    Hands down one of the best games ever made. The attention to detail is mind blowing and the narrative and characters are memorable. You can tell a-lot of heart was put into this game and I appreciate that.

    There's a web of stories and conflicts and relationships and enemies and storylines to follow that should make it jarring for the player, yet never does it become incomprehensible. The tone of the game is consistent throughout, never feeling like it's too much or too little. However, The most impressive aspect of the game, to me, is how the story doesn't serve the game, rather the game serves the story.

    The gameplay is slow. That is a gripe I have with the game, with *way* too many missions where all you do is... follow. It really halts the game down and makes it hard to get into at first. But in that same vein, there's a reward, with a shootout or a chase or something that adds to the excitement of the game. And the story is levitating it all, wondering what's gonna happen next or what the characters will do.

    Again, the game is slow. It's a bit too slow, and there is a chapter in the game that just felt completely unnecessary, but as an experience, it surpasses those flaws and by the end of the game, you'll want to play it again.

    I know the intro may be boring, but it gets better. Trust me.

    OH and the open world is AMAZING. Second-best in any video game, behind Breath of the Wild. However, it's an open-world that feels more alive than any video game out there.    … Expand

    This project impressed me more than any game I've ever played. Everything is excellent in this game: starting from the best graphics, a well-developed and detailed open world, pleasantly slow gameplay, and of course ending with a heartwarming plot with excellent characters.

    I've been through quite a few games, including those with open worlds, but the way I was impressed by the study of the open world in this particular game, there is simply no comparison with anything. The way everything is detailed makes the world of this game truly alive and unique. There is something to do in this world (especially if you like to play games to the holes), do you want to fish? Yes, no problem, here's a fishing rod for you, different baits for different types of fish, and in addition tests and catching legendary fish. Go hunting? Here are hundreds of species of animals for you, make clothes from their skins, sell meat to a butcher and hunt legendary individuals. There are also a bunch of different tests that diversify the usual study of beautiful places and attractions. I personally got stuck going through trials related to gambling.

    The plot and characters in this game are also gorgeous, at one point this game begins to justify the word "redemption" in its name, and real male tears will come from the finale of the game (unless of course you liked the whole game in general). There is no point in describing the plot and characters in reviews, since I don't want to tell everything, and anyway, I can't understand the whole point from the review. You just need to take it and play. I can only say one thing, the main character - Arthur Morgan, has become one of my favorite protagonists in games in general.

    In conclusion, I will say that I can safely recommend the game for passage, since there are no similar projects with such a genre and study of the world, except for the first part. If you want to experience the wild West, which is becoming less and less wild, spend dozens of hours doing tests, hunting, fishing and just exploring the beautiful world, then you are definitely into this game. 10/10 definitely    … Expand

    this game is great, a lot of people say that Grand Theft Auto V has better characters, story, graphics, etc, but everything is improved in RDR2 with an amazing story from start to end and the only big flaw is that I would only experience it for the 1st time once.

    This game is astonishingly beautiful and has one of the best stories and storytelling I've ever seen in a video game. The only thing I can criticize about this masterpiece is the somewhat very linear storytelling (especially in chapter VI, which is still great).

The gameplay is so so slow its almost unbearable the controls feel very clunky imo and the vigorous "task" you have to do almost feel like chores. Also the bounty system is totally broken if you accidentally bump into a npc you'll have a 300 dollar bounty. I feel like Rdr1 is a much better game. Also I hate how Rdr2 is a prequel because they most definitely pulled Authurs character was pulled out of thin air and like he should've been mentioned in Rdr1 if Authur had that much of an impact on John's life. Leaving the story being kind of semi broken because half of characters aren't mentioned in the Rdr1 even though they had, like I said had a big impact on John becoming a gunslinger. Also I agree with this dude about the tutorial it's long as hell and the amount of times I had to travel there and then here to do CHORES.… Expand

    About as immersive, well written and stunningly beautiful as any game ever made. Of course no game is perfect but this one has no major faults at all, nit pick and you'll find cracks but it holds water better than any other game I've played. A masterpiece.

    great game, if you want to play a game and not a donation simulator, then I recommend buying it. But this certainly does not apply to the online mode, which is dead and generally not interesting in itself. and the game is quite slow not everyone can like it

    Absolutely amazing game with the great western influence. It puts an interesting spin on the setting by making it more modern. Red dead 1 felt like it was made to have a prequel story, and this absolutely fills those shoes and exceeds it.

Enfim, olha quem jogou vai entender.

