    While the aesthetics are nice, and the humour is lovely at times, the game suffers tremendously due to the atrocious camera and hard to control combat. If you are a fan of Rayman or love the early 2000 style of 3D platforming, you can give it a try. The rest of us might well find the game somewhat underwhelming.

    Fighting with an awkward camera system certainly feels a lot more noticeable today than it did back in 2003. [Issue#84, p.105]

    Rayman 3 isn't a lacking experience because Ubisoft botched the HD conversion, but because the original is simply one of the weakest chapters of the series.
