Bramble: the Mountain King is a golden nugget among all the indie games.

This game will transport you into an incredible, dark, gloomy, magical world that will trigger all emotions. The story is developed with great mastery. The cinematics never are over the gameplay. The game starts simple, but in a few minutes, you will enter a hostile and dark world where you will challenge

I didn't score this game with a 10 because the graphics are not at the level of the new generation of consoles.

Música, história e câmera ficaram nota 10
Embora a jogabilidade não seja tão boa, fiquei tão satisfeito e surpreso com o jogo que dou nota máxima

The atmosphere of this game is a solid 10/10. Music are perfect, the world surrounding the player is immersive and just arousing to look at.
The controls of this game are clunky, barely sufficient. The main character is not animated as well as the rest, looking like sometimes like a toy in this detailed world.

Nice effort, nice game, some more hours spent in the jumping feeling and animations of the protagonist, and would probably be one of the best platformers around.

While this game has an interesting premise and a nice aesthetic, the gameplay falls flat on its face as there are major issues with the game's controls. Tried to complete the game and encountered a boss that just shows the worst of what this game can be with timed jumps and a premise I wouldn't be able to figure out without a guide. Maybe somebody else will enjoy this game more than I did, but at the moment, the jank makes it utterly unplayable at times. Unfortunate given it's story and premise is intriguing. Expand

Beautiful and dark game that brings the best of Nordic folklore and uses it to make a magical experience. This game is all about the little details with great visuals and sound design. The game has an on the rails design that made it a less stressful experience but one that I was left wanting more. Great game worth a play through and then some for achievement hunters.

For fans of games like Inside and Little Nightmares, Bramble has a more cohesive narrative strung together with cut-scenes and literal storybook narrative. The puzzles are fairly easy, with an unbalanced jump in difficulty on the boss fights.

For me, this game is quite simply the independent game of 2023! The AD is simply magnificent, and the game's universe is ultra-well crafted. The music is just magical and goes very well with the theme of the game...The narration is perhaps the small drawback of the game because it is done a lot in the environment and through books...this may disturb some people. As for the scenario, without going into detail, it's interesting, with lots of questions about death, regrets, choices... in short, it's not Nolan, but it holds up. As for the technical side, I played the game on Xbox Series X in constant 60FPS. Expand

The way Dimfrost Studio manages to make you feel inside a fable with dark touches is brilliant.

Bramble: The Mountain King is a dark and brooding slice of Nordic folklore that's well worth digging into, despite some notable technical shortcomings. There's an inherent jankiness to the gameplay here that permeates its platforming, boss battles and exploration. However, if you can make peace with these rough edges, you'll find a tale that's still dripping in atmosphere, packed full of wonderful details and a menagerie of foul fairy-tale beasties that draw you in and keep the short campaign well and truly interesting.

Dimfrost Studio has managed the feat of making one of the cosiest games I've ever played, only to completely change its character and become one of the most creepy I've ever experienced.
