    Too many playing baby's in this game. If they can escape they stay around the exit for you to come and then leave. But if you stay by the hooked player they will send you a message for camper. So I stay by the hooked player untill I see it is killed. Pretty sad if you have to play like this. That is why I don't play this verry often anymore.     Look. I bought new nightmare edition. Takes forever to update. Then even longer to find a room. Mine didn't come with everything like I was told.. You either a spend out the ass for each character or spend countless hours playing. I'm getting my 40 dollars back. I got stiffed

    I played this game for 4 years straight since day one. Had to take breaks off and on until i finally quit due to the game getting very stale. Even though i played both survivor and killer towards the last year before i stopped, the toxic crybaby community, lack of transparency by the devs and their lack of good decision making skills with their own game is what ultimately keeps me awayI played this game for 4 years straight since day one.     The game would be rated better if Behavior fixed the game. Made it less reliate on scores, have a.seperate mode for casual vs rank (for the try-hards). Or create a mode to face against different difficulties of bots to get a break away from the frequent toxic players that currently exist in game. Till that time comes, this game deserves nothing better than a 0 rank.

    So I started playing this recently on my Xbox Series X from gamepass. I've seen people playing it online and it looked fun to play so I was excited to try it myself. I enjoyed it for about an hour but I got randomly disconnected from the servers and got a temporary ban for 5 minutes. Thought nothing of it and it happened again and on the 3rd time it was for 15 minutes. I did some lookingSo I started playing this recently on my Xbox Series X from gamepass. I enjoyed it for about an hour but I got randomly disconnected from the servers and got a temporary ban for 5 minutes. Thought nothing of it and it happened again and on the 3rd time it was for 15 minutes. I did some looking online and found that some people have been banned for up to 48 hours because of this issue. My internet is over 100 mbps and I have little to no issues with other online games, so I assume this is an issue with their servers. I understand why people should got banned for quitting intentionally but why should I get punished for what isn't even my fault. I love the game but why get my hopes up for playing it in the future if I'm just going to get temporary bans all the time.… Expand

    The game is an extremely difficult to play version of the PC version which plays smoothly. It is a nightmare to play the Hillbilly and actually get a chainsaw hit with a controller, for one thing. There is something very lost in translation here. I have played many an hour on the PC version and love it, but I can't stand the xbox one version and wish I could get a refund.     Looked forward to playing this game for over a year and pre ordered for Xbox One. Numerous glitches in the game play itself, i.e. traps being under the ground and thus invisible to see, or pallets standing upright in the centre of a gap when they should be by the side waiting to be thrown down, the problem with that glitch is you can throw the pallet down but it still appears standingLooked forward to playing this game for over a year and pre ordered for Xbox One. The list of different glitches i have experienced reached low double figures - 10 or 11 if I remember correctly. Not good enough - but it got worse.

    Now I cannot access the game at all and this inability to access the game, so far at time of writing, has lasted 8 consecutive days. When I attempt to enter the game itself, a 'Save Game Error' appears asking me to contact Behaviour Interactive via an email address detailed in the error message. I have done so numerous times. The first time I received a response within 1 hour and 20 minutes giving me guidance to solve the problem if owning the game on PC. I had detailed specifically to them I was on Xbox One. I replied. The next response took hours and responses beyond that took days. I have requested a refund due to the sale of a faulty product. Behaviour Interactive staff seem to think their company policy overrides law and have stated no refunds are possible. They have sold a faulty product to the point where beyond simply the glitches I now cannot even enter the game and have not been able to for over a week. I have asked Behaviour Interactive numerous questions and have received either no response or generalised responses. This is a novice operation of a company and I will never buy a game made by them again nor would I advise anyone to. I have never experienced anything anywhere near as bad as this on any game on any platform previously. They have sold over 2 million copies of this game but want to keep the revenue and hope customers will be ignorant and accept it. I have had less than one month to use this game before prevention of access. I will look at dealing with them in a court. They've made a lot of money in total from a game badly made and I didn't pay for the stress of conversing with their team or for being able to access the game for such a minimal amount of time.     Dead by daylight is an amazing game in isolation but it's numerous technical issues keep the game from reaching the true heights it deserves. Despite this the core gameplay loop is still deliciously entertaining and is something I find myself frequently revisiting.

