    Good game overall, good realization (except the wookies ...) , nice story. Though, the gameplay lacks some finition and that's quite a shame for such a licence and a studio like EA which doesn't lack money to finish it. Neveftheless, the best Star Wars game since KOTOR.

    This game is something I am somewhat grateful for after the recent Star Wars games and even though I played it slowly I still enjoyed it. I felt that story blended quite well in the Star Wars universe and even added to it which was important to me being a relatively big Star Wars fan. It also had a likeable cast that gave me some motivation to help them in the story.

    Even though I have barely played any souls like games the controls felt quite good even If some clunkier parts only became clear to me in the platforming parts and especially the final battle. There were a few minor glitches as at one point I ended up inside the mountains but it meant that I was able to skip a part of the map so it didn't affect me in a bad way.

    visually the game looked impressive with immersive maps and planets. I was also a fan of the UI design and the encyclopedia which would increase as you progressed the game and explored more areas. Sadly the load time was a bit annoying especially on things that shouldn't take that long to load.

    Overall I would recommend the game for the stunning designs, the story which I found interesting and for the combat that felt rewarding.    … Expand

    This game arrived in the right moment. Its a very good game that looks amazing and plays really well. I would have liked to have some personalization, maybe items to improve the crahacter. Those ponchos were awful and the lightsaber decoration dont mean anything for me. But gameplay wise is very good. A must play for Star Wars fans.

    Combat with the lightsaber feels fluid even if the lock on system doesn't always work as intended. The different difficulty options offer something for everyone no matter their level of experience. The platforming sections have smooth mechanics in a way that make you feel in control.     This game was absolutely incredible! Defiantly one of the best games I’ve ever played in terms of graphics and gameplay. But, I also absolutely hate this game. It definitely has some amazing aspects: graphics, character design, the ability to customize your own lightsaber! That sounds awesome, but here’s everything wrong with it. 1). This kind of gameplay is kind of fun at first, but gets boring quickly and kills the immersion. For example, why the **** do all these planets have nature slides? Oh, here comes another rock-climbing part. Great. **** this! I want to do Jedi stuff.

    The lightsaber combat is satisfying and challenging. You get to one-hit generic stormtroopers as well as duel advanced STs who wield a variety of electric batons. Also, slicing through an imperial R2 unit and seeing the still-glowing shear of its dome fall to the ground really hits the spot. The boss fights are OK, but nothing special. However, the final boss fight is one of the greatest parts in the game, so if you’re struggling to finish due to boredom, keep on it.

    I have no complaints about the story. It’s not KOTOR quality, but it will satisfy Star Wars fans. The adventures are meaningful and make sense. The voice acting was good, and the actor’s likenesses were used when possible, which was interesting, but also broke the immersion a bit. Overall I give this game a B.    … Expand

    Spiel ist echt gut mich stört das der weg mich genau beschrieben ist ich laufe auf jedem Planeten 1 stunde im kreis. Musik echt gut und passend zum Geschehen. Kampfmischanick einfach und schnell zu verstehen. Die Grafik ist auch sehr gut gelungen. Synchronisation ist auch gut und ist angenehm anzuhören. Ich wünsche euch allen viel Spaß beim zocken!

    If you play this on base Xbox one i strongly advise you to install the game on a external SSD because the loading are dramatically faster and the Texture Pop-in is compliantly gone. In the beginning of the game you are annoyingly weak.

On ne sens pas d'ennuis en jouant en jeu vu l'univers varié et la visite de plusieurs planètes. L'apparition de Dark Vador à la fin du jeu m'a rendu impatient de jouer le prochain jeu. Une petite remarque c'est que le gameplay est assez difficile de s'y habituer surtout au début du jeu. Parfois quand on verrouille un adversaire et on s'éloigne un peu, le verrouillage se désactive automatiquement. Le jeu se bloque pour se charger de temps à autre sur XBOX ONE S.

    Le reste es nickel. J'ai adoré le jeu. Si t'es gan de Star Wars ne rate surtout pas ce jeu.    … Expand

    Probably the best Star Wars Single Player game in a long time, Fallen Order delivers everything you want from a Star Wars Game.

    The general setting is about a Jedi in hiding, Cal Cestis, who is forced to use the Force and because of that is spotted by the Empire and needs to flee.
    He meets up with people, that want to restore the order of the Jedi, which was whiped out with Order 66 (the game is offical Star Wars Lore canon by the way.)
    Fighting against the Empire and their forces and trying to uncover a solution to restore the Jedi order, Cal and his Crew go on different planets in the Universe to find new friends and of course answers.

