    although it is much better than the previous game, its still not a great game, or even a good one. I have not done the online so this only applies to offline. For the most part the story is fun, getting the eggs is an awful chore, but you need them for the secret ending and the 3rd saiyan transformation, btw everyone else only gets 1, saiyans get 3, then there are the 2 transformations foralthough it is much better than the previous game, its still not a great game, or even a good one. Also the buu transformation is **** it ignores everything about your custom character except what color you picked, because you become kid buu. My main issue is one thing i like to do is play as all the characters and mess around with their moves, I loved doing so in Raging Blast 2, favorite DBZ game btw, but that is not even sort of fun to do in this game. Either the AI is too weak, or you are better off doing melee with half the characters and then trying to stamina break the AI so you can try to use an ultimate. For those that do not play, you probably know how on the show they take a while to do an attack, and shout the name, but its cool since everyone lets it happen, well in this game everytime you try without the proper setup, you become recoome when he tried to use his ult on the show, so either learn the complicated garbage this RPG game with a fighting focus has, or fight a horrible AI in training since the setup for offline battles is complete and total trash, and nobody can argue that because the setup is pick a character and map then fight a timed battled against highest difficulty AI.… Expand

    Much improved 60fps gameplay make this game look amazing in HD. Combat is miles better than the previous title by being less clunky and more balanced with ki and stamina usage. There are lots more activities to be getting on with and more character customization options (even though these do appear minimal). A wider range of characters are now available. Story mode is copy and paste with aMuch improved 60fps gameplay make this game look amazing in HD. Graphics in the city are not very pleasing to observe. Servers on xbox one version are bad again such as no quick match rooms being found as other people have also had this problem too. Overall, if another xenoverse title is released I expect better improvements for my purchase. The gameplay was rather enjoyable which makes up for it mostly.… Expand

    while this is still a improvement over 1st the combat still is lagging behind games such as tenkaichi 2 and 3 and raging blast series while there are more combat options the combat can still outright be annoying as 1 button presses can turn into 3 or 4 hits in some occasions making it feel sort of unresponsive and having you throw punches you didn't want to throw. also the game and superwhile this is still a improvement over 1st the combat still is lagging behind games such as tenkaichi 2 and 3 and raging blast series while there are more combat options the combat can still outright be annoying as 1 button presses can turn into 3 or 4 hits in some occasions making it feel sort of unresponsive and having you throw punches you didn't want to throw. also the game and super moves can be extremely unbalanced like god of destruction wrath which breaks your stamina and you cant do anything. I am currently ranked top 30 in the world on xbox so I spent a lot of time with the game's combat so I'm not just a raging blast or budokai tenkaichi fanboy I generally still feel those games combat is vastly superior.… Expand

    I can emphasize the fact that the fights are already faster, the story mode changes, there are more masters and techniques, the secondary masses are expanded, you can already get the equipment, the dragon balls and the souls just by repeating the mission two times (Not 10 times like in the one), And that they continue    Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 itself is a great improvement for the first.

    But I realize that the same thing is repeated as in Xenoverse 1: Artificial Intelligence is still just as stupid, nothing has improved, only 1 team cannot be obtained from all the complete uniform that they can give you in the secondary missions ( The damn luck factor is back a bit), the DLCs are more expensive, some missions are more difficult even with the highest level and cannot be passed because of the stupid AI of the allies, the TP coins that can only be obtained playing a mission for the first time and not playing it again and getting those coins again, the difficulty is not explained well. There are many defective things that this game has and what is urgent is to update it, so that it no longer becomes so annoying and frustrating to play it.

    Is it really worth playing a game which doesn't help you pass and just wants to see you suffer?. It's better to leave it there, untouched. THAT IS WHY IT IS URGENT THAT THEY DO SOMETHING AND UPDATE IT!!!    … Expand

    An ok game problem is on Xbox the cloud doesn't save your progress at all I Purchased this years ago came back years later to find my progress isn't on my console anymore I was pissed off my progress isn't saved it's the same for the first game no cloud saves for both I was pissed off at that and wasn't keen to go back through it all over again

    I am a dragon ball fan. I watched the anime played this game a lot played Dragon Ball Fighterz A lot and played Z kakarot and while i enjoyed the game, replaying it is not fun and there is very big delay in the battle (at list when I play as player 2) I would like if the battling wasn't so much complicated and that it was more refined and less like a button masher

    Not my cup of tea, but I see why people say this is a good Dragon Ball game. Ever wanted to see yourself fighting alongside Trunks and Goku? You can do that here in the games story mode! Your custom character can also be customized in a wide variety of different ways, either from clothing pieces referencing appearances of older and newer characters, your face, your body, your voice (voiceNot my cup of tea, but I see why people say this is a good Dragon Ball game. Ever wanted to see yourself fighting alongside Trunks and Goku? You can do that here in the games story mode!     Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is a much better game than its predecessor. The game tackles most of the problems I had with the first game by bringing me a much vaster world than before. Even though the first few hours are quite boring, the game has a lot to offer series fans.

    Take some button mashing combat, flashy looking special moves, an art style that closely resembles the anime, and fight scenes that are beautifully animated, and you have the ingredients for Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2.