The gameplay is very simple and repetitious but it never gets boring whatsoever. Where Friday the 13th is more of a game of hide and seek, Dead by Daylight is more of a game of tag.     Um jogo mal feito e enjoativo. Tem apenas um modo, que por consequência, você enjoa muito fácil. Os cenários não tem muito capricho, e a movimentação é bem robótica.
    Muitas coisas no jogo não tem sentido, e não passam de tentativas de balancear o jogo pro lado dos sobreviventes, onde o assassino tem uma arma letal, mas não pode matar ninguém com ela.

    The dedicated servers messed up this entire game, connection sucks a killer can swing looking the other way from the survivors body and somehow hit you. Fix the connection the game was fun but all these updates to the game is making them worse.

The great thing about this game is that there are different killers with different perks and the people trying to escape are pretty unique. The downside is that every match plays out the same. This game has less bugs being that it was released on pc over a year ago, but I don't find it nearly as immersive as Friday the 13th. I think I would enjoy it more if the maps were bigger and the generators didn't take so dang long to fix. That being said, it is still a fun game and is different from a lot of the multiplayer games out there. Although I have it on the pc I am thinking about getting it for Xbox one too!… Expand

However, a good team versus an experienced killer results in lots of strategic gameplay. One of the coolest features is the inclusion of several popular horror icons from movies and video games. I also like the original monstrosities created specifically for this title. While the gameplay is basic, there are plenty of elements that factor in each match. In addition, DBD functions as a "Games as a Service" with a season progression complete with tons of in-game challenges and unlockables. Fans of Friday the 13th and Rainbow Six Siege will love this game. I would rate it with a 7.7 out of 10.… Expand

    i wish this game was better my problems with the game right now are the graphics on console and maybe pc idk but the game can look horrible sometimes another issue is the servers this game would benefit from dedicated servers and the dlc is awful.

    It can be laggy at times, mostly due to it not being dedicated servers. However it doesn't stop me from having a blast playing this game. Even though its the same objective every game for both survivor and killer, there are so many perks that you have endless options of playing differently every game. Its been out 2 years (I played on PC as well) and I still play it to this day.

    Gameplay is barely stale because of the number of variations, games can differ my map(and the randomly generated placement of things on said map), Perks used by survivors and killers, The chosen killer, Survivor items & killer add-ons to their abilites.

    Every killer needs to be played differently, and played differently against, some are stronger than others. Their powers feel very different to use, some are faster than others, some are taller than others, Some have unique theme songs, they each have their own 3 unique perks.

    As a survivor teamwork is your objective(& repairing generators), Some perks will help you and some will help your teammates. Sometimes for teammates you'll get incompetent potatoes, other times you'll get a master. Your team can varey from bold to stupid

    Overall it's very enjoyable and provides a different experience each match    … Expand

    Dead by daylight got a lot of patches that fixed a lot of the issues. Now it runs on 60 fps and everything works quite well!

Secondly, there’s no way to stop or stun the killer. The flashlight does not work at all it’s an absolute joke. You should be able to set traps or throw rocks or something else a lot better than shining a useless flashlight. Thirdly,I feel like this game is so bad for so many reasons. First off, the killer camps your body when you’re on the hook so your other teammates can’t rescue you. Secondly, there’s no way to stop or stun the killer. Пожалуйста, расскажите мне, как так получается, что игре не лень при обновлении перекачивать ВСЕ гигабайты игры вместе с копеечной обновой, но никто не догадался всунуть текстовый файл с ру-переводом? Это верх неуважения - продавать игру на территории стран СНГ без локи, учитывая, что ты один из крупнейших мультиплеерных проектов, мне страшно представить, сколько они потеряли заработка на консолях из-за этого вот.

    И да, с уродскими обновами проблем еще больше - игра обрастает огромным количеством гигов, за эти 3 года что я игра, они с 25 гиговой превратилась в 46 гиговую, а разрабы только добавили пару манов, сурвов и парочку карт, ну и графически их улучшили, но это говорит только об очень криворукой отпимизации.

    Играть можно за выживших и за маньяка. Докладываю, в этой игре сломан баланс и за первых, и за второго. Хотите играть за выживших соло, без собранной опытной команды трёх других друзей? Приготовтесь страдать, ибо кидать вам будут аутистов, не умеющих или нежелающих играть. Более того, большая часть перков за выживших сломана, играют все максимум с 5-10 штуками из около сотни, так что выриативность тоже идёт лесом.

