    Damn... As a fan of the series I'm just speechless. 343 Finally understood the core of Halo. And with that knowledge they didnt just sat down and recreated what worked in the past. They sat down and created a new experience, yet feeling just like it should- deserving being called a true Halo experience. The Idea of taking Halo into an Open World is really just perfect. How else could youDamn... As a fan of the series I'm just speechless. 343 Finally understood the core of Halo. And with that knowledge they didnt just sat down and recreated what worked in the past. They sat down and created a new experience, yet feeling just like it should- deserving being called a true Halo experience. The Idea of taking Halo into an Open World is really just perfect. How else could you compliment a sandbox game more? Ive alreaey spend more time on zeta, than I did on any other Halo Campaign. Ok, Maybe my Legendary run on H1 might still got the crown here, but damn. This game is just FUN!

    Its been Years since a Shooter got me like this one... Thats why I Choose 10/10 for this one. Definetly one of the best Shooters Ive ever played in my live.    … Expand

    Eu no início me perguntava se um mundo semi aberto seria uma boa ideia, e com o tempo eu percebi que isso foi uma das melhores coisas do jogo. O nível de liberdade que você tem é incrível, tudo isso aliado a uma gameplay incrível e a uma história fantástica que eu não via na franquia a muito tempo.

    Very solid game! The wait for it was worth, gameplay is fluid and really funny, textures are good. 343 did a good job with this game, hope they will continue to improve it.

    Very good game love the open world aspect as I love 100% games I also like the progression system as me doing everything gives more ability’s or weapons cars ect.

    Halo Infinite, while lacking some key features at launch, has the best gameplay the series as seen since Halo 3, with a great story. The worst part about this game is them monetization of the Spartan customization, with the prices being very high to buy sets of armor in the store.     Halo Infinite’s campaign is a banger! My favorite narrative since Halo 2/Reach. Joseph Staten does know how to make the setting for the games…his touch and Chris Lee’s touch feel awesome. This is a great return for Halo, both as a sequel that closes a lot of things H4/5 left, and a new beginning, bringing old and new together to make an exceptional work.     Hi, and yes I am here because I heard some people are giving 0 and 10 because of their feeling overwhelms them and cannot make logical decisions, I pity them. People giving 0s and 10s are unreasonable, I do not think this game is bad enough to give 0 nor do I think it's a perfect game to give 10.     I played the game and it was pretty good, the game play is fluent, I personally liked the story. The enemy AI and boss fight is engaging and sweating (I am playing on legendary). But I hardly can say the game is without flaws. first of all, some parts of the game just feels too easy, I am playing legendary, and some parts are like is this it??? There were just too little enemies. The Elites AI was great they move very fast and they engage you when you are hiding, but the brutes and always just stand there waiting to be headshoted. The level and the open world seems a little empty some times, I loved the the views but it's a game, I am not here just to look at scenery alone.

    Anyway, this is a good game and I liked it, though could be better and 343 should make the game better since this is a live service game. I don't make these reviews often, I just can take people who are here giving 0s and 10s based only on their emotions, emotions are good, but review are for people to read and understand your reasoning why you like it or not, and then they can make decisions, not your emotion garbage can.    … Expand

    THE REALITY PILL (REVIEW no spoilers) GAMEPLAY: 10 Gunplay feels great and mechanics are tight. The grapple hook and Spartan cores add to the game.     GAMEPLAY: 10
    Gunplay feels great and mechanics are tight. The grapple hook and Spartan cores add to the game.

    GRAPHICS: 8
    Graphics are very good but not earth shattering as this is a cross gen game. The game engine scales extremely well between Xbox One, One X and Series Consoles (I have all 3). The art direction in Infinite is closer to the Bungie games. The extra year of polish did the game justice.

    CAMPAIGN: 9 The story is great for returning players. If you are new to Halo I recommend watching a story recap on YouTube. The characters and writing is good. The Pilot’s drive to survive conflicts with Master Chiefs sense of duty. The new AI is naive and Chief takes more of a leading role between the two. The open world allows for variety on how to attack scenarios. The world is not too big and I s full of conflict to keep you engaged and on your toes. It is just the right size where it doesn’t feel overwhelming or cluttered with too many side quests. I only wish that the environment had more variety. The lack of co-op knocked the score down a point but I do believe your first play through should be solo.

