-Night city is insanely detailed and its so obvious they made it with passion, only downside is the firm didn’t had the technical experience for the city they imagined, but it will suck u in after a few hours

-Main and side stories are absolut masterpiece. All the characters has really deep stories and game is doing an amazing job for you to wonder those. After a few hours it started to jack in my dreams and make me wake up to play more.

-its Rpg is not an skyrim, it is between witcher and fallout 4. This is not a bad thing for me i am totally fine with role playing level of this game. You can chose how u approach to enemies a lot more than witcher

-one of the best thing in the dialoges are u can’t forsee the consequences of the selection u make, it makes u feel axiety when u try to chose

-action is far far better than i was expacting, because in Rpg’s levels of the enemy’s, sometimes feels like never dies and i was thinking it is the nature of rpg’s untill now. U will love it if u like non rpg action games also

İt is right that CDPR did worst job on lunch (esp ps4-xbox) but i give credir for that cuz game is amazing
As a chose of story endings it is not build to get in and play more after u finished, it is a development chose and so subjective thing. For me i love playing different games after finished. İts good for me to not stuck on it.
İt was one of the epic exp for years for me

The elephant in the room… the rush job that is cyberpunk 2077, its clear this game should’ve been delayed to this year 2021, theres still at least one more giant patch coming next month, but even with the latest massive patch, cyberpunk 2077 is still littered with bugs on the ps5, 7 crashes throughout my playthrough, I really don’t need to explain why game crashes are unacceptable, but theyre especially unnacceptab;e in a game with such an awful checkpoint and saving system, the game refuses to save afer you’ve enetered combat until the mission is basically over, so dying halfway through a gun battle, pulls you all the way back, a lot of the times pre mission start, not even before you engaged in combat, forcing constant manual saves, just because you know how awful the saving is and if you die again you don’t want to reskip through the minutes of dialog you already heard, and worse is you lose any cool weapons you pick up, which obviously sucks in a division like game where random loot is being dropped by enemies… but I also ran into a glitch where my health would be displayed, where a call wouldn’t come through that lead to a dead end stopping me from continuing the final mission and reloading an older save and redoing basically just 10 minutes of unskippable dialog, bugs where subtitles would be stuck on my screen long after the conversation was over, and the thing is… I had subtitles turned off… also the controls for the brain dance were stuck on my screen from an unknown mission all the way until I rolled credits, it wouldn’t go away even after game crashes and fresh loads into the game…
Cyberpunk 2077 is a mess, but a mess that once is cleaned up, is a really great game filled with over 100 hours of story, though this really is a game for those more into story and not those looking for a futuristic GTA, the world itself isn’t much fun to explore, you cant keep the cars you steal and the weapons are pretty basic. But the world is cool to exist in, even if youre not into all of the hacking and its only 20 hours like me.
    I give Cyberpunk 2077 an 8.5/10

Outside of some bugs and performance issues Cyberpunk 2077 is a fantastic game.

I had the game preloaded on my XSX and began playing the second it was launched in my location. Initially I noticed it was blurry about 50% of the time. I was slightly annoyed by this considering I really enjoy clarity and high res games but I knew that CDPR would patch the problem. In just 4 days I have put about 40 hours into the game and I will honestly say that it bugs out on me 2-3 times a day. Most of the bugs are very minor like an NPC clipping through a wall. It has not outright crashed on me, yet.

The game was patched this weekend and once it was the blur is gone and I must say it is a damn beautiful game on the XSX. The only other real negative I have found in the game is the fact that the cars are a bit too bouncy for my personal taste when you drive them.

In the 40 hours I have played I have played hardly any of the story missions. I have had so much fun exploring Night City and doing side jobs to earn money. Keanu Reeves is amazing in the game. I purchased the game managing my expectations knowing it would not be like The Witcher 3. I actually hoped it wouldn't and am glad its unique.

I have been waiting for this game since it was announced, 8 years. I will say I was surprised it was so buggy after 8 years but honestly I was also sick of waiting for the game. V is a great character to play in the game and the voice acting is amazing. All in all this game is an extremely good game and one of my top 5 games for life. I know CDPR will patch it sooner or later and all of the childish complaining should stop soon after. I remember Witcher 3 wasn't perfect at launch either so manage your expectations.

