    An exciting game! Excites right from the start, thanks to a fun combat system, art style and beautiful cutscenes, in addition to its very charismatic characters. It's a wonderful addition to Xbox Game Pass, finally Microsoft's purchase of Bethesda has started to pay off.

The game features an great soundtrack, vibrant graphics, and challenging gameplay that will keep you entertained for hours. Whether you are a casual gamer or new to rhythm based games the immersive world and somewhat generic story is told in such a way that it makes the game even more enjoyable and you can't wait to see what happens in the next part of the story and the boss battles are something else!     I’m not really good with rhythm games… I just don’t have the “groove”. But with this game, I was able to get into the rhythm and play effectively and it felt so satisfying. The art style is so awesome. I’ve never seen “cell shading” done so well as to make it seem like a hand drawn cartoon so consistently.

    Amazing game! Visuals are stunning and the combat fluid and fun. The music is top notch the beat never seems off and always is flowing. I love how the environment slams along with you as you rush through the stages. Fantastic game!

    Hi-Fi RUSH is a phenomenal game. The year is still young, but this could be a potential GOTY nominee when it's all said and done. The combat feels immaculate, the art style is charming as all get out, and the main cast of characters is endearing. My only main gripe is that the platforming, while certainly fun, isn't as precise as I'd like it to be.

Also it is a great adventure if you don't want to focus on rythm, just your scores and damage new going to be lower, but, if you hit the notes you will be rewared with great scores & power ups.     Una auténtica sorpresa. Lo jugué en el Game Pass. Las sensaciones al jugarlo no son, ni de lejos, las mismas que los videoanálisis. ¿Hack&slash rítmico? Después de años y años jugando, me encanta que los videojuegos me sigan sorprendiendo y emocionando. Una historia simple, pero eficaz y divertida al igual que las situaciones y personajes. Recomendado 100%.

    Solid enough game with enjoyable soundtrack. Takes a bit of time to get used to rhythm aspect when doing battles but it works well. Only negative is from the character korsica in the game with the worst bit of voice acting in a game ever, supposed to be a scottish accent but it is dreadful, how can you be a voice acter and so bad with an accent.

Disegni in certi frangenti che rasentano l'imbarazzante coi puntini che ricordano in maniera ridicola gli album da colorare di mia figlia coi "pennarelli magici" doppiato probabilmente da Y.tubers aspiranti doppiatori in erba con scene di intermezzo scattose, stessa cosa x il gameplay che ti da quel senso di 30fps nonostante probabilmente giri a 60, tutto questo sulla console "più potente del mondo da 12 teraFLOPS, Buon 2010    … Expand

    The game begins pretty slowly with pretty lackluster fighting sections, but after taking the time to learn the combos and unlocking more specials and character abilities, the combat felt WAYYYYY more engaging. The art style looks superb and cutscenes are extremely well done, all while the game runs smoothly on high settings.     I may suck at rhythm games, but I could see myself improving and getting more and more enjoyment out of it. But unlike other games, Hi-Fi rush actually seems complete on release with no bugs observerd.

    Bets rhythm game I have every played. You know it’s gonna kick ass when Lonely Boy by the Black keys is the intro. I would say I’m not great at keeping rhythm and I had a blast. Characters are fun AF and really tailors to how you wanna play. Def need a sequel to this!

    I downloaded this out of curiosity more than anything else and haven't stopped playing. A classic "just 15 minutes more" game. Would never have looked at this without GamePass so another gem found.

Combat is very similar to games like Devil May Cry and fans of that series will really gel here with the gameplay.     another great game on gamepass! blown away they shadow dropped it, what else is xbox not showing us! solid combat that doesnt require you to use the music mechanic but it feels so good when you get it. music is pretty good especially the boss music. hope there is a plan for a longer more fleshed out sequel.

    Los videojuegos necesitan estas experiencias no intentos mediocres de parecerse a Hollywood los videojuegos son para divertirse y esta obra me ha teletransportado a aquellos maravillosos años arcade donde se arriesgaba más con propuestas diferentes y jugábamos para divertirnos.

    Absolutely brilliant game. Loved every minute of it. It's so rewarding landing a combo in rhythm, or even just grappling from one location to another. All because of the world moving to a rhythm. CNMN❤️

The world feels alive, full of little surprises at every corner. The game just feels good to play and will put you in a good mood every time you put in a session.     I enjoyed every aspect of this game! And I usually don't like Japanese or Rhythm games! I finished it pretty quickly, about a day after it came out, so I'm a bit late to reviewing the game on here. Yes, it's a 10/10.