    The gameplay in general can be compared to a light Dark Souls experience.
    The planets are mid sized, sometimes open to explore for secrets and upgrade, such as more "healing potions" or Echoes of other people to either get experience points to get Skill Points or fragments you need to get overall more Health or more Force for your abilities. The Skill points are spent at Meditation points, that are like bonfires, that also respawn the enemys.
    Sometimes the world is linear because of story reasons, which is a good thing so you don´t get distracted from your goal.
    You can also find short cuts the get faster back to meditation points to invest your skill points.

    The skill system is pretty simpel, either more health, stronger attacks or a new ability.
    In my opinion, some abilitys are just to "show off" the nice Motion capture they did with Cameron Monaghon, the actor who plays Cal, and are not very practical in the combat systems.

    The combat isn´t kill a dozen enemys in 5 seconds but also more of a Dark Souls like experience, less but tougher enemys.
    Of course there are normal storm troopers that aren´t a challange at all, but some enemys are tough to battle, but overall the difficulty isn´t as hard as in Souls games.

    To conclude this review, Fallen Order is a satisfying Star Wars experience with a nice combat system but seems a bit experimental with the gameplay elements.
    It is a Highlight for Star Wars and Souls fans, but not a highlight for every gamer.
    After the success of the game I am hoping for a sequel which as lesser elements and focuses on the strength of the game which are the combat system and the lore you don´t really need the small open world.    … Expand

    I have to say, it has been a long time since I have played a game like this. It is so in depth, has an amazing story(amazing) and an incompatible attention to detail. Being an enormous Star Wars fan, I can tell the writers and devs are too. I have dumped way more hours into this game than the normal gamer, just because I love exploring, finding hidden items and secrets, and the fact I loveI have to say, it has been a long time since I have played a game like this. It is so in depth, has an amazing story(amazing) and an incompatible attention to detail. Being an enormous Star Wars fan, I can tell the writers and devs are too. I have dumped way more hours into this game than the normal gamer, just because I love exploring, finding hidden items and secrets, and the fact I love how good this game is. I am a father of 3 and have many unfinished titles, many are the best games of the last couple years. With my limited time, it is hard to get hooked an a game and finish to completion, even if they are great games. I am very motivated to finish this one and my kids love watching, they say it’s like watching a SW movie. They finally made a true Jedi rpg for console, at least at this caliber. (I know there are others.) I am almost finished with the game and it still surprises me at every turn. Highly recommended.     Some players may think being locked into a story of a singular character may ruin the RPG experience but look at the Witcher series which for many is heralded as the best RPG/adventure game on the market. This game does enough to make you feel like you're in control of the story with enough customization and collectibles to keep any completionist busy. You play as a young Jedi who slowly discovers more and more of his abilities as you progress through an enthralling story.

    Gameplay 2/3
    This is not going to be a walk in the park. This is a "Souls" like game where you will be forced to play defensive before finding the right time to attack. (Like a real swordsman). When you first jump in it can be daunting but persevere. A lot of it becomes reactionary and it is extremely fun to discover new areas solving small puzzles and fighting different enemies each with their own unique battle loop. There will be times you'll want to throw the controller through the TV, but when you beat that boss you've died 40 times to, the payoff is always worth it.

    Art Design 1.5/2
    This game looks beautiful. From the droplets of rain hitting the saber in cut scenes, to the crashing of objects as you battle your way through the campaign. You will be in for a visually stimulating experience. I had a few issues with frame rate however I was playing on an Xbone S and this game is clearly going to run well on the newest hardware.

    Sound 2/2
    The voice acting and the characters were all unique and made you feel apart of this world. The sounds from the blasters bouncing off the deflection of your light saber. The crashing of constructs falling from the battlements. This is a masterpiece and a real stimulation of your ear holes.

    This game is a solid 8/10 with a 20-30 hour campaign depending on how much of the collectibles and shinnies you want to find along the way. This is a must play game for any star was fan.    … Expand

    This really gives off the Knights of the Old Republic vibe. I am on my second run through right now because that's how good the game is! I really loved this game due to how similarly they played. Wish there was more content though, nevertheless it is a wonderful game and i suggest buying if you have the money for it!

