    Hi-Fi Rush is a pleasant surprise that Tango Gameworks has offered us. With rhythmic combat and a very relaxed and fun game play, I say that so far, it is the best game released in 2023. It could be a candidate for The Game Awards 2023.

    Es el mejor juego que he jugado en lo que va del año, lo recomiendo, es como volver a la infancia con Ratchet and Clank o Megas XLR. Maneja un muy buen humor, los diálogos son buenos, la música es increíble y el gameplay... ¿Cómo alguien conbina Hack and Slash con un juego de ritmo? NO TIENE SENTIDO.

    With massive releases just on the horizon, it’s kind of crazy to think that a shadow-dropped game with a relatively brief 10-hour runtime might be the best thing we see all year. Its charm and style alone could carry it, but the passion behind the project, the love and care that was put into it, is something that hasn’t been felt or seen since some of the best games of 2022, and look how that turned out. Even though it has flashes of games that came before, Hi-Fi Rush is a unique, masterful game that accomplishes everything it sets out to with plenty of style and charm to spare.     Only game that really amused me in the last years.
    The feeling is one of nostalgia for the PS2 days (not in a pejorative way) in a way that you just play and enjoy.

    This is an amazing game! It mixes the fun of the rhythm games, and the great music of a triple A game. It gives off a sort of ratchet and clank feeling, but the rhythm game adds a layer of fun to it! The characters are fun and creative, and the way the beat syncs up with everything is amazing. The art style is amazing, it’s sort of a like a comic book.

    Great graphic and story. Man, this feels like a dreamcast game that was lost to time. Good humor also, making normal jokes and keeping themselves away from the meta cringiness was a good idea. If you like rhythm games or just fighting games, give this game a try ;)

    Didn't think I'd like it, but this game is ridiculously good. Kind of an action rhythm platformer where everything is in sync with the beat and it gets intense. Don't think this is an easy hack and slash just because it has an animated art style. It takes skill and timing to master the combat, but it feels rewarding when you pull off some sick moves. This is the Sunset Overdrive 2 that will never happen, because the Sony PlayStation is not interested in such small games. But that Tango Gameworks made.In general, I would not say that the game is small. It lasted me 20+ hours. Art direction, graphics, everythingOh god, this is a great game. Of the notable ones - JoJo, TTGL, the plot is almost the same as in any anime, references to Japanese games and Space Channel Five. In general, 10 out of 10. I wish there were more such fun games. It's a pity that this game didn't come out last year. Then Bayonetta 3 would have a competitor.
    The technical condition is almost normal, but sometimes frames drop or the game crashes with a FATAL ERROR error. Hope this gets fixed soon.    … Expand

    This game originally seemed like a foreign concept as rhythm and action didn't really seem like it would go together well, I was wrong. This game is surprisingly fun and enjoyable for a modern AAA release, especially because it was shadow dropped out of nowhere. Would recommend.

    O jogo traz um estilo bem diferente dos que estamos acostumados a ver hoje em dia. Ele está mais puxado para um estilo cartoon de HQ. Uma das inspirações para Hi-Fi Rush foram os jogos da era Xbox, PlayStation 2 e Dreamcast, que eram "muito coloridos, claros e divertidos"

    Jogabilidade / gameplay – (ótima)
    O jogo traz uma proposta diferente de gameplay. Toda a jogabilidade é baseada em ritmo, ou seja, absolutamente tudo que se movimenta no jogo, incluindo combates, dashs e combos, é ritmado ou se preferir, acompanha a batida da música.

    Trilha sonora – (ótima)
    A trilha sonora do jogo é um show a parte e na minha visão foi algo pensado com muito cuidado e carinho. Para começar, o jogo conta com repertórios conhecidos, mas, aí vem a parte que me chamou a atenção: existe um “modo streamer”! Como ele funciona, basicamente é se você for fazer live do jogo, quando ativado, o jogo traz músicas originais do jogo, ou seja, a chance de o canal levar algum direito autoral é bem pequeno.

    I was presently surprised with bright colors and gameplay it was very fun, and challenging and the music is amazing the story was fun and enjoyable and you feel a connection to the characters. It reminds me of a Comic book or a good anime from the 90's.     The action part Is always on point, as one may expect from a game where Shinji Mikami is involved, and the platforming feels Always fresh and new, which is considerabile, seen the unexpected lenght oh the game.

