Apr 11, 2019Insanely fast and fun to play, but it lacks oomph in presentation, sound fx and parts of gameplay. Not as good as Burnout Revenge or even Split Second (just reduced to under £4 in the XBox Store!). Worth a look, but not for £25!

Dec 26, 2019Realistically, this was never going to be a sequel to Burnout games. And it isn't. The game is fun and addicting, but also rather bland. So yeah, it's disappointing from a Burnout fan's perspective (which i strongly am) but as a game it's hardly offensive.
It's alright if on sale.

Official Xbox Magazine UKJun 5, 2019This really is just like Burnout. Less flamboyant, sure, but supremely enjoyable. [Issue#178, p.82]

May 31, 2019When this game landed in my inbox, I did have very high hopes that this would be the Burnout of old that helped introduce me to Xbox 360 racing, as one of my first Xbox 360 purchases was Burnout Revenge. Unfortunately, those hopes were dashed by an ostensibly full-featured release that appears to be a beta in disguise. Three Fields is promising free updates that add content and fix issues. Unfortunately, as it stands today, players would be better advised to set their satnav’s destination for another title.

Apr 24, 2019The spirit of the classic Burnout series is omnipresent. But before the fun kicks into high gear, the highspeed racer is taken down by AI problems or lackluster presentation.
