-ins and satisfying combat. However, the side content is weaker, and the RPG elements feel out of place. A fun 11-hour ride, though it misses the chance to fix some flaws from the original.
-
Jul 23, 2025All the action is very entertaining, once again, but there are moments when you feel that it becomes a little too streamlined and simple to lose some of the entertainment value that was there last time.
-
Jul 17, 2025RoboCop: Rogue City had its fair share of technical issues, but somehow, Unfinished Business has even more. Its characters look hideous, the frame rate frequently hangs, and there are other niggly little bugs that will drive you mad. And, yet, once you start blowing away goons with RoboCop's Auto-9, none of that matters and all is right with the world.
-
Jul 17, 2025RoboCop: Rogue City – Unfinished Business is most satisfying in spurts. The gunfighting is satisfying, with enough challenge to it so as not to feel like you’re just an unstoppable machine marching through waves of enemies. But there is too much dead air between fights, making the slow movement annoying after a while.
