Playing on Series X, pretty amazing so far. Graphics, world and story are great, no game breaking bugs for me yet, maybe I have just gotten lucky so far.

Looks and plays wonderfully on an Xbox one X, especially after patching. Wide variety of weapons, characters, vehicles and importantly missions keep me coming back.

Terrible bugs, game always crashes and freezes. AI is worse that GTA III on PS2. Boring and repetitive. One of the worst games of all time.

A great game on series X despite a few too many bugs. I just wish the campaign had been longer.

The worst “game” I have ever played. You can’t see anything, you feel like you’re going to throw up or have a seizure, and the AI is legitimately the worst in any game I’ve ever seen. And what’s worse is how they deliberately tried to hide all these issues, even preventing people from showing videos of the gameplay. Shame on you. Expand

Cybertrash 2077 doesn't worth your money. 7 years of hype for a buggy/unplayable game.

The game is very nice but it is too problematic to play, wait 2 months then play it, the game is running at 20 fps this is very bad performance

This game is simply BROKEN! DO NOT buy on Xbox One. CD Projekt and Sony both offered refunds for this faulty product. Microsoft refused me a refund after I pre-ordered it digitally from the Microsoft Store, which shows how little they care about their customers so I will now make the switch over to Sony after 19 years of loyalty to Microsoft.

It’s fun to play sometimes you can be a little disappointed if you expected something more complex but me with over 40h playtime right now can say it’s a lot fun even if you are just going around and enjoy side quests or other things

Ive changed the score. Game is getting patched up, good. Runs ok on one x, still droping out to dashboard occasionally. This game is an unpolished diamond. It is getting better with every minute storywise. Plenty to take on, all the mechanics etc. Looks really good now. Lots of things to do. It ticks all the boxes when it comes to futuristic rpg and cyberpunk. I dont want to say to

Rough diamond.

After playing it for few hours:

    A BUGGY MESS!

I got to the stage where i wonder weather its a bug or is it a part of the game. Game freezes, drops out to dashboard, enemies are flying like balls in Pinball Dreams on amiga etc. This game shouldnt have been published yet. Am playing it on one x and i am really not impressed. Am sure tho - once its patched up it will be a great game, but for now its unplayable.

clothing, weapon and item design, 10/10, near-perfect --

Character and general side quest writing - 10/10, second only to Red Dead 2, although Panam is essentially the best romance ever in gaming, Judy is clearly amazing, River, Kerry and the mayor quests are very well done, Sinnerman is perfect, and there are at least ten side quests I will remember forever.

Main quest, 9/10 - better than Witcher 3, as Keanu Reeves is significantly more interesting than Ciri, and each quest is meaty as **** (example: parade quest, genius, so effin' good). Also some great thoughts on identity, consequence, and the past coming back to haunt you (or make you heart-warmingly melt).

Gameplay - 9/10 - Hyper fun, everything feels good, doublejump/charge jump changes the nature of the game and exploration, stealth is underdeveloped

Music/sound - 10 - Even the stations that have music I wouldn't typically enjoy are clearly well produced and self evidently awesome. Insanely well done. Guns are meaty, crunchy, crispy and everything in between. Katanas sound lovely. Voice acting is effing great almost always.

performance - F - sucks **** but of course it does, the content of the game does and performance does not subtract that many points.

The game is quite buggy *(Updates seem to be making improvements), however the core game is really good. Were it not for the bugs I would rate it 8.5-9.5 (I have other qualms but that is true of any game). However, you cannot deny the bugs are there and annoying. That said, I still enjoy the game, so slightly above neutral seems appropriate.

Where No Man's Sky failed to deliver

Where No Man's Sky failed to deliver fundamental aspects of their game as promised, and Andromeda was buggy with content that was not very compelling or deep. This is more akin to Fallout 3 or 4, where there are many bugs, but the game is engaging, immersive, and has fantastic depth of story, characters, and universe (probably more than Fallout 4). Do I think this is an acceptable state for a game to be released in? No. But I am also not going to say we should abandon hope for it yet.

I recommend you buy this game on PC. However, if you want to buy the game on a console (or already own it) you could wait for the next generation release, or the game to have its bug fixed.

That said, if the game is still of interest and if you can be patient and navigate the bugs, Right now the game is largely playable (on Xbox One S or X), and some of the bugs will give you a laugh.

I like the Story and i really like the World. I I really like the Sounds of the Cars and Guns. I love the Characters, but there are many Problems. After every Fix it have new Problems. And one Point makes me really sad. After a delay for more than a Year, and a promissed it will be the best. And we have high standard we ge that bug party. Its really Sad but the rest is great.

Remember when everyone was comparing Fallout 4 at release to the Witcher 3 after nearly a year of updates? It has come full circle. I rarely felt like I was in a role-playing game, just a shooter with extra steps. The character creator was (not that it mattered) easy to make a mistake in and there is no way to correct it. It was also a far cry from what was shown in the trailer. The story was...okay, usualy only offering you two options and only rarely multiple dynamic pathways. If you like romance stories, CDPR really over sold those. The combat is often fun for a first-person shooter but nothing that stands out from what else everyone is already playing. Maybe if they fix enough of the bugs the game will be alright. Expand

Wouldn't you be more happy if the Developer would actually test and release the game when it's ready and not just because it's Golden Hour of the year to get most money? Then scramble to fix it later? They lied to Sony and Microsoft about the state of the game on the current gen consoles. It's simply fraud. If you like the game as it is, - great! Please, just take a step back and understand that this game you love is only 5/10 of what it was meant to be, you're basically denying yourself an even better game by kissing CDPRs ass and saying that they did a good job. They didn't.

This multibillion company lied to you and you should not take it lightly. Spend few minutes on the internet and research how they have mistreated their developers. I love Witcher games as much as everyone else but CDPR unfortunately are no longer the good guys they said they were. Vote with your wallet, ask for a refund if you can. Please, do it for better games. Do it for your future self.

It’s because of this fun gameplay and this great story that it’s such a shame Cyberpunk 2077 performs like it’s still in alpha.

Overall, I think there’s a lot to like when it comes to Cyberpunk 2077, which has been unfortunately marred by poor performance issues on a number of platforms, and some poor communication (along with some overpromising) on the part of the publisher. It’s clear that a lot of work went into putting this game together, and it’s unfortunate that it had to release in a state that feels a little unfinished. It’s still a game you can very much derive enjoyment from, even in its current state but your ability to overlook open-world bugs and performance issues is certainly going to factor in quite a bit.

Cyberpunk 2077 didn't meet my expectations, but also didn't disappoint me. It delivered an RPG experience like no other, delving deep into themes like control, awareness and addiction. The combat is great and the graphics are amazing, but the bugs and some under-cooked systems make it seem like the devs got lazy, and that's always a bad sign. (Played on Xbox Series X)