    Learn how to play the game, before forming a opinion. It isn't a button masher. Rhytm game with a slight timing to attacks, movement. Everything is on the rhythm, the floating cat will show you when to press buttons with its blue indicator.

    Funky game with a nice soundtrack & style.
    Some of the fights (or rather: fight waves) can be rather frustrating as suddenly at the end of it you very quickly have to perform certain rhythm patterns, and if you fail you have to do the whole wave again.

    Awesome game, for me as a person who love rhythm games, this is just awesome, i love the music background, is not a ultra realistic graphics game but the colors everywhere is so good! gameplay is so fun, looks and plays awesome on the Xbox Series X.

    Just amazing! The artstyle, the mechanics, level design, the music (obviously), and even with the story not being very complex, the characters are special enough to make this, one incredible game. Give it a chance, I am almost sure you're not going to be dissapointed :^)

    What an amazing surprise this game turned out to be. A perfect mix of Devil May Cry, Sunset Overdrive and Scott Pilgrim. Had an absolute blast playing it. Highly Recommended.

    Great game, love this type of artwork in games. Come on Sega the time is right for a rework and updated version of Jet Set Radio. As for Rush if you haven’t played yet you are missing out on a great title. Great soundtrack, excellent idea of following the beat through battles and humour to boot. Nice one MS Studios welcome back it’s been a while.

    Excelente juego, no me lo esperaba, tiene una duración media de unas 20+ horas, la historia es muy buena y graciosa y la jugabilidad esta increíble, vaya que lo disfrute mucho.

    Es un machaca botones, la jugabilidad es mediocre y el juego es repetitivo. Perdí 3 horas de mi vida en esta basura, me dejé llevar por los buenos comentarios que tiene el juego, supongo que para gustos colores, pero entendería que niños de preescolar lo puedan disfrutar.

    Been pleasantly surprised by how good this game is! I think shadow dropping was a great move as it allowed me to play blindly with zero expectations. The graphics are gorgeous, reminds me of when I was a kid watching Toonami after school. The story is engrossing enough and characters light hearted and well fleshed out. I personally think the cringe dialogue is endearing because the gameBeen pleasantly surprised by how good this game is!     Hifi-Rush isn’t you normal Tango game works game it feels like a breath of fresh air for Xbox that has so few Japanese exclusives and has great balance of 3d/2d with anime art that melds right together for a fun platforming experience that keeps to a rhythmic beat throughout game.     A really nice throwback to y2k hack and slash fun. Naturally, being a rhythm game, there is an utter dependence on the audio which i personally found to be HEINOUSLY ANNOYING AND GAME BREAKING. Christ almighty I did not need this kind of throwback: the cringey, cliched action-comedy antics of early 00s Cartoon Network etc. The hero is effectively Link from the Saturday morning ZeldaA really nice throwback to y2k hack and slash fun. Naturally, being a rhythm game, there is an utter dependence on the audio which i personally found to be HEINOUSLY ANNOYING AND GAME BREAKING.     If this is your thing, I'm glad you have a really well polished game to scratch the itch. As a huge fan of cartoons, I was so excited to try this, but I found it to be vapid and obnoxious.

    If this were released in 2004 it would likely have been commended for it's rhythm elements and written off as just another in a long line of mediocre action games with forgettable protagonists.    … Expand

    It’s a hack and slash with a combination of platforming for the whole family. From the start, its presentation, its plot and even its controls say it all. Its playtime is perfect, and you can play it as many times as you want. However, the button-matching stages can be tedious if you struggle to keep up, as well as a couple of bosses whose mechanics are unclear during the battle. Otherwise, Hi-Fi Rush is just flawless.

    What you will remember about Hi-Fi Rush is just how charming it is. It’s so rare for a game from one of the major developers to take a creative risk, and Hi-Fi Rush does just that. Not only is the core of the game innovative, but the way each character is written takes a big risk of having people switch off before they develop and you grow to love them. I hope Hi-Fi Rush is incredibly successful. I hope it teaches the industry that creative innovation can also create profits, and we see more new and interesting ideas from the big boys in the future.
