    I've never seen the show on HBO, but I really enjoyed this first episode. It seemed a bit short compared to other telltale games but its very engrossing, great story, visuals and voice acting. My score is reflective of two things: 1) too many loading screens-it really breaks the excitement, and 2) there are absolutely no puzzles, so the only real player interaction is during the occasionalI've never seen the show on HBO, but I really enjoyed this first episode.     The story is good, I love GoT, but I don't think that the choices matter as much as they are advertised. It was a bit of a letdown that all my initial deliberation didn't really mean anything.

    A strong start to an ambitious series, held up by a series of thrilling interactions with the characters and actors from the TV show. A genuine must for fans. [Issue#120, p.77]

    A real interactive episode of the TV series, with the same well-known atmosphere, storytelling and dramatic turns of events. Telltale should work more on its engine and animations though, as the game lacks in details and suffers of clunky animations. Even the gameplay could use a renovation, after several years of the same formula.