Another thing I did not like, which would have made the game so much better for other people would have been ADDING MORE CONTENT after the story was done such as some kind of multiplayer or some kind of side missions. I have found every secret and chest and it gives you a really good feeling knowing you found them all. I really did like the ponchos even though some did not but I would have liked to have MORE CUSTOMIZATION options specifically for Cal. Gameplay feels amazing, really makes you FEEL LIKE A JEDI, there is a big difference in gameplay between the first couple hours of gameplay and towards the end of the game where you have so many more SKILLS, ABILITIES AND TRICKS. Lightsaber customization is PERFECT. I usually play FPS games so this felt so much harder and different in a good way. My favorite planet was definitely BOGANO and my least favorite was probably DATHOMIR, I would love MORE LOCATIONS AND PLACES to go to for the sequel. EXPLORATION is one of the best parts of the game and the fact that there isn't fast travel doesn't bother me so much as you unlock secret passage ways. I like the Bounty Hunters but I wish they could look and play different as a lot of them look and play the same with the big robot and the smaller guy with the jetpack. So pumped for the sequel hopefully the story will be LONGER and there will me MORE CONTENT after the story is done. Electronic Arts really surprised me with this even though Respawn is my one of my favorite games studios. My favorite game of 2019.… Expand

    El problema de este juego, es que el principio te lo pintan de una manera distinta a como se desarrolla luego (como si fuera un Uncharted, pero en universo Star Wars, con combate estilo souls). pero realmente el juego va de explorar planetas con diseños artísticos demasiado normalitos que no destacan por nada,    El problema de este juego no son los fps, ni las sombras, ni la resolución.

    El problema de este juego, es ponerte puntos de guardado que hace respawn de enemigos (que no pinta nada en un universo Star Wars, y ni siquiera te dan una explicación para ello).

    El problema de este juego, es que no es que el combate sea difícil de dominar, es que a veces el uso de la fuerza es demasiado op, y en otras ocasiones es completamente inútil, además de gastarse demasiado rápido. Otras veces esquivar es una lotería, porque aunque esquives, el enemigo te tiene fijado y te golpea igualmente. Tampoco es todo lo fluido que debería ser. En las cinemáticas se ven unas coreografías de película, en el juego real no te permite combear golpes y uso de la fuerza. o haces una cosa, o la otra. Y si lo intentas, puede que una mísera rata te reviente la vida de dos golpes y no te de tiempo a usar viales. No se puede considerar reto un juego que no te permite usar sus propias herramientas, sino que es algo molesto y que no debería ser así.

    El problema de este juego, es que te pones a explorar, y cuando crees que has encontrado algo útil, resulta ser un coleccionable la mayoría de ocasiones, que no sirven para nada más que para cambiar skins. Y hay demasiados.

    El problema de este juego, es que el plataformeo no supone ningún reto casi nunca, aunque sea entretenido, por culpa de su control, que en algunas ocasiones es bastante impreciso.

    El problema de este juego, es que visualmente el inicio es increíble, pero el resto del juego ni el diseño de los niveles, ni de los personajes, serán recordados, salvo por lo vacíos y sosos que son.

    Lo único que se salva de la quema, es el diseño de los mapas, y los puzzles (que se cuentan con los dedos de una mano).

    Que sea con la licencia de Star Wars, y que tenga ciertos momentos que contentarán a los fans, no llega a tapar que es un juego flojo, y muy justo en su acabado.    … Expand

    Very slow pacing and lack of combat killed it for me. Also if you're accustomed to sekiro/souls combat, you'll find this one way less responsive.

    Overall a good game. Of course, such a slasher. But, like something between a slasher and Tomb Raider, it worked out fine. I am sure that if they are given even more creativity and freedom, then a worthy slasher and competitor to Lara Croft will be able to make Respawn. But, even so it is not bad at all. Even though this is the first try.

    JFO is a very nice Star wars single player game with a nice story and entertaining and dificult gameplay.

    Probably the best Star Wars game ever. The gameplay is nice, the boss fights are fun, and EA did good with this one. One of their best games. If you are a star wars fan, go check this out. It's so much fun to play. 9/10

    Personaje sin carisma, el robot sobra. Argumento un tanto infantil aunque aceptable. Matar a los mismos enemigos que vuelven a la vida cada vez que descansas, un autentico peñazo. Podría haber sido un gran juego pero no.

    8,8 Juegazo de Star Wars, probablemente unos de los mejores de estos últimos años. Graficazos, jugabilidad aceptable pero creo que este juego peca de tener mecánicas de ps2. La historia me parece buena, hasta diría yo que mejor que la última trilogía de películas. Ganas de ver una secuela de este gran videojuego.

The biggest problem with it’s level design is the map. Since it’s presented as a 3D hologram it’s difficult to find your objective or even figure outwhich way is the right way to move forward in the level. Then when you’ve completed your objective on a certain level, you have to travel ALL the way back to your ship and figure out which is the best way to head back. Though the biggest problem I had with the game were it’s technical issues. The game crashed multiple times during my play through and I often found myself falling through the map.     Trilha sonora: Muito boa, remete bem a atmosfera do momento, se você for fã a experiência é outra, muito bem encaixada e com referências aos filmes.