    Но я играю в основном за манов, а там всё максимально плохо. Манов куча, но по настоящему сильных всего -3-4. Остальные должны играть только с набором одних перков (другие банально не работают даже в билдах при нынешних метах) , с топовыми аддонами которые не всегда есть , и то есть шанс что вы проиграете. Играете на начальных уровнях престижа - победа сама идёт в руки, как бы вы не играли. Доходите до 10 ранга из 20 - добро пожаловать в Ад. Теперь выжившие не дадут вам покоя, унижать будут вас, а не вы их. Что бы показывать хороший результат, вы должны потеть и страдать, но даже если вы убьете каким-то чудом троих или четверых, приготовьтесь к тому, что ваше седалище воспламенится - ибо вам дадут или минус каплю или 0, ибо игра по идиотскому считает эмблемы эффективности.
    Мой совет - не играть и не покупать эту игру ни в коем случае. Игра должны быть или интересной, или приносить фан. А она приносит лишь боль, разочарование и нечестные челенджи, выполнив которые, вы не получите ровным счётом ничего.    … Expand

There should be other penalties like the generator repair speed increases based on the killers distance to a hooked survivor or something. Some killers argue there shouldn’t be any other changes to this but of course they would cause it just means they have to actually chase people and that would actually take some skill which is apparently too much to ask for on this kind of game and it would possibly cause their ranks to be more... accurate. I used to play the game religiously and now I find myself taking longer and longer breaks from it, and many I used to play with have done the same or stopped all together and refuse to play. It is now very killer sided which fine if that’s all the developers care about. However, the lobbies are getting slower and slower (and adding the game to gamepass did little for you it’s still very slow) which should tell anyone people are sick of the game and how it’s currently setup. So developers if you want to continue pleasing just the killers and that’s all you want to worry about then just an obvious reminder that without survivors there is no point for the killer and no point for the game to exist. The game will just slowly die out because you refuse to listen to anything the survivors say.… Expand

    I have no idea why the game has such a bad rating. It’s definitely a great game, and it’s even better when you play eith friends. The fact that they are always adding new content or updating the older one, makes it always feel fresh and never boring.

    This game could be great, but unfortunately it's reputation is marred by childish mods that are power tripping on the official forums. Unfortunately BHVR has trusted their image to a group of moderators that have no idea of the optics they create by randomly banning people for posting things that are encouraging- even though the frame rates in this game are absolute garbage.

    This game is poorly optimized for console. Frame drops with graphics that were good years ago (yet Red Dead is smooth as butter in 4k). Devs said they were optimizing console 2 years ago, never did, and have refused to comment on it since then (outside of “thanks for telling us! We’ll pass it on to the team” garbage while pretending these complaints are brand new).

The menu is really glitchy and annoying to use and i wish there was overall more content but i loved the licenses they got for the game and i really liked the gameplay mechanics. My main problem with the game though is the lack of content and the whole 'game' just feels like one really good multiplayer mode.     killers mustve complained a lot in the last survey because they are mostly overpowered now. Especially Blight. Flashlight is useless. not as fun as it used to be, especially playing a survivor. pretty lame

    Le doy un 2 porque al menos el juego arranca y funciona, como una basura respecto a la versión de PC (Que tampoco es que se salve) pero al menos 7 de cada 10 partidas las puedes jugar, las otras 3 son caidas, crasheos o bugs del juego.

    Si eres nuevo jugador, prepárate para ir a Youtube o a la clásica plataforma de streaming para poder aprender a jugar, porque el tutorial que ofrece el propio juego es, por llamarlo de alguna manera, escaso y pobre. Los jugadores se van a encontrar perdidos, sobre todo jugando como superviviente y tendrán que usar ese método o aprender a base de ser aplastados por el enemigo durante decenas de horas, es un juego muy muy poco amigable con los nuevos jugadores, motivo por el que supongo que tiene tan bajas notas y tan pocos usuarios nuevos.

    Por otra parte, si consigues quedarte porque te resulta una experiencia divertida, prepárate para pasarte un mínimo de 35-50 horas grindeando simplemente para poder tener una build meta con la que poder durar más de 2 minutos en la partida siendo superviviente, o para que no se te escapen todos los supervivientes si decides ser Asesino. Es indecente el nivel de grindeo que exige el juego para poder jugar en condiciones, otro de los motivos por los que seguramente no tenga apenas jugadores.

    A esto anteriormente dicho, hay que sumarle el factor de que si decides ser asesino, todas las build meta llevan habilidades de personajes que son de pago, hay que gastarse como poco 15 euros en los 3 personajes necesarios para poder armar un asesino en condiciones, sumado a la necesidad de subirlos de nivel a los 3 (Aproximadamente 1.3 millones de puntos, a una media de 30.000 por una muy buena partida) más subir al personaje que te guste para que aprenda esta build... es un pozo de horas que apenas nadie va a aguantar.