    PLAY THIS GAME!!!!!

If playing on an older system you will find issues galore while playing on the likes of a newer game system say the Xbox Series X it's been compared to run similarly to the latest 3090 PC graphics card. So taking out the facts that 9 versions of the game had to be rushed to the shelves of the multi delayed game we have at the core a game that is beautifully crafted in graphics, environment and full of corruption with real personal choice coming into play during each unique play though the game. People are often quick to slam the latest releases or tech while playing on their OG console with a 720p tv and spam how bad their experience is. Well if you want a good experience you don't start with the worst set-up you can possibly put together to try to get the most from your experience of the hottest game on the market today, which is also available for all the next generation hardware with various settings. My personal opinion is that the Xbox One and PS4 versions of the game shouldn't have been eliminated but people's expectations of playing on hardware that's 7 years old shouldn't expect their experience to match that of those who adapt the current days hardware and displays. The game itself has far from let me down and in some cases exceeded a game which is going to continue to see huge updates, patches and content along it's life cycle. Be optimistic, upgrade your hardware and display, and be thankful the OG versions of the game weren't cancelled entirely. I personally have reviewed footage on all platforms with various settings and my personal play of the game was quite enjoyable. The variety in game along with the multitude of hardware versions released simultaneous is almost unheard of and needs to be considered when taking in to account your personal experience about to be received. Come to terms with the set-up you have at your disposal and don't expect the best of the best when your not playing on the best of the best. Enjoy the game for what feat it is without unknown features fixes or whats to come or what's wrong with the version you're playing. CD Project Red Studio has accomplished the near impossible with this release and it will only get better as they are allowed more time to dial in the appropriate settings for each of the various formats and focus on further game enhancements. The Witcher 3 shared it's own issues at launch and yet turned into one absolute feat. While the main game took me approximately 20 hours to complete there's much more to invest in within the game. My suggestion is to ignore the negative people looking for click bait videos and controversies to stir up drama and content to push their stats on their outlets. If you don't have the best of the best of the best in term of hardware or displays perhaps you'll want to wait to experience the game to it's fullest. In my time with the game I enjoyed it, look forward to my next play thru and had very little issues on the Xbox Series X. So with that in mind while I don't speak to the game play much here rather the drama and massive debacle of debates and comps that exist online today. If you choose to sit down to enjoy what's there be sure to enjoy what's there and not look for things to make your experience a negative one. I feel like most people have let themselves pay more attention to what might or could go wrong rather than paying attention to the game or story itself. Never before have I seen such drama surrounding a release and in the end wait a bit before diving in for those truly looking to enjoy the game, or stop complaining that your 2013 hardware has limitations on one of the most anticipated titles to date. The game does what it set out to accomplish, no have patience while the various versions are dialed in for performance as CD Projekt Red has always taken this very seriously and has proven it's constantly looking for improvement on all hardware and will continue to set the bar higher and higher. I applaud what has ben accomplished and truly appreciate the most aggressive launch of Cyberpunk 2077 in every way on so many platforms in a single wave. For now enjoy the game and continue to enjoy it more and more as they have time to make the experience even better than t is today. It's a must own title and the ultimate question is when for you personally based on how you're going to approach the title based on the shortcomings you may have in your personal hardware set-up. I don't really even feel bad for all the people who refused to upgrade to the ps4 pro or xbox one x, because they had SEVERAL opportunities and ample time to do so. And now that they are out of production, and the new consoles are very hard to get still, they are stuck with their crappy base consoles from 2014 and expect this game to actually run well on ancient hardware.....YIKES!!! I don't feel bad for them at all. I played this on my old X and it ran pretty well, but it runs at a beautiful 60fps on the series X without the future update even. Can't wait to see that.