    MOTION: 9 On Series X campaign is buttery smooth at 60fps and a huge difference compared to base Xbox One.

    SOUND: 10
    With familiar scores and new music this game sounds incredible. They really put a lot of effort here.

    MULTIPLAYER: 8
    The Fun factor is a 10. There are some issues that 343i has acknowledged are fixing like progression system and modes but gameplay is solid. This is the most fun I have ever had in a multiplayer shooter ever.

    FUN FACTOR: 10
    Heroic is challenging and will test your skills without feeling unfair.

    REPLAYABILITY: 10
    Lots to do and explore and Multiplayer is amazing keeping you coming back for more.

    OVERALL SCORE: 9 MY RANT: Anyone giving this game a low score is just review bombing. METACRITIC should do a better job of preventing extremely low scores (0-3) that are pure fanboy nonsense. Maybe have it where a minimum player score is a 5 so it has less negative impact on the scoring system and we get a better sense of how any game truly scores. Just my thoughts.

    The multiplayer is insane and addictive, I can't stop playing.

    Big step for Halo franchise but it doesn't enough to deserve 9-10 score.
    Good gunplay, pretty visuals, interesting characters. AI is very good, haven't experienced this in other shooter/action game. Good job 343, but there's more hard work to do

    The PVP aspect of Halo Infinite hits a perfect blend of balanced guns, over the top physics that tend to impact everything in the world, and that "I've got to play one more match" feeling. The campaign extends on this with a new level of traversal that feels like it should have been in Halo since the very beginning. You cannot go wrong with Halo Infinite.

    I’ve been sceptical of Halo games since 343 took over. I didn’t like the Halo 4 & 5 campaigns and I was worried how the open world would work in a Halo game. I finished the Halo Infinite campaign last night and I was blown away at how fun it was. Really beautiful world to explore with plenty to do, side quests are optional. The story was short but still good and the gameplay is amazing.I’ve been sceptical of Halo games since 343 took over.     Great multiplayer, and the campaign is returning to the roots of what made Halo a fun experience but in a new and exciting way. I wish there were more weapons in both game mades however.

    Gameplay and weapon/vehicle sandbox are amazing. The music puts the original trilogy music to shame, it's that good l. Story wise is way better that expected it really ties every thing together while maintaining mystery and wonder, also does a great job with deep lore references. Really looking forward to where they go from here from here.

Playing the Multiplayer heavily I’m currently 26 in the Battle Pass, Platinum 4 in ranked and 4 hours in the Campaign. I’m just constantly thinking about Halo Infinite and what else the story as in line for me. The graphics is top tier for a gameI’ve been waiting patiently for Halo Infinite to released and finally getting my hands on it and OH MY!! The game was definitely worth the wait!     Best halo ever made , the gameplay kept his classic feeling with awesome modern features .. the open world is what all halo game should be , finally 343i did it right even better than bungie trilogy on my opinion

    If the open-world concept had been better utilized and if the writers had added more interesting characters to the story, Infinite could have easily been one of the best Halo games ever. The shootouts are highly entertaining and the open world brings new tactical possibilities. The multiplayer is just as good, being slightly faster than before. [Issue#317]

    Halo is back to its best with Halo Infinite, tight controls, and seriously thirst-quenching gunplay that feels so intuitively satisfying. Traversal has been improved hugely by the addition of the grappleshot, allowing Master Chief to zip around at speed, as well as adding a unique element for multiplayer matches. A particular dampener has to be directed at the online multiplayer, which is riddled with cheaters, but, if they were to be removed then the multiplayer offers a solid free-to-play experience that is fast and frantic. Halo Infinite, alongside a number of other Xbox first-party titles is a great addition to Xbox Game Pass, and it is certainly a marquee game that warrants a subscription to the service.

    There’s not much to do in the open world, but thankfully, it doesn’t play a big role either. Infinite mostly sticks to what makes Halo great: first-person action. Smart level design, great mobility mechanics like grappling hook, and good AI make for some really memorable moments. [Issue#258, p.42]
