    Seven years, four seasons, 19 episodes, and one studio closure have all come down to this. Thankfully, the final episode delivers a sendoff worthy of Clementine's arduous and emotional journey. Beautiful and tragic often at once, and thematically tight, Take Us Back is a finale the team can be proud of as they move to whatever is next, and the fans can cherish as the story comes to its end.

    It’s easy to say that Episode 4 of The Walking Dead: The Final Season brings the Clementine journey full circle, which it does, but what’s more impressive is how the storytelling throughout this season has allowed us to see all of her best traits. As a finale it never lets up and not once will it deliver a dull moment.

    In ending Clementine’s story and the Walking Dead Final Season, players get a sense of fulfillment, as the ending only feels natural for everything that Clem and AJ have been through.

    The Walking Dead: The Final Season had a rocky development, especially in the latter half of the Season due to the closure of Telltale, IThe Walking Dead: The Final Season had a rocky development, especially in the latter half of the Season due to the closure of Telltale, I thought I'd never get to see how Clementine's Story ended. A character, whom I love dearly, who inspired me, and The Walking Dead, a Series that has had an astounding impact on my life, has shaped my very being, were in threat of not receiving the proper closure they deserved. Enter Skybound Games, a Publisher only founded around 5 months before the closure of Telltale, who stepped in to ensure The Walking Dead: The Final Season and Clementine got the Ending they deserved, and boy, did they deliver. Episode 4, "Take Us Back" has so many twists and turns, so many emotional moments, many moments of Clementine and AJ being the badasses they are, and, to top it all off, "Take Us Back" provides a satisfying conclusion to The Walking Dead: The Telltale Series, Telltale's Story as a Game Developer, and to the Story of Clementine.