Valhalla had true bugs, quests breaking half way through, entire quest lines never triggering, pets running off into the words preventing you ending the quest, and I’ve had 5 fps during raids. Cyberpunk has none of this. Graphical glitches last a fraction of a second while assets load, bad textures, popping textures, NPC appearing in-frame, all minor. I get a slight frame drop in the badlands (long horizon shots slow me up) but the city area has been fine. The reason this is a 9 for me and not a 10, is the restricted romance options. One per gender/orientation is a disappointment. But the game is massive and exciting, the emotions got me from the start. Yes, it’s a slow burn, but I plan on taking my time with this massive RPG, not rushing through it. I’m loving my time as V, and the minor graphical hiccups aren’t going to ruin an amazing story and fascinating world. Expand

There are things I dont like about the game storywise, mainly the romance options being locked to specific genders even though you can turn yourself into whatever you want, be it trans, straight, or gay, but making it where an NPC only likes a specific gender is a little BS but it is what it is. The only reason I'm giving this a 9 is because I know if I had a better console thats what the game deserves it not the games nor is it CD Project Reds fault I can't afford a higher priced system so my rating shouldn't be based on something thats my fault, it should be based on the game itself. I played this game from launch and from the very beginning I was enthralled. The visuals: beautiful, the story: superb, the customisation in skills and character building: fantastic, the facial animations and lip syncing: outstanding, and finally the voice acting is absolutely top tier. For me Cyberpunk 2077 is a brilliant game, I have been playing for over 40 hours so far and I have been hooked, yes of course there's bugs, yes of course there's glitches, but what game didn't have these at launch? I remember fallout 4 and Skyrim experiencing a LOT of technical issues too, but I don't remember this kind of backlash. The game has so much to do, so much to see, some side quests can be glitched but sometimes a simple reload of a checkpoint can fix it, sometimes it's not a glitch and is based on a conversation choice, I love that, and the story just grips at every turn. I can't remember the last time I was hooked on a game like this. Well not since Final Fantasy VII on playstation 1. I know I'm old right. This game really has everything I wanted and more than I expected. (In a good way). If I was to offer one sole criticism: it should not have been launched for xbox one or ps4, they seem to be having a lot of technical issues with the game, it should have been a PC, Series X/S and PS5 exclusive. The performance issues are non existant on the Series X. Maybe that's why my experience has been better than a lot of peoples, however the fact that CDPR are offering a free upgrade to Next Gen should maybe keep people in hope. This game for me is nothing but a marvel and a masterpiece. I hope there are like minded people out there, somewhere. Expand

I invested 75 hours of play on my Series X and have achieved 850 achievement points since the release on December 10th, 2020. Like many many others, I have waited a long time for this game (trailer, Night City Wire always followed) and experienced pretty much all of the emotion during the passage. I did all the activities and side quests, except for the buyable cars and tested a lot of mechanics. The release fiasco, bugs, missing features annoyed me at the beginning while playing and also while reading about the game and I was sometimes angry that so much was apparently cut and the game was offered so catastrophically, especially for the users of older console generations. On the other hand, there are the quests (main and side missions) and, despite the lack of opportunities for interaction, immersion in the world, which for me was almost like a phoenix from the ashes, I noticed that above all from the way it went of the game my rating is biting more and more upwards. It was absolutely thrilling.

    Presentation
The game looks fantastic at times, although the next-gen update is still missing and I also switched off HDR (it just didn't look good) as well as all other cinematic effects (grain, etc. I always switch off anyway and I was happy to get the option here, too, TLoU2 didn't have that at the beginning) but nevertheless with Night City you got a graphic splendor that can be seen in all its corners. The Badlands brought with them the certain flair of the Nomads, but strangely enough, I had most of the pop-up problems or weaker textures.

Night City is an atmospheric delicacy and in its density, all its different levels (horizontal / vertical), unmatched for me. All the billboards, shops, lights, graffiti, posters, etc. have been created with a love of detail that I was always amazed at. Here I can also briefly note that the city was the real selling point for me and at least it was completely delivered in its setting. It's a **** up city and CDPR put that into the spotlight graphically very well.

Also on Series X there a a lot of noticeable glitches and bugs.