    ¿Por qué no? Porque sin esa build meta los asesinos simplemente son un meme, no tienen ningún poder para controlar a los supervivientes, excepto en rangos extremadamente bajos, en los que el juego está totalmente desbalanceado a favor de los asesinos dado que los Supervivientes entran sin ningún tipo o muy pocos conocimientos y los matan muy fácil y muy deprisa. Pero no es lo mismo según avanzas de rango, empiezas en el 20, pero una vez llegues al 14-13 ya te harán Match con gente de niveles 8 e incluso menos.

    Y llegamos a la parte más importante, si el jugador es capaz de sobreponerse de todo lo anterior, superar el grindeo, la fase inicial de adaptación y armar una build competente en ambos bandos..... nos queda hablar de la comunidad y la extrema toxicidad que existe en DBD.

    Es la peor comunidad que he tenido la mala suerte de conocer, peor incluso que la de league of legends. Todo son Ego players que se desconectan a la mínima, insultos constantes por mensajes de chat o por privados de la consola, compañeros que trollean y se alían con el asesino para poder escapar y hacer 5.000 puntos más... patética esta comunidad, es una vergüenza.

    * Si eres superviviente -> El asesino va a usar técnicas muy tóxicas consistentes en Tunneling y Camping, va a escoger a un superviviente al azar y lo va a perseguir hasta tumbarlo al suelo, después lo va a colgar en un gancho y no va a moverse de ahí, incluso siendo esto perjudicial para ellos porque pierden puntos, prefieren ser así de tóxicos porque vienen enfadados de otra partida anterior.

    * Si eres Asesino -> Te van a tocar Premades de 2-3-4 jugadores que van a hacerte la vida imposible,se van a reir de ti si eres novato, van a trollearte, van a hacerte un movimiento que se llama Teabag que consiste en agacharse y levantarse constantemente a modo de burla, van a tenerte persiguiéndolos muchísimo tiempo mientras los demás rushean la partida, vas a ser el meme del juego, la única manera viable de divertirse con este tipo de tóxicos es conseguir tirar a uno y ser igual que ellos, campear su gancho hasta que se desconecte, porque su ego le va a impedir aceptar que un noob le haya podido fastidiar su partida.

    Esto es el resumen de la experiencia de un jugador tras 97 horas de juego, suficientes para poder puntuar de manera justa el juego, que desgraciadamente suspende.

    Podría haberle puesto la nota y decir "Es una basura no lo jueguen" pero creo que explicando todo, evitaré que otros jugadores experimenten lo frustrante y tóxico que es este juego y su comunidad.

    This game has a good number of maps, killers, survivors and perks and the customization is fairly good, but the general gameplay is very repetitive. I would not recommend this game to someone unless they are a fairly hard core horror fan and even then I think your time would be better spent elsewhere.

    Very pressuring and fun when getting chased down by a killer and the best feeling comes from escaping them. Turning on generators is fun at first but is quite repetitive especially because is is the main way to escape the map. The maps in general is quite well designed.     I never would have thought out of every game, that this would be the one to awaken something inside of me. I know this supposed to be a horror game, but it would do much better if it was a different genre of game if you know what I mean.

    I mean have you seen these killers??? WOWZA I would let them tear me up in a heartbeat

    Dead by Daylight pays tribute to horror movies from the 80s. The asymmetric gameplay is just as fun no matter if we're playing the killer or trying to escape him.

    I do acknowledge the complaints from critics about the killer being overpowered compared to the survivors, but personally, I found it made the game more true to the horror genre. As a survivor, winning should feel next to impossible, and the challenge makes escaping all the more satisfying. Overall, this is a solid horror-themed survival game with the promise of good fun. Should they fix the servers and tweak some of the less successful elements, it could even be great!

    Dead by Daylight has the potential to become a cult classic among asymmetric games. Everything is finely balanced and the way that all of the random elements can alter a match adds an intriguing level of depth to the title. The chase, from the standpoint of both Killer and Survivor, is an intense, adrenaline filled, and nail-biting affair. This could be an ideal title to drop in and out of while grinding through the achievements and leveling up characters, but that concept of drop-in game reveals the achilles heel of the title: the waiting time to play. As a survivor, it seems to take numerous attempts to find a server and you have to be patient. With a few more tweaks, there is a good multiplayer survival horror title here for horror fans.