    To be honest, the first time I saw this game at the event, I thought it would be a fun and ordinary title, but this game surprised me in every way!

    The best game I've played from an Xbox Studios. The rhythmic part is fun without being a burden, the characters are interesting, music selection is quite good and it's a really nice 2D/3D platformer. I hope they kep doing this kind of games. Played on Steam/SteamDeck.

    In my 11 hours playing Hi-Fi RUSH and I didn't see a single bug or issue of any kind. It's fun, it looks great, and runs flawlessly.

    If it were $70 I'd give it a 9/10 but it's as good or better than many $70 games despite being $30 which I say is worthy of an additional point lol.     This game just has an amazing flow to it, from the charachters to the large multitude of combo strings you can mash together. I would highly recommend Hi-Fi Rush.

    All I can say after finishing the game, around 12 hours, is that this game is EPIC. To give you a little context, I was never a fan of games like DMC, Bayonetta, and other combo-style Capcom games. Also, I have stopped playing Final Fantasy 15 because Promto talks too much. But this game just hooked me from the start until the end.

    PROS: Great boss fights. Great soundtrack. Simple    All I can say after finishing the game, around 12 hours, is that this game is EPIC. To give you a little context, I was never a fan of games like DMC, Bayonetta, and other combo-style Capcom games. Also, I have stopped playing Final Fantasy 15 because Promto talks too much.     PROS:
    Great boss fights.
    Great soundtrack.
    Simple story but has good character development.
    Great script. Comedy works in this game. The game does not take itself seriously.
    Great art style and performance. Almost a bug-free experience.
    Endgame content.

    CONS:
    Art flashes could block the view of incoming attacks from enemies.

    I can't remember the last time I had a smile on while playing a video game. I noticed myself smiling while playing this game and thought, "So this is what it feels like to play something gratifying". I can quite explain it buy the way the fighting mechanics are built absorb you into the game.     HFR is an entertaining and often times challenging game, it can be difficult hitting the button timing just right but when you do oh boy is it sweet, this game is an amalgamation of Devil May Cry, Jet Set Radio, and Guitar Hero! To put it simply it's a rhythm-based ARPG extravaganza! ROCK ON!

    As a drummer, a gamer and fan of anime/comic art style, this game checks as many boxes for me as a game ever has. Add that up with the quality of story, writing, gameplay, graphics and soundtrack and what you have here is a game of top tier tantalization tipping the Topic of Xbox exclusives. The game was also released in the most awesome way a game has ever been released.

    One of the best Xbox/Bethesda and tango gameworks in the beginning of 2023, it really came out of nowhere during Xbox developer direct. I am shocked at how good this game is even though I am not a fan of rhythm games this really caught my attention because the quality is so well done and it reminds me of devil may cry and sunset overdrive together.

    Everythin was so well done. The story was nice, the animation, the quality, the acting, the gameplay, amazing. The low point to me was the music...in a rythm game! I kept waiting for the music to pump me up but it never really came. They kept coming up with new mechanics to make the game stay fresh. 12 hour play thru for me and I loved every second. The last couple lvls were dope AF 9/10!

The only similar game I had played before this was Metal: Hellsinger, the whole beat-timing felt similar, but Hi-Fi wasn't too harsh on my mistakes. Besides the amazing rhythmic gameplay, the story was also amazing.     It’s a hack and slash with a combination of platforming for the whole family. From the start, its presentation, its plot and even its controls say it all. Its playtime is perfect, and you can play it as many times as you want. However, the button-matching stages can be tedious if you struggle to keep up, as well as a couple of bosses whose mechanics are unclear during the battle. Otherwise, Hi-Fi Rush is just flawless.

    What you will remember about Hi-Fi Rush is just how charming it is. It’s so rare for a game from one of the major developers to take a creative risk, and Hi-Fi Rush does just that. Not only is the core of the game innovative, but the way each character is written takes a big risk of having people switch off before they develop and you grow to love them. I hope Hi-Fi Rush is incredibly successful. I hope it teaches the industry that creative innovation can also create profits, and we see more new and interesting ideas from the big boys in the future.