    Jogabilidade: Muito boa, inspirada na saga Souls, possui uma boa variedade de combinações de ataques, exploração muito boa (lembra Uncharted).

    Gameplay: Ponto mais forte do jogo, ele é desafiador, porém justo, os inimigos no começo te matam com 3-4 golpes (joguei na dificuldade Hard), porém você consegue vencê-los com certa habilidade, como o jogo tem pitada de Souls, os checkpoints não são automáticos, estão em lugares estratégicos. A exploração é outro show a parte, como o jogo é semi aberto, você pode voltar aos lugares posteriormente, como adquire upgrades ao longo da campanha, pode acessar lugares inacessíveis na primeira vez passada. Jogo também possui um bom fator replay, inimigos lendários, caça aos colecionáveis, lugares que só dá pra explorar no end game.

    I can undoubtedly say, that this is the best Singleplayer Star Wars Experience as of 30/08/20.
    The story is dark and very intriguing.
    The gameplay is awesome and your little ally, BD-1 is my favorite droid of all time!
    The game itself is not easy to beat and requires skill.

    Just finished and 100% the game for the first time, The world and characters in this game are amazing and fun to watch, the story is a slow burn with some low boring part, but that gets better over time, and I really enjoyed it in the second half of the game. The combat is simplistic and fun as you progress and learn new skills and moves but could be better and more complex. The combat and story remind me of Witcher 3 where the combat felt weird at first and the game felt boring and stale at the beginning but then both got better and better the further you go. In this there are some low points in story and flaws in map design along with some janky feeling in combat and exploration.     The one thing I dislike the most about Jedi fallen order is that there are no side quests which forces you to play in a linear fashion and causing for when your done that you can only continue to explore the worlds and that's it. The fighting system is great and you cannot just button mash your way through this especially on the harder difficulties. You must learn to be defensive and know how to parry many of the enemies. The main issues that make this an 8 and not a 10 are the bad camera angles you can end up in if your locked into an enemy. And you have to slide down hills and other steep slopes in this game and the controls are either to sensitive or not sensitive enough when doing this and it can really take away from the flow of the game if you get stuck trying to slide over and over again.     a true Star Wars game in a long while. not a perfect because in some parts of the game were buggy. intense "dark souls" feel of action, bosses were dope as hell plus many many upgrades to Cal and BD-1. need a balanced star war /dark soul game? the force is strong with this one.

I'm gonna finish it because I paid nothing for it and, frankly, fighting waves of t-pose enemies is pretty hilarious at a certain point during the evening, but skip this technical failure unless you're a fan of continuous glitches.    … Expand

Respawn took gamers on a fun but uninspiring journey through the heavily explored fall-out after the Great Jedi Purge. The protagonist, a young man named Cal (who could be 16 or 28 years old for all we know), begins his adventure stuck on a junkyard planet. He has no family, he is force sensitive, he finds a guide with a dark and complicated past, he has a snarky-bad-boy pilot with a disposition for gambling, and he is destined for great things. I know the plot may sound familiar but this time it's different. THIS time, our hero gets tempted to join the dark side by an angsty edge-lord that wants to conquer the galaxy!

    Okay, so maybe the story is completely typical for a Star Wars tale, but is that so bad? Respawn seemed to understand that they did not have to completely revolutionize game-play, creative story-telling, or world design. Instead, Respawn listened to fans and gave us an opportunity to explore the galaxy in a way that was previously unseen. You can swing from vines with Wookies on Kashyyyk, slay hellish zombie night-sisters on Dathomir, and collect your own kyber crystal to build a custom lightsaber on Ilum. THAT is what Star Wars fans have always wanted: an immersive experience on the planets they love. The introduction of new planets and a few exciting villians was just a bonus.

