boomshankaOct 18, 2007An OK game that could be a LOT better. Needs to be updated desperately. I don't know what the characters have done but they've annoyed a lot of baddies - not enough potions, treasure, health, rewards, good things - it seems all bad bad bad.

Visually and aurally the game is pretty much the same as before. Of course, running the game on an HD set will make it sharper, but this game still looks and sounds much like it did in 1985.

The worst part is, you can basically hit a button to get more and more health, as opposed to adding quarters in the arcades back in the day.

Four-player online support makes the Xbox Live Arcade version of this fantasy arcade classic a worthwhile, inexpensive indulgence for nostalgic fans of the good old days of gaming.
