This game is not made for your average gamer nor is it made for anyone looking for fast paced gameplay. The tutorial was not only boring but there is way to much to take in the first few minutes..you just forget what does what. I’m giving this game an average score because it has incredible depth for the strategy player. I loved both civilizations and XCom and after I heard this game isThis game is not made for your average gamer nor is it made for anyone looking for fast paced gameplay. The tutorial was not only boring but there is way to much to take in the first few minutes..you just forget what does what. I’m giving this game an average score because it has incredible depth for the strategy player. I loved both civilizations and XCom and after I heard this game is pretty much combined..I thought..this game is going to be awesome..how wrong was I. I thought maybe I just wasn’t in a gaming mood when I first tried it because my wife was feeling a little frisky and I just had to attend to those matters, so I shut it down and I’d give it the proper attention in a day or two..so I fired it back up and started the tutorial again. It just bored me to death. Like I said..I’ve played civilizations and xcom and absolutely loved them but this game is just way to deep for me or maybe it just kinda sucks. Maybe if your an academic powerhouse..you may get a lot from thus game but if your just a gamer looking for fun and a strategic experience not bogged down by whatever is wrong with this game because I just can’t point out what’s wrong with it. then move on. I’m glad this was on game pass because I really was going to go in blind and purchase this because I how could you go wrong with a hybrid game that mixes xcom and civilizations. Also it got really good reviews but I think maybe the reviewers were busy with other games and tried this and just said..meh..it’s a good game and moved on...anyways..I hope others find joy in this game because I kinda thought it sucked and I gave it a chance. Esse jogo é bem chatinho, ele é muito repetitivo e cansativo, Paradox é conhecida por fazer jogos nesse estilo melhor, hoje em dia, parece que está em decadência.

Graphically, Age of Wonders: Planetfall is great. It features a top-down approach allowing you to view the map at your pleasure, uncovering it as you go. Each race has it's own distinct style allowing you to easily tell the difference between all six and the sheer detail that has been put onto each building, enemy and weapon is insane. It really is a pleasure to look at.

Age of Wonders: Planetfall on Xbox One is easily one of the best in the genre, putting so many elements together into one fantastic package. It’s an easy recommendation for anyone who loves the genre, and will be able to sustain strategy fans for weeks and even months on end.

If you're looking for an easygoing, mindless gaming session, Planetfall isn't in your ballpark—or even playing sports. But if you woke up this morning thinking, "Hey, I'd love to play XCOM and Civilization today, then you can kill two birds with one stone. Planetfall will fill your unique craving.