    Gameplay
This is where the "dog is buried" for me, because I mentioned at the beginning that Night City was my selling point for Cyberpunk 2077, unfortunately the city, as atmospheric and outstanding as it is designed, is more of a backdrop than a real interactive open-world masterpiece . That is exactly the point at which I kept thinking for the first 20 hours: Damn it, how much potential was actually wasted in terms of the Open World because it was simply either not finished or was completely removed.

As an example, a few interaction failures: NPCS !!!!!!, unfortunately there is no reaction to almost everything you do; Fashion (a huge topic in a Night City Wire) basically doesn't play a role, nobody reacts to it ... you put on the best gear, with the most slots, and stick with it (a transmogging system is also missing, as I often thought like **** V actually looks like) e.g. interactive fashion events would have been right for me; Unfortunately, BDS are usually not playable and I would have liked to have been able to use the system more often to clear things up, even outside of missions

    Missions and Story
The Main Story is absolut phenomenal and has great characters and the interaction with Jonny is brilliant. I had a good ending for me and was very pleased with it.
I don't go into great detail on the side quests, but I did "all" and those were really a few that I also found all outstanding. A few examples: the entire strand around the Cop River, the conspiracy theoretic series, Skippy the weapon, Peralez quest series, Ozob and above all the quests about Jonny and his objects, as well as the final concert.

A few examples of the Easter Eggs: Star Wars pose in photo mode, allusions to Taken in datapads, Mortal Kombat Scorpion, Breaking Bad Kitchen, "Joanne" Mcclane
Just as the gameplay "almost" made me wait / hope for more updates, content changes, the story and the side tasks just blew me away and let me keep playing.

    Conclusion

With a few more options for interaction and the deepening of the atmosphere of this city through gameplay and better AI (COPS ????), the game would undoubtedly be a 10/10 ("dog buried"), so I thought it was 7/10 in the meantime but also good. But then the game picked up speed due to the story and many strong side tasks, characters, etc., that I now commit myself to 9/10 cyberpsychos (also very cool encounters, by the way).

    * I do not like most of the music into game so for a most time I had disabled music.

    - There is no possibility to achieve 20 level of any skills tree e.g. after 140 hours of play and clear the whole map Blades are on 18 level. Without 20 level player cannot select all skills from tree.
    - Sometimes texts are not linked with correct gender (if you play male some characters talk to you using words for female character).

Anyway from my point of view CP 2077 is still great game. On new consoles there is no so much bugs like on the previous generation so I cannot decrease score for that.

At this moment I’m closing in on 30 hours played, no game breaking bugs, no crashes, no issues, just 1 or 2 very amusing glitches which is to be expected in every game these days!

The game should not have been released on PS4 Original/Slim/Pro, Xbox One Original/S/X it should have been delayed for 4 more months and released on PS5, Series X and PC, the delays were placed in for a reason, it clearly was having issues with running on the earlier machines and they did what they could to make it run based on the pressure they were put under.

You cannot have it both ways, can’t scream at CDPR when they delay to give you a better experience, forcing the higher ups to release it and then scream at them because it’s not ready! I am thoroughly enjoying every second I spend in Night City, V is an intriguing character, Johnny is brilliant and some of the side characters are so in depth I can’t wait to follow on their next mission their line, the driving is good, the gun play is great and the depth of character customisation is absolutely fantastic, you have full control on your appearance, clothing and an amazing skill tree to take advantage of.

People need to stop whinging that the games not ready and track down a PC, Series X or PS5 to play it on and experience it how it’s meant to be played, if you aren’t happy now or can’t find/afford a console, hold off until you can and experience the game as it’s intended and you will not be disappointed!

Świetna fabuła, dobrze napisane postacie, przyjemne mechaniki, jednak ilość błędów i niedociągnięć wciąż pozostawia wiele do życzenia, ale nie wątpie że wkrótce większość z nich zostanie naprawiona

main quest and side quests have great writing, gameplay is fine, pretty buggy but nothing gamebreaking for me, if you're on the fence maybe wait for more patches especially if you don't have a next gen console yet

I have an original X-Box one playing a digital copy. I'm having a lot of fun with this game. Game does have some bugs(radio doesn't play, music in general, minor graphics problems) but I'm almost 20 hours in and crashed only twice. I feel CDPR will fix a lot of these issues quickly. Will be a 10 when they do.