    Quanto a gameplay? Ela não deixa desejar em nenhum momento, apesar de um pouco mais complexo do que os jogos da Rockstar são de costume, os controles são intuitivos e o jogo traz uma curva de aprendizagem e desafios bem satisfatória. Eu diria que o único "desabono", que para mim não é um problema, mas pode ser para alguns, são as longas viagens a cavalo que jogo te obrigada a fazer, principalmente no início do game, pois o mapa é extremamente grande e leva um tempo até desbloquear as viagens rápidas. Na minha opinião isso torna o jogo ainda mais especial, foi maravilhoso poder deslumbrar as paisagens em minhas viagens a cavalo, aliás eu muitas vezes preferia fazer as viagens de cavalo do que usar o recurso de viagem rápida, pois como eu disse, esse é um jogo vivo, vivo como nunca feito antes, e nunca feito nada igual até hoje, e sinceramente não sei se poderá ser feito em algum dia, então perder um trajeto pode significar perder uma ótima história.

It is unlikely maybe even impossible for there to be a third red dead redemption that’s why I’m playing every game in the series. First I played red dead redemption one on the PlayStation four because it was free with PlayStation plus if you stream it but then it got taken off the PlayStation plus store so I couldn’t play it. So since he got taken off the PlayStation plus store I waited until I got red dead redemption two since it’s a sequel and it comes before the first game. But after I beat red dead redemption two I moved onto red red revolver but while in the middle of playing red redemption two my brother and wanted to play red dead online so I let him do that. But I haven’t played red dead redemption undead and nightmares yet it looks so good. This is probably one of the only game series I have ever wanted to play all games in the series because all other series of games have like a lot of games in them the red dead series only has five things worth the constant three games and 1 DLC and one extension. I would say lots lots more but I don’t have time to say anymore.… Expand

    This game is one-of-a-kind, the story is second to none and the character depth is absolutely astonishing, you will be in both happy and devastated tears by the end.

    The only complaint I really have is the gameplay, personally I love it, but to some, it’s too repetitive and simple. Point. Shoot. Kill.

    the game is a masterpiece one a few times i cried while playing a game.the graphics are stunning shooting feels heavy brutal precise it's a really good shooter sidequest are charming and funny and the main story is an amazing story with my favorite video game protagonist ever

    I do believe RDR2 is the greatest game of all time. It has graphics, story, character development.
    I has hilarious scenes (Lenny Scene) And its sad scenes.
    The epilouge i think is very important to the game and the Red Dead Redemption universe. The slow start to the whole game up north is great, boring but great.     In my opinion, while it’s not nearly as good as GTA 5, Red Dead 2 manages to live up to the expectations of the original game and Rockstar made it better. Gameplay is great, a underappreciated online, great horseriding, fantastic graphics, runs beautifully well, and overall, one of the best games of 2018, because there is not much you can complain about this game. I give it a 9.5 out of 10.

    I hope that the game designer, who thought it was a great idea to forcibly take away or change weapons from the player at the beginning of almost every mission, fell off his dick or fell ill with infertility so as not to give birth to more of the same "geniuses".

    The greatest masterpiece I've ever encountered in any audio-visual experience! Fantastic graphics, touching, deep and excellent story, amazing world, well-made details and interesting gameplay! I didn't expect to say that about any game, but this one in particular I say: It's perfection.

Juegazo de principio a fin, el único problema al inicio es que el capítulo 1 es lento por el entorno donde se desarrolla, también andar a caballo suele ser tedioso hasta que te acostumbras, pero el mundo se siente tan vivo y con tantos eventos y lugares para descubrir que al final es hermoso notar todos los detalles del mundo.

    A masterpiece. I have never seen a more impressive cowboy story than RDR2. At the beginning I was confused, but as I played further, I learnt the redemption is actually Arthur himself. I still remember what John had said: "Arthur Morgan, you may not be good, but you aren't that bad."
    It's "red" and "dead" that give him the redemption.

    This game is beautiful. My favorite part is watching me fly in the air because I am bad at riding horses. I just finished my first playthrough, and it was all beautiful. The storyline, the endings, the choices you make that effect the game, the music, the detailed graphics, EVERYTHING. Everything is amazing and remarkable. Can't wait for the rdr1 remake.

When mica betrays you it was a big turning point and I wish there where dlc for this game like undead nightmare 2

    The story is the best in gaming. Although the gameplay and the combat is just like a rockstar game, the games graphics are the best as well as the massive details there are. Most of the areas in the game do feel western. If you are looking for a game with an amazing story you must play it.

    It doesn’t matter if you are gamer, a human being, or an alien from another planet; Red Dead Redemption 2 is a title that you just can’t miss. The bar set by RDR2 is so high that even Rockstar itself will probably have a hard time raising it. One of the best releases in the history of digital entertainment.

    While it has some notable but minor flaws, it's hard to argue that Red Dead Redemption 2 is not a masterpiece. The end result of the meticulous detail, wonderful writing and stunning looks is an open world that sets a new bar for believability, and a time and place I can't stop thinking about or wanting to be a part of.