    Nothing about this game will change the gaming industry. There is nothing as far as mechanics, graphics or design that you probably have never seen before. The story did not reveal incredible insights into Star Wars lore; aside from bringing to life an ancient force-wielding species that fell in the exact same fashion as the Jedi Order (what an absolute twist). The customization was weak and felt hurried (likely due to the looming release of Rise of Skywalker). Replay-ability is certainly not a priority, but then again, it is not a priority for most games in this genre. However, the climax of the story was a glorious fan-service that reinforced the legend of arguably the greatest villain in all of fiction (you will know when you get there). All said and done, if it were not for the Star Wars intellectual property, this game was more consistent with a 7.5 in our books. But it scored an 8.5 because it stirred the hearts of Star Wars fans in the best way. And that is all Respawn needed. An 8.5 to get their foot in the door and [hopefully] prelude a new era of Star Wars gaming. We are patiently holding our breaths here at BLG. Overall, this game was impressive. We all enjoyed ourselves a lot while playing it, and even more while discussing the countless Star Wars references and experiences as each of us reached them.     I enjoyed the game and replied to it two times. Ones on Jedi difficulty and the second time on master Jedi. I loved the difficulty and the combat. The story was entertaining, but the final boss battle was a bit underwhelming with the better boss coming earlier in the game. Without getting into spoilers, Cal is great but sometimes lacks the emotion his crew has. For me, the biggest problemI enjoyed the game and replied to it two times. The story was entertaining, but the final boss battle was a bit underwhelming with the better boss coming earlier in the game. Without getting into spoilers, Cal is great but sometimes lacks the emotion his crew has. For me, the biggest problem is the game length.     El juego es buenísimo. Grandes cinemáticas, gran narrativa, grandes gráficos, gran jugabilidad... Lo único como tal que veo malo son algunas partes del juego son repetitivas y las pantallas de carga que hasta en un Series X tardan demasido.

    The story is okay, even good given that it's a Star Wars game, and the gameplay is generally fun, but a bit too repetitive. Technical side is fine - nice graphics and just a few glitches (although some of them are quite infuriating).

    Interesting game with nice story, solid gameplay and good variety of enemy types. The skill tree system is nice and have real impact on the combat but options for cosmetic customizations are not that interresting and I never felt any need to collect them.

    Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order is one of the best games I've played this year. I'm definitly a fan of the combat and enemys, and the lightsaber customization is really cool to. The canon story is fun and interesting. But I do have a couple complaints, some of the puzzles are simple but you'll spend so long figuring them out.     Ok, I'm a huge star wars fan and really wanted to play this game but for 40 dollars a single player game with almost nothing too much to do after I did not see it as worth it but for what I got it for which was 15 dollars during the steam summer sale it was a STEAL. The combat feels great and the story is pretty good too!     Do yourself a favor and play it, it is free on Gamepass for now, and don't listen to bug hunters whom say that this game has no identity when it is inspired by Tomb Raider, Dark Soul and Metroidvania games. this game combined the great elements of these games to create something really beautiful and unique, with a very nice story and great gameplay. I played it twice in a row.

    Of course the game has some issues, especially by not adding Fast Travel points, but the developers were trying to force you to explore more in the world to find more Echos which put in deep of the story lore, or opening more hidden boxes (NOT LOOT BOXES I SWEAR) which contain more unnecessary cosmetic for the characters and the ship.

    So if you want to collect everything in the game, prepare yourself for 40-50 hrs journey, because if you miss something in a planet, and with the absence of Fast Travel, and the 3D holographic map you have, you will have a looooooot of walking and re-fighting everything and everyone you killed before to obtain what you missed.    … Expand

Good story, great mechanics and there is a Vader scene that just puts the 2 cherry's on top of the one that the game already has. Only bad thing for me personally is actually simple.     I really wanted to love this game. But it just got too many things wrong, despite the many many things it got right. It is a top-tier adventure for sure, but the awful characters (except for Greez and Bd-1) were grating, the level design and backtracking were tiresome as hell, the occasional bug and glitches, awful pathfinding and unintuitive areas, the repetitive combat, the poor RPGI really wanted to love this game. But it just got too many things wrong, despite the many many things it got right. It is a top-tier adventure for sure, but the awful characters (except for Greez and Bd-1) were grating, the level design and backtracking were tiresome as hell, the occasional bug and glitches, awful pathfinding and unintuitive areas, the repetitive combat, the poor RPG mechanics and pointless levelling up system and the really poor loot and collectables really let the game down. Oh, and let's not forget how woke it is, with you slaying hordes and hundreds of male characters, but the only female lead that dies was a victim and somehow inherently good despite being evil, meanwhile all the male characters are either evil and the female ones are innocent and or victims. I am SICK of this trope in modern games. Sexism. Despite the flaws, it had some really grand moments and is a very good game. I just wish it would have been great. The best parts are with BD-1 the robot, and exploring new planets and areas. Character development and story was very hit and miss. Music and art direction was also really good! Worth a shot on game pass, but expect to get tired of it 70% of the way through.… Expand

    Jedi Fallen Order is one of the best games in the Star Wars franchise and one of the best games of 2019. It has some sore spots, but the story, characters, worlds, and combat more than make up for its shortcomings. Fans of Star Wars will love it. Fans of action/adventure games will have a fantastic time. It is great to finally see Respawn branch out and get a chance to craft something they clearly have a passion for. This is not a game to be missed and gives me hope for the future of the series.
