Oct 26, 2020Whatever other people are saying about it, I really enjoy this game. With that, though, are two flaws. First, as many others have said, people leaving the game is a serious problem. It happens to at least one team 50% of the time. Second, MM creates a one-sided game 50% of theime, which is likely the reason for people leaving so much. Outside of those issues, I'm really enjoying this game.

Oct 27, 2020Over half of the characters are locked behind a pay wall. The game gets repetitive and boring. And there isn’t an option to leave a match when the teams are ridiculously imbalanced. I’ve gone into matches where it’s 1 vs 4 and I can’t quite and just have to get massacred for 7 round to end it.

Oct 17, 2020For a free-to-play title, Rogue Company on Xbox One is worth every penny. As you'd expect, there are various options for buying cosmetic items, but as these have no effect on gameplay I'm okay with the opportunity if others want to spend real money to make their Rogue look a bit different. Rogue Company is certainly better if you can get a good squad around you, as playing with randoms is a bit like banging your head against a brick wall, but a team that talks is a team that wins.

Oct 8, 2020No amount of buzzer-beater moments are going to keep the masses distracted in a market full of free to play games that just offer more to do.

Aug 12, 2020Rogue Company is a MMO team-based Third Person Shooter developed by First Watch Games and published by Hi-Rez Studios (Smite and Paladins, among others). Technically it's a satisfying achievement that works at perfect 60fps on every console (including Switch) and with almost zero loading screens that invites the player to engage combat on 4Vs.4, crazy and enjoyable quick matches with unique and well-made characters, weapons and abilities. Great maps designs, tons of new ideas on the upcoming months and all packed in a Free to Play game that wants to be part of the big leagues. Truly a great example of how all competitive games should be in the next years to come.
