Wow what happened here? Considerably worse than the first game. The titan AI is incredibly wonky, a lot of the times their limbs are just wildly wailing around or they get stuck in buildings and become impossible to hit. Refilling blades and gas is taken way too far in this. I feel like im constantly running out, and with much higher health pools on abnormal titans i fight for a bit, goWow what happened here? Refilling blades and gas is taken way too far in this. I feel like im constantly running out, and with much higher health pools on abnormal titans i fight for a bit, go resupply, fight a bit more, go resupply over and over. Its pretty awful. I loved the first game, extremely disappointed in this one. I don't want to play as some nobody soldier watching the real storyline from the sidelines. Why did you just copy/paste the first game with the script of season 2 of the anime? What was a simple yet extremely satisfying game has now become tedious and frustrating. Expand

Nearly everything about this game was disappointing. They can't afford to pay for English dubs? Or are they so terribly racist that they just can't be bothered? Besides the total lack of audio that's not complete gibberish, the controls are...less than great. The graphics are on par with B-list games, I suppose. The features and mechanics of the game are kinda there, but not really. TheNearly everything about this game was disappointing. They can't afford to pay for English dubs? The overall experience found in this game might satisfy diehard fans, but to the average American gamer, there's bery little to redeem this cash-grab farce. Expand

Attack on Titan 2 surpasses its predecessor in everything. It is a real gift for fans of anime and action games. One of a kind.

In truth, Attack on Titan 2 is more of the same as that found in Attack on Titan: Wings of Freedom – just less exciting and slightly more frustrating in comparison.

Attack on Titan 2 is an enjoyable and pleasant adventure. It allows us to enjoy the events of both seasons of Attack on Titan anime from a new perspective. Despite its repetitive secondary missions, Koei Tecmo brings us a game that gamers, especially fans of Hajime Isayama's work, will definitely like.