Amazing story, beautiful graphics, incredible voice acting and an expansive, immersive world.

The game does have a a lot of visual bugs, however none of them have been game breaking and the frame rate on my Xbox Series X has been perfect. That said I trust cdpr to push out patches to fix the issues in quick order. Bottom line is cdpr has delivered on all their promises with this one.

My advise: play only at Xbox One X or Xbox Seres X. I'm playing at Xbox One X and everything is perfect, nice graphics, gameplay etc. I didn't find bugs for 2 hours (who knows, maybe later). But honestly, this projects mostly promotion and doesn't have any serious progress at games world.

I have about 13 hours in, just finished the prologue, and I'm loving it. I am playing on an Xbox Series X so the game runs fantastic. There are some minor bugs but nothing game breaking. They probably should have put a warning that the game with run on the base consoles but not very well from what I've seen. Can't wait for the next gen upgrade coming next year.

I'll start by saying I'm sorry to hear how the game is running on gen 8 consoles, that is inexcusable

However my review was completed on the series x and frankly... I did not have these issues. The game runs at a smooth 60 FPS in performance mode, I did turn off all the video effects except for lens flare, I found the picture to be much more crisp that way. The story, characters, quest

The story, characters, quest design, dialogue, random world events are all on an exceptional level to which you would expect from CD Projekt Red. I expect to play through this game many times over the years like I do still with the Witcher and other RPGS. But what this ads on top of an experience like the witcher is the ability to replay the game with different characters, in different ways. I have not been so strict on my role playing in a long time!

Gun play and combat is also excellent, much better than I expected to be perfectly honest.

Driving is not it's strong suit, I was disappointed to find that it is very difficult to drive in first person, as I had planned to stick strictly to that way of driving to make the role play that much more immersive.

I would experience the odd pop in NPCs, but not as much as I am hearing others experience on other platforms.

The only bug I really had worth mentioning is an NPC I was supposed to talk to for a mission was not there, but a quick save and reload fixed that right away.

In the end, if you are excited for CP, it runs more than okay on series x, if you are still on the fence then there is no harm in waiting for more patches or even the next gen upgrade.

This is an ambitious game, that maybe should not have been made available for the older Gen machines. Still, the setting and characters, as well as being able to immerse in the story, is a genuine treat in a world of mediocre games.

Very true that the game feels incomplete and lacks optimization, but the core gameplay and the story have been excellent so far and I'm confident all the problems can be fixed with future patches. Play on an Xbox One X or higher, DO NOT try to run such a demanding game on a p.o.s. base model. The game is amazing! A few glitches here or there, but if you remember The Witcher 3 when it came out, that game wasn’t perfect either. The hate for this game comes from idiots that try to run it on base model consoles.

I also liked the physics and the fact that you can move around to wherever you want with some parkour moves. The graphics improved substantially when I change the performance options from "performance" to "quality".
There is still a lot of work from CD projekt red to fix bugs, improve for newest consoles and maybe add some new stuff that would improve the game.

It’s because of this fun gameplay and this great story that it’s such a shame Cyberpunk 2077 performs like it’s still in alpha.

Overall, I think there’s a lot to like when it comes to Cyberpunk 2077, which has been unfortunately marred by poor performance issues on a number of platforms, and some poor communication (along with some overpromising) on the part of the publisher. It’s clear that a lot of work went into putting this game together, and it’s unfortunate that it had to release in a state that feels a little unfinished. It’s still a game you can very much derive enjoyment from, even in its current state but your ability to overlook open-world bugs and performance issues is certainly going to factor in quite a bit.

Cyberpunk 2077 didn't meet my expectations, but also didn't disappoint me. It delivered an RPG experience like no other, delving deep into themes like control, awareness and addiction. The combat is great and the graphics are amazing, but the bugs and some under-cooked systems make it seem like the devs got lazy, and that's always a bad sign. (Played on Xbox Series X)
